I went to select a diamond ring for my wife to gift her on her birthday, as this was my first purchase of real diamond I was clueless about the features and benefits of diamond jewellery but the staff there at store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they explained me everything about their Orra Crown Star diamonds and I was very impressed. I immediately made up my mind and purchased a OCS ring. Thank you so much such a great experience and exemplary service.

Very bad experience. Spent 3hrs after making payment through card and was asked to pay additional amount as mistake was made by the employee. Moreover, when asked for refund i was informed that it cannot be done immediately and would take 7days. Why should i suffer for their mistake?

Have been a regular customer of Orra vashi store for over 10 yrs. They ensure all customers are satisfied each time one visits, not just by their range of jewellery but also ensure customers enjoy visiting the store by frequently having parties, games, tattoo, sketch sessions. In general all the staff is very polite and loyal, one name that deserves special mention is Ms Alpa Joshi. She has always made sure all our requirements are met to our fullest satisfaction.

Purchased jewellery ,last year.was extremely impressed,that 100 percent return was promised,if new jewellery to be bought ,40 percent more value than previous,but when I went back,sales guy was agast,no such promise made it seems.( In sector 17 New Orra store)Asked for previous invoice.Promised not given. Went to inorbit ,here again sales guy promising 100 percent return,esp asked even making ,says YES,except gst all back. Beware new customers.Confirm before purchase

Oh I loved it. Their loyalty scheme is unheard of. Options and designs out of a 400 sq.ft was extra ordinary. This was the first time that I bought something apart from Tanishq and it was totally worth it. Must try!!

Have bought several jewels from them, after sales is extremely poor. Had a ring whose diamond got smashed , and was asked to pay for the diamond replacement. Never heard diamond get smashed like a piece of glass. Makes me question there quality.Apparently there diamonds can break! Unheard of. Got something from gilli, and the diamond fell and they took full responsibility to change it free of charge. Make wise decision by not purchasing from them. There “company policy” is awful. Never buying anything again from here.
