We prefer this hotel over anything... rooms are clean, staff is polite, location is perfect as you don't need to find the hotel and all restaurants are nearby.

Room was too small. Bathrooms very dirty. AC, Gyzer, Tv not in working. Worst experience.

The location is near the railway station but the rooms are ok. Executives roomz are good but it will cost around 2500 to 3000 rupees

It was a special time for me at platinum. Rooms, ambience was good, except the receptionist. And they take time to get your orders, you have to call them and remind them again and again which was disappointing. Still giving it 5 star.

Good place for stay, behaviour of staff was nice, place was hygienic, rooms were beautiful, beds were clean, food was nice, geyser was small so couldn't get enough hot water in shower, but overall it was it great!

Ambience is not good. Very small and congested room. Complimentary breakfast is there but always served cold. You don't get tea in the morning. If you get it some how, it will not be hot. Rooms are on first floor. No lift. Stairs are very unsafe.
