This is the worst hotel I have visited ever, they provide extremely poor service in the name of a 3 star hotel. If you have made an online booking through some offer, the receptionist will forcibly charge you extra. They misbehave with the family and women. Bed and pillows were extremely dirty and smelling like cigarettes. The ceiling and AC was leaking all over, there were insects and bed bugs in the room and in the furnitures. I have attached some photographs for reference.

During my recent business trip, i got opportunity to stay in this hotel. During booking I was little nervous as reviews were not good so I decided to take a chance and booked for two nights. Rooms are spacious but its look old hotel. There is different kind of smell that we see in old buildings, bathroom was clean but of old look, not maintained well, dust bin were found not cleaned on daily basis. I had one dinner in room. Food was OK. Breakfast is not so great. Only two types available, service was not prompt. Overall this is not VALUE FOR MONEY experience. I will not recommend this for business comfortable stay.

K Star Hotel is one of the oldest hotels at Belapur,Navi Mumbai situated at sector 11. The hotel houses 186 well furnished rooms for the guests. It also provides complimentary breakfast facility for all the guests checking in. The service and hygiene of the hotel is satisfactory.

Rooms need an overall repair, many damaged n broken things found. Not like as I enjoyed 3 years back. Honestly...

The hotel is way past it's glory times. Rooms though spacious, are old and need urgent refurbishment. Limited parking. Average complementary breakfast, and in-room dining service. Location is very good.

Water bottle served per family per room only one every day. This could be improved. Rest ok. Satisfactory.

The major problem with this hotel is infestation of the rooms and surroundings, there are bed bugs all around and won't let you sleep, inside the bathroom there were cockroaches. I checked in little late in the evening, the receptionist (male) was drunk and behaved unprofessional. I felt little unsafe with his behavior. Please find attached some photographs of the linen with blood spots.

Stayed here for 4 days... Had pleasant stay Rooms r good but need some fixtures.. 1.switch board cover falling apart. 2.fridge was not working. 3.some of switch board were not working sometimes. Plus points :- 1.polite and friendly staff 2.cleanliness.. Room were clean n nicely placed

Standard rooms are not up to mark compared to price. You will feel like suffocating while walking in aile. Breakfast 🥞 are very good 👍. If you order food from outside then they will not serve you in your room.

Hotel building and all interiors,walls and fittings are really run down. Some of the doors don't even lock properly and bathroom fittings are dirty. AC remotes are not functioning. Food is very ordinary. Main problem is cleanliness which is missing completely. I could even see few cockroaches around the food dishes and it seems it was usual for their staff to see such things. A place best avoided.

K star Worst Experience with the Reception guy. Who sits night - No discipline. Tries to charge for guest even if booking is there from 12:00pm and guest checkin 2 hours before in the room which is already in continuation. and the worst rule of hotel is, If your friend comes to meet you to your room - that is chargeable 1k. Why we should hire this type of hotel with these type of rules. If any guest comes we should sit in front of their reception and talk to them. - Guest is no allowed in to the room. No Hotel stops the guest and asks for money to meet guest. Kstar does. Only Name is 3 Star. Very few dishes Break fast buffet, also very Normal. Food taste: 2.5 star. No Gym No bar Wifi is there - but doesn’t connect or No internet.

rooms are not upto the mark, water dripping from ceiling, no wifi in room despite complaining several time. Food is only ok not so great, same menu repeated every day .

Worst experience with the night time receptionists. They don’t treat Online booking customers well. Worst - Break fast buffet. Idly are like hard rubbers and drum sticks in sambar are like thin wooden sticks. No Gym. No Bar. They charge Extra for visitors for visiting us. And Staff claim it is a 3 Star Hotel - Only Stars in their Hotel Name, Not in service. Only best thing is it is surrounded by Good Restaurants and Bars - we have have lunch and dinner outside.

Worst stay ever!! Even the cheapest hotel provides better service than this. No toiloteries, no senatories, no towels. If asked for anything, you need to call multiple times. Do not make mistake to book rooms here.

The hotel is okay for business stay.. their renovation is overdue as on this day as the ambience is deteriorating by the day. Also the response time of service staff is a little delayed and they sometimes don't even respond during off-peak hours. Food is 4/5. Variety in menu is very much needed.. They only have chicken and fish items made in curry style and Chinese style on alternate days.

Don't even dare to stay in the sub standard hotel.we found lot of insects and earth warms in bathroom water.Very worest Breakfast

This hotel is really worse, in case you are ready to sleep with Scorpio, cockroach, and mosquitoes, then go and book. The rooms are aged, shabby, inside fixtures are falling apart. Toilets are smelly, dirty, and very unhygienic. AC is there but hardly it works. Nothing good about this hotel, the amount they charge you would easily find a better room.

In my last more than a decade association, the K-Star has only improved & matured. I recommend...

It's a very old hotel. Can be made better by maintaining well. Had breakfast here, it was good. Can say that it's not to the level of a three star hotel.

A decent place to stay in Navi Mumbai. Staff is polite and the food is also tasty but the quantity of the food is more than required for a single person and they don't provide anything in half quantity. Restaurant and room prices are quite higher. Overall good place to stay.

The rooms are stinky, age old AC don’t work, room service is pathetic . Even the intercoms was bot working, i was sweating in AC room. Inspite compliant nothing resolved. A Big NO for anyone

Good place with hygiene and good location. Affordable at a price of 2500 that too in Navi Mumbai, only restaurant has limited menu is litlle concern, but many good brands are within 500 metres (KFC, BBQ nation, McD, Pizza hut, Subway)

**HAD MOUSES RUNNING AROUND IN THE RESTAURANT** I have very no good words to say about this hotel. 1. We had a triple room, where their solution for the third bed in the room was to put A MATTRES ON THE FLOOR..... 2. The rooms was dark and lifeless, with old bathrooms that desperately needed renovation. 3. The surrounding area reeks of AMONIAK ACID and will make you cough just walking by it. 4. Cutlery and plates in the restaurant was PLASTIC and their glasses was dirty and left with greasy stains. No respect for hygiene. To top it all off, we saw a MOUSE running around. We immidiately told the restaurant manager, and he just laughed it off as it was nothing. Completely UNACCEPTABLE. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Place is good. But room rate walk in was much higher, so I booked online. Room and service is good. Parking is there.

Never really stayed here. Had attended a marriage function here. Food is excellent here. They have buffet system also on daily basis. Do check the timings for the same before reaching this venue.

Booked this hotel from make my trip and opted for early checking of 6AM. At the time of check in hotel staff does not accepted the same and staff behaviour was too rood…if you are visiting Belapur then don’t consider this place. Instead of staying here you can consider other renewed hotels for stay “Worst experience”😡😡😡

Breakfast buffet is very limited, just two items for the charges Satellite television coverage is limited to Hindi channels alone in sports category Food serving per person is high in quantity,i guess just to charge the high price. Worst service provided..!! Not enough lighting in rooms. Staff behaviour is very rude. For wedding, will not recommend to anyone as things didn't go as per contract. Never expected such service by 3 star hotel. At day 0 of event, manager didn't allowed planned entry of bride & groom. Food also was not up to the mark. No music played while the event was going on.

K-Star was good(before 2020), but not now. Previously Ms. Manisha at the front desk took real care on Guests, but a lady now at the reception made me felt like travelled in time back to the Barbaric period, her way of speech to the guest was very worst, very poorly treated with her worst ignorance and rude attitude. Planning to stay in Navi-Mumbai? don't choose K-Star. Trust me.
