The room’s rent on oyo and mmt of hotel galaxy will show you 449RS. But when you will go there for checkin they will show you third class room will ask for double the money to get an average room…the guy who was sitting at the reception showed rude behaviour( lena hai to lo vrna jao) i stayed at hotel new empire there 10 times better hotel in nayagaon.

Bad experience for us. Checkin: I reached here with family and owner said that he won't accept prices offered by OYO. I had to pay original amount without all the coupon discounts and that too directly to him rather than to OYO otherwise we were denied check-in. We were asked to talk to OYO but even they were not reachable. Rooms: There were ant nests BELOW the bed. You can imagine the rest. Broken flush, geezer and switchboards. Ants anywhere you put your bag. Service: If call is picked at reception then it will take 2-3 calls to send anything. Extra bedding which had to be provided by default had to be asked many times for even after they agreed to provide. Even then no bedsheet for extra bedding was provided. And with ants around, pray to God before you sleep that you don't wake up as ant food. Summary: Irresponsible behaviour by hotel and staff. I would have left the moment checkin was denied if I had not been with a family which was too tired to go anywhere. I still have to settle it all with OYO.

Very bad staff. All are drunk. First they refuse to give us rooms. When I request them then they charge us more money. I told them Thai i will complain to Oyo, then he replyed me that Oyo have more property they will give you in another place. Lastly we have two family so i decided to pay more and stay here.. become it was allready 10.30 pm... This is very bad hotel I have ever seen. Don't book this property.

Pathetic experience. Never recommend this place. No maintenance, smelly washrooms, broken switches and dirty linens . Moreover no cleanliness in the rooms and wash rooms. Only good thing that staff was responsive!!

Worst experience, that's why I canceled my booking right after I saw the room on site. Even the oyo executive misguided me regarding the hotel's facilities being provided during my booking process.

The room space is good. However, bathroom was dirty. The service staff was more inclined to save his energy and didn't shy away in bad mouthing reception person. We had to ask for water and bathroom supplies. Towels were not clean either.

it is surrounded by other hotels, but stands out for their service and amenities. Large and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, it is worth the stay. The rooms are will made, with soft lighting, good for clicking pictures. ...... ..Room we stayed in had a bathtub, though that particular luxury is available in select rooms only. Free WiFi and complementary breakfast and a newspaper in the morning round up a wonderful stay. ... I was there for an event, and i must say they now how to take good care of their guests.......... Food was really good, ambience was attractive according to the event. Great place for small events like Birthday party, Ring Ceremony............ Enough parking space is available. ...The staff is very very cooperative. Food quality is also good .Rooms are equipped with modern amenities . ..

Rooms were OK ok but room service is horrible. If there is negative scale I must give them - 10. Our room geyser was not working and even after asking the staff to make the arrangements he did not do anything.

Near by PGI and hotel rate you can't believe around 700 you got stay at chandigarh. Thank You

Very poor in services. Maintenance is very poor. When you are providing 24 hrs hotel services then why kitchen is is for 12 hrs? There is huge scope improvement for management and services provider. It is OYO responsibility to check them properly before Acredation on OYO. Because they are spoiling name of OYO.
