You can enjoy the beauty of the nature at the fullest from here. You have to trek your way to the falls from where you prk the vehicle (approx 750m) Try to visit the place in a weekday to avoid the crowd! The place is protected forest so be careful to look for electrical fences by the forest department. Since the place is dense forest please do not litter. Carry back all your plastic bottles and snack packets. Please be responsible 🙏 Please be extremely careful while visiting the place with children. If you are visiting the falls on the rainy season be more cautious because the water level may rise any moment. Overall a nice place to spend time with your friends to turn down the heat.

Among many attractions at Neliyampathy, the best spot is Seetharkund where you can experience the panoramic view of Kollengode town. Seetharkund waterfalls is one of the tributary of Gayathripuzha.Located near to Poabson estate. You must park the car nearby tea estate area and needs to walk to viewpoint.Right side of the viewpoint is deep gorge so please be take care while walking. So the viewpoint offers you the wonderful scenery.

Seetharkundu Waterfalls is a sacred fall believed to be the place where Goddess Sita used to offer worship while she was on exile with Lord Rama. Having received its name from Goddess Sita, these waterfalls fall from a height of about 100 feet and offer breath-taking views to the visitors. Located at Nelliyampathy at the end valley. The surrounding area is also found to be rich with various wildlife and mesmerizing views.

At the end of a soft trek you get closer to nature and the view is amazing!! You get all the picturesque views on the way. Natural swings are worth all the walk.

Refreshing & beautiful. Seetharkund waterfalls is situated near the seetahrkund viewpoint, you have make to the end of the view point and then cover nearly one kilometre to get there through the hill side. The journey is bit dangerous since there is no path leading to the waterfall. You can see lots of small waterfall on the other sides of the hill.mostly visible only in the rainy seasons, must vist aleast of one time. It gives you realy a good feel

An absolutely beautiful scenery. Sometimes we hope to go places just to relax , take a breath and reconnect . This is that kind of spot . The cold numbing temperature mixed with wind makes extra special . The wide spread cloud beds make it look like you are on top of the world ( even though you can see a bigger mountain just near you ). The warm Rays of the sun makes you feel reborn and the view just makes you wanna stay there for hours and hours. When the sun's out it gets pretty hot very soon. It's like they say " the juice is worth the squeeze" , the climb is worth every bit of energy you spend

Located near Kollangode in Palakkad district, this hilltop waterfall is a treasure for nature lovers. As soon as we enter the road from the main road to this area, we begin to relax in the lap of nature. The greenery of the fields and the parade of palm trees will captivate us. Shops are set up here and there for snacks and food. It is better to drive slowly on the route. Because the road is narrow, oncoming vehicles have to give way at times. There is plenty of parking available almost near the waterfall area. They charge Rs 50 per car. There is also a toilet facility at the entrance. A great nature spot to explore with friends or family. The height of Nelliampati hill can be seen from here. The beauty of the waterfall falling like a silver garland is a feast for the beholder. But if you want to bathe in the waterfall, you need to be more careful. It is good to travel and bathe here during moderate monsoons. It is better to avoid visiting here during heavy rains. Request: I found lots of packets of chips. Please remember that forest is our property before throwing garbage in the forest. Tourists collect their garbage in a bag and put it in any dustbin along the way. Thanks.

It is directed towards Pollachi Road, right after a few kilometers from Kollenkodu main junction. The road leading to the waterfall is narrow and some sections are damaged. Please be cautious if you have vehicles with low ground clearance. However, fellow drivers are incredibly helpful in guiding others. It's an unexplored natural gem surrounded by wild forests and behind mountains. At RS 50, you can avail of ample private parking facilities. Small tea and snack shops are available. The crowd will be reasonable. Nevertheless, we can still find the place for a waterfall. There are also newly constructed washroom facilities available.. This location has begun to accumulate pet water bottles and plastic chips packets. Please ensure the disposal of the used bottles located near the entrance. Entry is currently free. The closing time is 5 PM and entry is permitted until then. Because of the dangers posed by wild elephants.

Best place for waterfalls, good clean and calm place. Anyone can swim as depth is less. Beware of paid parking fare of ₹50 which is not worthy try to park far away and have a small walk.

Even Semptember month, just a small stream of water through some rocks. Nothing to see or enjoy there. May be if it is full of water, the view wpuld be better. But personally, I did not enjoy it. But the route to Seetharkund from Kollengode was absolutely stunning. Beautifull view of the mountain and road through paddy fields will blow your mind. Just to repeat the beautiful views throughout the route, I prefer to visit again and again. If you are a lover of nature, you must visit this area.

A best trial amidst lush greenery.. little steep and slippery climbs between the rocks.. weekends gets crowded! Ideal place to chill and get some good clicks. We thoroughly enjoyed our visits here 🤞🤩

Decent tourist destination, usually less crowded. Stepping into to water is prohibited these days due to floods but recommended to take bathing stuffs during the visits

Nice place. You need to trek for around 3km to reach here from the first view point near the parking space. Visited in december and there was no much water to call it a waterfall. But the ambiance and serenity u experience is worth the trek.

Great place to hangout with friends inside a semi forest. A small trek around 20 mins from the view point to this place. You can have bath on chilled mountain streams, Take great forest photos. Don’t miss if you’re an adventurous lad.

Nice and very calm place with less water in Summer. You have to walk around 1km into the forest to reach the waterfalls and it's steep uphill on the way back. Lot of birds, squirrels, monkeys and even Buffalo are visible at times.
