The
worst!
I
placed
a
mobile
order
on
Tuesday
morning
at
10:25...
there
was
inclement
weather
so
I
did
not
go
inside
and
curbside
was
not
offered.
Therefore
I
had
to
go
through
the
drive
through.
Line
was
moving
terribly
slow!
By
the
time
I
got
to
the
box
to
check
in,
it
was
past
10:30
however,
I
was
checked
in
and
told
to
pull
around.
By
the
time
I
get
to
the
window
I
was
informed
that
my
order
was
canceled
after
waiting
in
line
for
about
20
minutes!
Situation
was
not
resolved
that
day..
I
left
without
any
food
and
a
horrible
experience
and
My
order
was
supposed
to
be
refunded
and
it
has
not
yet..
the
charge
is
posted
on
my
account.
Called
corporate,
someone
from
their
leadership
team
was
supposed
to
be
contacting
me..
here
we
are
in
saturday
and
I
have
heard
nothing!
If
a
mobile
order
was
placed
in
the
allotted
time
and
you
know
your
line
is
moving
slow,
make
the
order!
I
wasted
time
and
money!
