Terrible, food was slapped together. Chips were soggy and half empty.

My large fries weren’t even filled and they were stale. Waste of money

Went to Mac Donald’s this evening, started with the lady at the box, rude was talking over the top not listening took alittle for her to understand what I was saying. Then got to window and order wasn’t correct. Then got my food and realised it was missing the bacon which I paid extra for and the meat patty as was just salad slapped together no pride or anything to make it presentable, chips were soggy and cold and only half full. Not very good service overall.

In those late night post-bender meals, the big mac has become a beacon of hope and my lifeline amidst the harshest of times. Uplifting me from the depths of hunger to soaring heights and allowing me to finally say “mmmm… this is a tasty burger.”

Me and my friend go on road trips up to the sunny coast all the time and to start our journey we always start by coming to this McDonald’s, we are amazed by the wonderful staff, the customer service and food everytime, we have never been disappointed not once. We just came back today and the service was amazing so was the food. We both used to work at McDonald’s for 6 years and we know how difficult it can be at times and I just wanted to say good job.

Refried fries with no salt, over salted burgers! My bun had dirt on it looked like it had been dropped and picked up off the ground! No serviettes!

I hadn't been to Maccas for a long time. This visit was purely a spontaneous one after a night out in Brisbane. It was early morning, and I just wanted drive-thru. I got a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and 20 mcnuggets... for the time of day it was (like 1am) and the fact it was drive-thru, it did the job of feeding me. Was it any good? No, not really. But it wasn't bad either. Let's just call it average at best. But again, it's maccas, and it did the job. And as far as options available at this time, it was probably the best thing available 🤣 The young staff members did a fine job, very friendly and courteous.

My son dropped his hot wheel car at the side of the playground. The manager at the time (Sunday morning on 7/5/2023 around 11.30am) tried his very best and helped us to pick it up. Really appreciate for the effort and excellent service! It means a lot to my son and he keeps calling him the hero!

Clean and modern McDonald a bit busy took some time to get food 5pm on Sunday

It's just Maccas but does the job. Good parking. The young ones seem quite stressed. I think it's a stressful job. Coffee is surprisingly good. Good playground for the little ones.

I ordered through uber eats tonight, what I got, I'm not happy, a overflow mcflurry which made a mess, not happy, my double cheeseburger had a hair in it and looked like a dog's breakfast, like who is teaching the staff how to place a order correctly and how to make it properly without the rush. I won't be getting food from here again. That's disgusting and I almost threw up. Not a happy customer.

7am and the staff have a worse attitude then a toddler who doesn’t want too take a nap! Couldn’t get out order right either two iced coffee one on lactose free other on skim both seem too be full cream and have whipped cream ontop that we didn’t ask for….. good job again👎🏻👎🏻
