This time of the year shoppers Stop has some great sale deals. The entire staff was wearing proper masks. So were we. Of youre going to the mall, make sure you sanitise your hands before you touch anything. Be a responsible citizen.

It used to be a great place but it hasn’t bounced back yet from the pandemic setback. The stocks are lesser and costlier than what's available on those individual brands' online portals. The helpers are mostly decent and helpful. They sometimes have good offers, but otherwise it's not worthed.

I had a wonderful shopping experience at Shoppers Stop in Inorbit Mall. The store is spacious, well-organized and has a wide range of products to choose from. The staff is courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They assisted me in finding the right clothes, accessories and cosmetics for my needs. The quality of the products is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I also enjoyed the discounts and offers that they had. The store is open from 11 am to 9:30 pm on weekdays and weekends, which is very convenient for me. I would highly recommend Shoppers Stop to anyone who is looking for a great shopping destination

Today visited Shopper Stop at Vashi In Orbit Mall, and the staff was not even have a courtesy to show us the blanket and fitted bedsheets, when asked to show some more blankets and bedsheets the employees over there simply denied and said we cannot open the packet and the pieces to you, wherein when some others ladies customers walked in with well maintained dress code and they were not hesitate to show them every pieces of bedsheets by opening the packet, is this the way you guys treat the customers , by judging them by there clothes. This was really unsatisfied experience, and due this behaviour I've not shopped from their which was approximately around 7k. I visited the departmental store in Inorbit mall Vashi and I was impressed by the variety of items they had. They had different collections of clothing brands like Louis Philippe, Lee Cooper, Wrong and many more. They also had accessories like belts, shoes, perfumes, etc. The fabric quality was superb and the prices were reasonable. I liked the counter for bedsheets, mugs and nonstick cookwares of top brand. It was a one-stop shop for all my needs. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for good quality products and a pleasant shopping experience.

Great selection of clothes and accessories in general. Just that I visited on Oct 2021 and some construction was going on also some cloth selection were not as great. It was mostly because the mall was close for long. I think it will be back to its normal standards.

It was a great shopping experience. Plethora of global brands can be found here. Staffs are very helpful and polite. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Better than seawoods grand Central shoppers stop Good selection of clothes , Brands such as Allen Solly , Lacoste , celio , Levi's ,van Heusen available Ladies have a separate section below Perfume, watches, glasses ,makeup section, of well known brands available etc Shoe section is a bit disappointing not alot of options available

I like the styles and discounts they offer but their staff is plain mannerless. If it's even close to closing time they'll be the most uninterested sales persons you'll ever come across. They won't even bother looking at you! The moment they sense that you're browsing for now and plan to buy later, be ready for their attention shift and "We don't see you attitude" I hope they work on this.

The store is fantastic and has a large range of items. They have everything, whether it's apparel, fragrance, beauty, or home and kitchen items. You may select from a wide range of well-known brands, and the staff is really helpful. Finally, it's a terrific place to shop because it has everything you need in one location.

If we buy something on the ground floor for gift wrapping need to go to first floor the staff there at cash counter seriously need some training! Is this fair for 70 years senior citizens 😡

Shoppers Stop’s customer service used to be exemplary. However, in my experience, it has fallen significantly, especially in the Vashi outlet. They sold me shoes in sale period and even though I faced a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, that was not rectified. Moreover, this “unwritten” policy is not mentioned anywhere. The manager Mr. Sandeep Bhatt was absolutely unhelpful and kept citing the above “unwritten” policy. Makes you wonder why the shop is paying a manager if he is not able to make any decision. Worst of all, they made me visit the store 4 times before they denied rectification of the issue. Be very careful while buying shoes from the outlet. P.S. I had submitted a feedback form in the shop but did not get any response.

One of the best Shoppers Stop store that I have seen. You can get almost all brands in mid size segment in apparel and non apparel items. Staff helpful. Display of various items arranged very well. Shopping since long time, never been disappointed till now.

Great place to purchase from a variety of brands under one roof. There are offers multiple times here. Staff could be better trained here, especially at color plus and indian terrain brands. Well organized store. Lots of items, something for everyone. Lots of units selling branded items. Exciting discount offers. Helpful staff at every unit, all ready to help. However, noticed that the hangers did not state the size of the garment and one had to check each garment label for S (small), L (large), XL etc. In the US, every hanger has the size mentioned, which makes choosing very easy. All in all a good store where shopping time flies.

All under one roof. Good place to shop for clothing and accessories. Very customer friendly place. Cleanliness and cooling was excellent. Would highly recommend this place. Employees like Ashok Kashyap, Mohd Farooque and Saurabh from the alterations make this place unique with their customer friendly mannerisms and support. I would ask the management to recognise their contribution to the department. Overall well done.

Located on 2 floors of inorbit mall(ground and first) this is another one of shopper's stop outlets. Men's and women's apparels are located on separate floors and has ample selection from a variety of brands. Good place to shop.

Price too high... but you will get vast variations there... no doubt.... but still price too much... no ROI

If your are in Vashi and looking for top multibrand cloths for kids, ladies or mens then this is the best place to shop. It has cloths, bags-luggage, shoes, home decor, watches, sunglasses, fragrances, cosmetics etc. Ask for offers before buying anything, you may be lucky. Its located inside Inorbit mall, vashi. The mall has got ample underground vehicle parking facility.

Cosmetics section female employees are already stressed and frustrated. It seems they are pretty tired of showing swatches to guests. They show attitude and have very rude behavior. I am annoyed by their worst performance for wasting my time. Poor hospitality, poor management, and a lack of knowledge. I strongly suggest to change the management team.
