    Love Red Rooster, when it’s good it’s fantastic, but that is the problem this store does seem to be a bit hit and miss, probably about 30 percent of the time they forget things from the order where I have to park after going through the drive through and go in to correct the order and major issues with the app, fails regularly when I click on the “at store” button, asked last time at the store about it and the attendant said there was big issues with the app but head office refuse to do anything about it…… All in all staff are helpful, when the food is fresh and they get it right it’s delicious.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!! I assume your phones must be down because this store is frequently making mistakes coming from my experience here tonight!! First off, after placing an $130 order from menulog tonight, to feed our extended family of 7 and to only receive the wrong order that would only cater for one person was the start of my appalling experience!! As mentioned before contacting the store was impossible after trying to reach out numerous times, leading us to no other option but to come out of our way to drive to the store to resolve this situation face to face!! When arriving to the store I kindly told front counter about the issue to have it fixed, and what happened next disgusted me. Not only was staff not sincere about their mistake but after the additional 40 minutes for the food to be prepared I witnessed a staff member eating my food whilst placing it in the bag. Once confronting her with a mouth full of chips which was quite gross I asked for the chips to be prepared again fresh. I trusted in your staff to have rectified the issue properly after all of this nonsense tonight and only to return home with a portion of the paid food missing again. Once again there is no way to contact the store as your phone lines are down. I’m not a person to complain as everyone makes mistakes, but this is absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered in my life time with any restaurant!! I am absolutely disgusted and questioning myself if this food is suitable for my family to eat tonight. Since I cannot reach out to anyone I will escalating this issue further by contacting head office as well as Customer Relations. Once again very disgusted in the service I have received here tonight.

    Mmm sweet potato fries, delicious! I did you there for a roast vege box, but seems they don't do them anymore. Admittedly I haven't been to red rooster in probably 5 years, so, guess it's not unusual to change menu items in that time hah

    Nothing wrong with the food Only complaints are everyone we use this restaurant it's always dirty never soap in the men's bathroom table area always never cleaned or the floor it could be a good restaurant thanks unfortunately you can't post any photos. But I think the management should do Radom checking

    Red Rooster chicken is always juicy and chips always hot. Today was my first time trying the wings, OMG they were the finest wings I ever had. Service is always prompt and friendly, sure the store could do with a facelift, but as long as the food tastes good, I don't care.

    A have ordered home deliveries from this store quite a few times and the last three have not been delivered properly. Tonight’s delivery left out the coleslaw and sauce. I’m very upset and would advise anybody placing a home delivery to check the contents before the driver leaves your premises.

    Great service. 🥳 The young man at the counter who wasn't sure how to apply the correct discount, and took it upon himself to check. What outstanding service, he is a roll model for young people. The food was traditionally great. The pineapple fritters were crunchy and sweet, the kids burgers were decent sized, and just nicely made, and, best of all, if you ask for no salt, you get no salt. Red Rooster continues to be the only decent fast food available in Australia. Will come back again, as soon as I've burnt off those last calories 😄 7 out of 5 stars 👍

    Everytime we have been there the food has been very average Cold chips, dry chicken Only have kids there that need more training. Last time was the worst 6pm on a Saturday night and they had run out of whole chickens

    Went for lunch and I saw at least 4 staff out the back, but no one interested in coming out to the counter and serving. We were eventually served and the food was good. Then 4 more customers came in over next few minutes and were also ignored. One lady swore and left after at least 5 minutes. Missing out on sales. due to very poor service at this store.

    This was on a whim, I went to their drive thru after a long day at work because I didn't know what to get for a quick easy dinner that night. My coworker suggested their roast chicken dinner. You get a decent amount of food for the price, whole roasted chicken, peas, corn, mash potatoes or fries, gravy and we added garlic bread, however it is all VERY SALTY, like eating a salt lick. I had to drink a gallon of water afterwards. I should've just grabbed a rotisserie chicken from the store instead.

