    Yesterday I picked up a wrap n nugget for dinner. when I opened the wrap (cause I always look inside my salads n wraps to see if ther is bad veggies or friends inside). I found a little friend hanging inside my wrap. Needless to say the part that I ate went back out, n I threw away my whole order even the drink. I would suggest throughly washing the vegetables before use. I personally don't like to eat bugs. Also, the line here was so slow I assumed I aged 2 years just by sitting in the car❤️ Update its June 9th n nobody contacted me no refund for bug infested food if I lived by here I would drive up but alas I can not Update aug 21st not a soul reached out to me

    I’ve come to this location a few times in my life. Today I ordered from the app. There was a reward for free chicken nuggets to honor the Astros season opener. I greatly appreciate that Chick-fil-A does things like that. I decided to dine in. I waited a bit for my food. The place wasn’t busy but the drive thru seemed to be heavy. After I got my food it didn’t look fresh and was cold. I could and probably should have returned it for fresh food but I was crunched for time. I do want to add the customer service was still top notch but today the food was a miss for me.

    This is the worst Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. The amount of times I’ve gone through the drive through and the people have gotten our order wrong and missed full meal items is ridiculous. It is slow and whoever they’ve recently hired on staff are doing a terrible job for a company that seemed to (at least at other locations) have high standards for service and quality.

    Wonderful staff, food was okay--buy I shouldn't be eating it because it always makes me feel yucky afterwards. My guess is the additives and preservatives. If you need a Chick-fil-A fix and have saved up for a cheat day, you can't beat the service of this location. They are awesome!

    Ordered on app, got there, app wouldn’t check me in. So I go inside. Use the men’s room which had not been cleaned and was quite disgusting. Wait at counter for long time, finally am told they can’t do anything about the app. Go back to my car decide it’s not worth it and try to cancel, app won’t let me cancel. So I request manager, wait for a long time, finally 2 rude women come out act as if I did something wrong take a photo of my phone, I just politely ask for refund but they disappear into the store and I wait a while and it becomes clear they don’t care and aren’t coming back so now I guess I gotta go through Apple Pay to get refund. Worst chik fil a ever.

    I have an MBA from UMB I have Run High end stores. They Are Running this location like it's a McDonald's! If I come to this Location am Paying an Up charge for Mac & Cheese witch they Ran out of. I expect the medium Fries Not a Management argument employee at the window knew more than the assistant Manager & the Girl trying to influence the manager not to give us the 🍟 Fries! When you're inconveniencing a customer you make up for that always In Business you sweeten the Deal keep the customer happy!

    **Check your bag before you leave** The last two times I ordered through the app and picked up at the drive through window, my order was missing sides and/or the extra sauce I ordered. Now I pick up inside and one time out of the last two times my order was missing an item.

    I would really not mind using the mobile only line but my phone has a potato camera so doesn't read the QR codes. I wonder if that is common because I don't see many use it and the normal is always backed up.

    'Jordan' the woman that took my order inside was awesome! Order an original and a spicy sandwiches both with (extra) +pickles, and four mayos! my receipt shows just that. I get two pickles on each, and three mayos? the cashiers did an awesome job! kitchen not some much.

    This is the first Chick Fil A I've ever been to where the customer service is absolutely awful. The front counter associate Corina has the worst attitude and customer service. I'm not sure how she was selected to be the first person you see when entering the restaurant. Not to mention, the restrooms were even nasty. There was toilet paper on the floor and trash needed to be dumped. I'm not sure what was going on at this store, but someone needs to step in to help them immediately. This was the worst example of the chick fil a brand.

    I ordered for curbside. Nothing big just a kids meal and a milk shake. I pulled up entered my number in and waited. And continued to wait for almost 20 minutes. I watched others pull up receive their food and leave. Finally I had 8 minutes left on my lunch break and went in to try to see what was going on and she was walking out. I rushed back to work and I had no sauces that I had requested for my meal. I love chik fil a but unfortunately I can't afford to wait that long again.

    This location has good food, and a great staff. I have zero complaints. I do want to give a heads up to visitors. The place is always pretty worn looking. I guess just between the crazy lunch lines and the NASA business, it just never looks like they ever have any bounce back time. The food is way solid though.

    My son loves chick fil a so we dine at least once a week so I know how the food looks and tastes in branches near to where I live. This one is close to my working place and I visit often for lunch I guess I need to stop visiting until I see improvement in quality of food and cleanness. French fries are always cold and burned. Today sandwich bread was directly out of the fridge and it was almost frozen. The table was nasty. I highly suggest management have a look at this plac

    The worst! I placed a mobile order on Tuesday morning at 10:25... there was inclement weather so I did not go inside and curbside was not offered. Therefore I had to go through the drive through. Line was moving terribly slow! By the time I got to the box to check in, it was past 10:30 however, I was checked in and told to pull around. By the time I get to the window I was informed that my order was canceled after waiting in line for about 20 minutes! Situation was not resolved that day.. I left without any food and a horrible experience and My order was supposed to be refunded and it has not yet.. the charge is posted on my account. Called corporate, someone from their leadership team was supposed to be contacting me.. here we are in saturday and I have heard nothing! If a mobile order was placed in the allotted time and you know your line is moving slow, make the order! I wasted time and money!

    I visit this chick-fil-a often and have never had any sort of issues. It’s never too packed and the drive through moves very quick. The inside for dine in is also always very clean. Great service from the staff.

    I always recommened people getting chicken here. The food always tastes fresh and if you're unhappy in any way, the staff will make it their pleasure to fix almost anything you want. There is plenty of seating inside so if the drive-thru line is backed up, go inside, sit down, pull up a chair, as the staff proudly presents ... your chick-fil-a sandwich! He-he!
