My Puma shopping experience at Nexus mall , Seawoods was disappointing and mentally exhausting. I went with exact shoe name and model clearly mentioning that it's a women's shoe I wanted and showed it to the saleperson from official puma website. The salesperson despite me showing him exactly which shoe I wanted showed me unisex one and the mistake I made was to trust that he is showing me the one I wanted. It was in no way conveyed to me that shoe which he is showing is unisex when I had requested for a women's shoe. The received shoe, though the correct size (UK 6), turned out to be unisex , not women's as requested. The staff's refusal to acknowledge the mistake and understand sizing nuances left me frustrated. If you see Puma official website it is clearly mentioned that Unisex shoe sizing is not the same as women's but they refused to acknowledge their own brands statements and resorted to gaslighting me into believing that it is MY mistake that I agreed and believed that they would place the order of what I wanted. Later they said thet cannot give me the shoe I originally wanted because it's available online only and refund is not in their policy. Now the most they could so is to force me to buy another shoe or clothes worth the price I had paid which was hefty 8.3K . This is just not done. If you didn't have the shoe in the first place you should not scam people into making payments for wrong shoes and later force them to buy stuff they don't want just to reach your store targets . Least they could have done is acknowledge their mistake but they were more busy proving us that we were at fault and not them . Shameful . I would not recommend Puma based on this experience.

Horrible service . Lack basic expertise to understand what's asked for and the only thing they know to do is scam people into buying things they haven't asked for and refusing refund . Great way to complete sales targets at the cost of fooling people . Won't ever be shopping again at this store.

The staff fooled me into buying a product I wasn't even looking for. I clearly asked for Puma Graviton sneakers and showed them a picture of the product but I was told that it was an old product and I was lied and fooled into buying Puma Adult Rider casual shoes by telling me that it was the latest edition and colour of Puma Graviton. Great way of completing sales target by lying about the product details and fooling customers🙏.

Dear Puma Customer Service, I am Shubham Mahadik, and my receipt number is 88614. I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at the Puma store located in Grand Central Mall Seawoods. On December 9th, I purchased a sneaker for my friend, taking advantage of a discounted price at INR 4200, reduced from the base price of INR 6999. Unfortunately, my friend did not like the shoe model, prompting me to explore the replacement option within the 15-day policy window. I visited the store on December 23rd, two days before the deadline. During my visit, I encountered a shortage of the desired sneaker, and though I found an alternative, the required foot size was unavailable. Your staff assured me that fresh stock would be available after January 1st, offering a chance to choose a replacement at the base price. Regrettably, when I revisited the store on January 2nd, having found two suitable models for replacement, I was informed that an additional payment of INR 2300 was required. This contradicted the earlier assurance and left me deeply disappointed. Such inconsistencies in communication and service standards are not in line with the reputation Puma holds in the market. I am compelled to bring this matter to your attention, as it has significantly tarnished my perception of the brand. I kindly request your immediate intervention to investigate and rectify this issue. Aligning the resolution with the initial commitment made during the purchase would be greatly appreciated. I bought a shoe from here at cost 7000, within 2 months,it had scratches on it. I visited the store and ask for replacement and they have refused for replacement and ask me to connect with customer care. While purchasing they promised to bring it here within six months if any damages happens.

Price information is not correctly updated on labels. After spending half an hour and while paying found that item is not on sale. Wasted my time by visiting this useless shop. More un-updated employess than customers.

Purchased a shoe on 4/10/2022 and due to the server issue bill was not delivered.Its been 3 weeks now ,called 3 times to get the bill via mail or what's up and till now not received the same....such a drastic experience for the first time....
