I gave 1 star simply due to the waitress, she did a great job considering she literally was the only server. She had extra hands to help, she was the bartender, the server, cleaning her own tables and the hostess. Now other than that why is this not place still open? I can cook a better burger at home, it was burnt and the topping were nothing to talk about. Things certainly looked better than they tasted. Fries were cold and old as it would seem. The food was pretty good. So, no complaints there. But, the service is horrible. I almost just wanted to get up and leave and not even eat the food. I came here to celebrate Veterans Day. However, the horrible experience I had was not even worth the very basic tavern burger. Also, the waitress charged me for the sweet tea and not once came back to check on me. So, I didn’t get any refills on the “bottomless” fries or the sweet tea. Horrible experience. I won’t be back!

Haven't been to Red Robin for a couple of years. It will probably be a couple more before I spend my hard earned money on this establishment. Definitely not the burger joint from old. My burger was good, but the fries were cold. My wonderful wife enjoyed her burger but also dealt with cold fries. It is times like this when I am happy that there are many, many restaurants to choose from.

The burgers were gourmet! Compliments to the chef!! The server was very attentive. It was our first visit to a Red Robin's Resturant & was very pleased beyond full!! This was the Nashville West TN. location!!

My wife and I are from dickson,tn so when we went to nashville west shopping mall - red Robin's for the first time it was more delicious then I imagined . we have wanted to go for a long time but didn't remember to go when going to Nashville because we don't go a lot , but really if you never been I highly recommend going it was so good a we will be going next time we are in the vicinity!!! Great service as well!!!

Unfortunately, when we walked in the door approximately 7pm on Dec 1st to have dinner, there was an unpleasant odor. It smelled similarly to having been mopped with an old dirty mop, to the point we decided not to stay and eat. We left before being seated. As much as ai like Red Robin, I am uncertain I would come back to this location. We also noted that there were few cars and people in the dining area despite it being Friday night.

My daughter had a gluten-free burger she was very happy and said the burger was delicious! Thank you for serving gluten- free buns. I had the bacon avocado great burger and fries.

I don't like talking bad about places, but the cleanliness of this place is atrocious. When me and my family entered the place, the tables were filthy. Especially one booth that stayed that way for our whole visit. The floors were absolutely disgusting, the bathrooms were filthy, (one of the soap dispensers didn't even have a lid on it!) and the service was painfully slow. After we sat down, the staff just stood around talking, and didn't even bother doing any floor work. We sat for 10 minutes before someone finally asked us what we wanted to drink. Also, when we got our food, we didn't even get silverware! The only 2 good things about this place is that our server was great, and our food wasn't cold. Especially our server. She was outstanding! Tell your staff to follow her example. Also, tell them to actually make an effort. I hated my food jobs, and even I tried to put in as much effort as I could. Please do better.

This place was AWFUL. We weren’t greeted when we walked in, front host was horribly rude and literally tried to seat us AT THE bar with a 2 year old and a 4 year old. Half of our food was cold, my salad was brought out with my entree, and our waitress was clearly sick. (Not her fault, she actually was the best part of the experience) As a manager myself, this place was embarrassing and a complete waist of time and money.

Nothing that made the burger stand out from most other burger places. While the quality and flavor where however good.

Service was prompt and attentive. Food was got and fresh. The Donatos pizza is great. I really like the crispy thin crust with the burnt edges foor extra crunch. It's better with less toppings so. the crust gets cooked all the way and holds the weight. The steak Fries tasted great and the beer pub cheese was hot and cheesy. Drinks were always filled. Server was very nice and considerate of the customers. Overall 5/5 experience.

The burger was good but these garlic fries we waited on for 35 mins were over saturated with grease I only seen the server once every 25 mins and the kicker is no one is even in here , I do not recommend

We have been to several locations all over the U.S. this one doesn't disappoint. Some of the best customer service and food we have enjoyed from a Red Robin. We like getting an egg on our burgers, burgers are usually seasoned well, and I love adding BBQ sauce to whatever I'm eating. Occasionally short staffed and we have been sent away over the past year, or told there would be a long wait, we are happy to come back another time.

Red robin is always a pleasant experience. Our waitress was attentive and helpful. The food is decent but quality is variable. Portion sizes of entrees are generous but often need to request additional sides of dressings etc. Bottomless fries were a bit disappointing. We had to flag down staff to request additional fries and each time they only gave us 8-10 fries which was a bit odd. Overall a good experience and would return.

The burger was so delicious! I got the bacon, avocado cheeseburger. It had jalapeños on it and they were spicy so it made it a perfect combo.

Went here for lunch today thinking it would be quick in and out as there weren’t many people in the restaurant. Unfortunately, like everyone else they were short staffed with only a couple of girls working the floor. We had to wait about 15 minutes before getting seated. The one girl who seated us was apologetic due to short staff but she was a bright spot in the visit. Not only was she the hostess seating people but also took our order, brought our drinks, and even saw her in the kitchen helping prepare food and she brought our food to us. This young girl should be commended for her hard work where others don’t show up to do the job. I got the Tavern Burger with fries and my wife got the cheeseburger. Both were excellent tasting burgers. While the shortage of staff was an issue, I’m giving 4 stars for the taste of the burger but mainly for the two wait staff working their tails off to do the best they could do given limited resources. I hope the owner of this location commends and rewards these two for a job well done.

Had an okay experience, service was great and we didn't have to wait no where near as long as the host said the wait time was. Our server Emily was great but my food was wasn't nothing to brag about. I had the cod with fries and the fish had absolutely no flavor! There was three of us dining in and the other two enjoyed their meals. So I just wouldn't suggest ordering the cod.

It was my very first time to dine in at Red Robin's. The server was very attentive. The Black & Blue hamburger was gourmet! Compliments to the Chef! And my hubby's hamburger was just as good. We sampled each others. YUMMY! If you want a delicious hamburger w/o having to cook at home, this is where to go!!! Very nice atmosphere which we enjoyed walking around reading the history on the walls.

The food was ok, the fries were lukewarm at best and my wifes burger was burnt. It wasn't up to par with the slogan that's for sure. When I moved to the area it was hard to get seated at this location, but now, the place had maybe 6 people in it after 5 PM.
