88614.
I
recently
had
an
unsatisfactory
experience
at
the
Puma
store
located
in
Grand
Central
Mall
Seawoods.
On
December
9th,
I
purchased
a
sneaker
for
my
friend,
taking
advantage
of
a
discounted
price
at
INR
4200,
reduced
from
the
base
price
of
INR
6999.
Unfortunately,
my
friend
did
not
like
the
shoe
model,
prompting
me
to
explore
the
replacement
option
within
the
15-day
policy
window.
I
visited
the
store
on
December
23rd,
two
days
before
the
deadline.
During
my
visit,
I
encountered
a
shortage
of
the
desired
sneaker,
and
though
I
found
an
alternative,
the
required
foot
size
was
unavailable.
Your
staff
assured
me
that
fresh
stock
would
be
available
after
January
1st,
offering
a
chance
to
choose
a
replacement
at
the
base
price.
Regrettably,
when
I
revisited
the
store
on
January
2nd,
having
found
two
suitable
models
for
replacement,
I
was
informed
that
an
additional
payment
of
INR
2300
was
required.
This
contradicted
the
earlier
assurance
and
left
me
deeply
disappointed.
Such
inconsistencies
in
communication
and
service
standards
are
not
in
line
with
the
reputation
Puma
holds
in
the
market.
I
am
compelled
to
bring
this
matter
to
your
attention,
as
it
has
significantly
tarnished
my
perception
of
the
brand.
I
kindly
request
your
immediate
intervention
to
investigate
and
rectify
this
issue.
Aligning
the
resolution
with
the
initial
commitment
made
during
the
purchase
would
be
greatly
appreciated.