    On this occasion, it was a cold day by Gold Coast standards, like 16 degrees. This shop the air-conditioning on, it was windy outside, and the front door would open by the wind force. When we arrived, the dining didn't even have the lights turned on. We decided to take our food and eat in the car. My wife enjoys RR. It was a good value for the food purchased.

    I ordered a Rippa combo which consists of 2 crumbed chicken fillets on a bread roll. What I got were just the crumbs as they clearly ran out of fillets. They didn't have the decency to tell me as I only found out when I got home. Dishonest and poorly managed.

    Yes, a very modern designed store, you can eat on the in or outside tables. Service is quick and efficient even with the busy drive-thru as well, always friendly staff.

    Tried to order chicken chips and gravy through the drive-thru and was told they didn't serve that so had to order something else, showed the woman the item apparently called a chicken loaded chips. Was told that not what I asked for, the woman who served me came across quite rude. Then what the hell did I ask for then? Not even did you mean a chicken loaded fries? Was quite disappointed with the service not a sorry about that, nothing. Will not go back there again.

    Store seemed clean enough, waited a few minutes at the counter before I was acknowledged, friendly enough staff eventually came out to ask if I was picking up an online order to which I was. The one star I give is because the staff were nice and seemed professional. Thought I would try the chicken bacon and cheese rippa for the first time. It had a really odd smell, the grated cheese seemed cold, as if it were added from the fridge at the last minute. There was a strange taste that I cant say I have ever experienced before and just didn't enjoy it at all. I ended up just eating the tenders and not the rest. I understand it is not an overly expensive lunch, but it should at least taste like it is advertised. I also ordered a regular potato and gravy and i accidentally received a large one, which is a bonus for me, but just an honest mistake. I used to always enjoy the potato and gravy from red rooster but it has changed so much over the years. It used to be a nice creamy mixed texture. But it has changed to a watery deb. The potato was runnier than the gravy and I had one teaspoon of it and couldn't eat anymore. It was pure slush and really turned my stomach. Shame the quality has gone down so much that I can honestly say I can never return to any of there stores. Again it may have only have been over $20 for lunch, but what a waste of food and a huge disappointment for the brand to let it's quality go down so much to the point of customers feeling the need to review in a negative way. I am not interested in any compensation or a call or reply from the managers, It is just a simple fact that the quality is just not there anymore. Please bring back the good old fashioned recipes you used in the beginning where everyone fell in love with red rooster, everything tastes cheaper and watered down to the point you will lose customers purely because the taste is too artificial.

    Red rooster is always a go-to when in Aussie. One point off for poor cleanliness. Could be better. Try cleaning the dead bugs and spider webs from window sills and cornices please.

    It was as good as red rooster can be. It’s always can be hit and miss where do you get hot chips or not. The chicken Rolls were microwaves like usual.

    Tonight, I had the pleasure of dealing with a disrespectful manger named Stephanie. I picked up an online order from drive thru and when we got home to open our mega boxes, both boxes were missing our large chips. I called up to tell them our chips were missing only to be disrespected and belittled by a so called manager name Stephanie. After explaining our chips were missing she paused and didn’t say anything back. I could then hear her asking her staff if chips were put in the boxes. One of her staff members replied saying he had checked the boxes before giving them to me (which clearly wasn’t true as there were no chips in the boxes). Stephanie then very rudely excused me of lying about the chips not being in there saying her staff definitely packed them… when they did not. I’m not even writing this review based on chips being forgotten because mistakes happen, I get that. But what I can’t get over is the way Stephanie handled it, in such a belittling way and the fact she had the audacity to accuse a customer of lying. For a manager on duty for the night I’m appalled at the customer service we received for simply contacting the store saying that they forgot our chips. Red Rooster really needs to rethink the staff they are hiring for such positions as a manager role or better yet make sure they train their staff on correct BASIC customer service skills. I didn’t even get one apology from Stephanie. Even though I had to go out of my way to come back to the store because of their mistake. Red Rooster should really look into educating there mangers or better yet, maybe Stephanie should just get another job.
