One of the best places to stay in Nerul. Very quite & beautiful place with lot of greenery & plenty of place to walk. Spacious flats with good views. High security accompanied with major facilities. Very good place for senior citizens. Markets, Transportation facilities are easily accessible. Only one drawback is..this being a very old construction, needs a major makeover/renovation & some infrastructure enhancements.

Housing society with nearly 450 flats and 38 row houses. It has plenty of free space and well maintained driveways with separately earmarked trail for walking. Distance from the farthest block to exit gate is 300m. The society has 2 grounds and a cafeteria for recreation.

Army cooperative housing society is a good residential complex having a tennis court and hall

Visited a senior colleague from the past. The location is easily accessible. The complex has lot of greenery and well maintained like any typical army establishment

The society is pretty big but really well maintained. They recently got their roads done and it doesnt get better than this. Its also located in a prime area of nerul. It used to be a government colony but is now private. The houses are pretty spacious but complete value for money. The crowd is decent here too

Army colony is what one expect from a residential colony. It has good amount of play grounds. Fitness and recreational club available. Wider and walking friendly roads inside. Ample parking spaces. Apartments are huge. It has almost all the facilities you need in a complex.

This is a beautiful society in Nerul east. Dream house kind. Beautiful compound for kids to play and for adults to enjoy their walks. Security at both the gates and cleanliness kept upto the mark. Recently renovated thus, the life of the building has also increased. Very near to all the amenities and also walking distance from station
