After waiting 5 hours because of a double booking at a different hotel (through bookings.com) this place was awesome, and super accomodating. Buffet in the morning was great, bed was comfy and nice and big, clean room and necessities provided. We will definitely be staying here again. We were woken up in the night by a bat which had very obviously lost it's cool right outside our door, and was squealing and thrashing all over the place šŸ˜‚ all part of the experience. Staff were lovely too, had a great chat to them both mornings and the night we arrived.

It's not bad, but for a resort and the pricing I would've expected the rooms to be nicer. Walls seem to be crumbling and the "balcony" is just a deck surrounded by concrete walls that over see your neighbours "balconys". Everything else is good, pool is massive, good spa inside rooms, easy internet access with casting, big sized beds, and good room temperature control. Overall a decent stay

Mixed experience! Stayed here with family for a week. Pros: some staff are friendly, nice pools, gym, surrounded by lush gardens, and decent buffet breakfast. Cons: rooms are tired. Location not near anything unless you drive, including supermarket and chemist etc. Our room was missing a curtain meaning lack of privacy and a light shined into the room at night. We werenā€™t able to check in until after 2:30. We paid an additional $22 per person per day for the buffet breakfast which was greatā€”until the day one of our kids got sick and couldnā€™t come to the breakfast. We wanted to take a piece of fruit and bread back to them, and were basically treated like criminals for doing so. Not one but two staff berated us, one quite rudely saying ā€œitā€™s all you can eat here not all you can takeā€. Fair enough if thatā€™s what we were doing, but some understanding would have been appreciated- it was a single apple and piece of toast for a sick kid. Not really exploiting the situation given we paid $22 for nothing but rudeness that day... all in all it was okay for the price but will choose somewhere else next time.

We really enjoyed staying here. Great and very comfortable rooms. We enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and meeting new people. The staff were really helpful and friendly. I recommend a stay there.

The room I booked was not available so they gave me some credit which was great. We enjoyed a delicious dinner. The room we had was blissfully peaceful. We had a great stay. I will definitely visit again.

The receptionist took a call mid check in leaving us waiting 10 minutes. No information given about breakfast or happy hour etc. Tea and coffee facilities basic at best. 3rd day came back at 3pm, room was still not attended to. Went to reception to ask for coffee, milk and towels I was told check ins were priority and the room would be done later. Day 3 we were finally left the door swing tag about the clean room program. Everything was poor.

Recently I had a conference that was held at the Mercure. The facilities were excellent for this work wise and the stay was personally excellent. the rooms are spacious, the bedding is so comfortable and the view from the balcony over the course and waterways was great. They also have an awesome buffet brekky, a very inviting looking pool that I sadly did not have the time to use, a great bar with ice cold beers and an air of comfort about it. Essentially, I'll be back with the family for relaxation purposes in the future.

I recently stayed at Mercure Gold Coast Resort as part of a leadership workshop and my experience was nothing short of delightful. The spacious room provided ample comfort and relaxation, while the inviting pool area offered a serene escape. The highlight, however, was the well-equipped gym that exceeded my expectations, allowing for a fulfilling workout experience. Furthermore, the delicious array of food options left me thoroughly satisfied throughout my stay. With its combination of luxurious accommodations, top-notch amenities Mercure undoubtedly provided a memorable and satisfying retreat. Thank you.

The staff are a credit to this resort, everyone we met was happy, well trained and eager to help. The food (restaurant and morning buffet) were very good, fresh and loads of variety. The package was excellent value and easy to utilise. The resort is well appointed, and although older than some has been maintained well. Has all the facilities a simply family holiday needs. Would recommend this resort to others.

My stay was a happy one until I was charged almost 300 dollars for an extra night because my flight was canceled other than that I was very happy with my stay. your staff are wonderful from your cleaners the Gardener and your Desk staff are all wonderful and friendly.

More basic and no-frills than it presents in their photos, considering the price. Friendly staff at reception, however the resort is seriously lacking in amenities which made our stay disappointing. We were thirsty and there was no vending machine anywhere on site, the only bars/restaurants on site were closed. Pool areas looked sad, the property feels unkept and dated - like it hasn't been touched since early 2000s. There was no garbage bin in the room, a rogue slope into the bathroom we kept tripping on, and a dirty stain on the sheets... The staircases up to our basic room were just an added pain. Considering you can stay at the Casino for less than $50 more (and is actually updated), this is seriously overpriced for what it is, you are far better off elsewhere for this price point! The location and setting is nice and quiet, it has potential after renovations, but for now I would avoid.

Having accidentally booked the wrong dates the hotel was super accomodating and found us a room for both nights even during the peak time in school holidays. The manager was even super reasonable with the price difference and the hotel was amazing. Great food and great facilities and amazing staff.

The rooms need to be refreshed. There was mould in the bathroom. The shower screen doesn't stop water from getting all over the floor. The floor drain let loose soap suds after a shower. Exhaust fan doesn't remove any steam. Poor noise insulation in the rooms. There was also a cockroach in the room on arrival. The bed was comfortable at least but some of the sheets were worn and had a hole.

Terrible service from the person at the reception, MONIKA, who was very rude when she assisted us at check-in, she made us feel the entire time as if she were doing us a favor, with a terrible disposition when answering our questions, making us feeling like we were not welcome at all.Ā  It is a shame to receive this type of horrible and poor attention in a place as nice as this resort, since the reason why we decided to stay here was to have a pleasant time and enjoy the weekend, however, with such a bad service like the one we received, our experience was not pleasant at all.Ā The resort would be great if the staff that work there took care of the guests and made them feel good and welcome.Ā  They should take care of customer service by choosing better staff at the reception.

  • 1/5 Steven L. 8 months ago on Google
The Indian looking receptionist named Monika is rude with her tone of voice and attitude. No greetings when guest comes in, face looks extremely cranky and annoyed, no explanation of the facilities in the resort, feels like she's just trying to get the check in process over quick. Coming from someone who works in customer service myself, the service being delivered is beyond disappointing. However, the room is quite clean, and the location is perfect.

Stayed two nights in a spa room in Block 2 on ground floor. SPA room not really worth the extra money from a standard room (SPA only big enough for one), but at least there is a standalone shower rather than one in the bathtub. Dinner was good and restaurant was willing to vary the makeup of the side of seasonal vegetables to suit our taste. Breakfast was filling but the scrambled eggs came in a lump (ie: not broken up - you could cut the "lump" in to slices), and the mushrooms were shrivelled. Platinum benefits were appreciated (nibbles in room and bottle of wine and water) and discount on dinner. No movies available in room (this is a change from previous stays), they now expect you to cast your own device on to the TV.

  • 4/5 Bernie M. 11 months ago on Google
The pool is great and the restaurant is good with pub food. It is a little dated and maybe needs some renovations here and there but overall fine. My room was so so the aircon is old did not warm the room no good in winter and the shower didnā€™t work fortunately it had a bath. I told the receptionist she argued I had not pulled the lever thing to switch from bath to shower, I did several times the cleaner also tried. The best thing is just to apologise and the you know to fix it. These things happen as long as theyā€™re trying itā€™s ok. Overall itā€™s good value for money great spot if you love golf or if the kids love swimming the pool is great ! Take the family

The place was so great for a 2 day getaway. It was amazing! Monika was so great with the service and also gave me comp drinks and cookies! Plus the pool is heated! There was a play area for kids and the parking was comp as well. Would definitely be back! Worth the travel šŸ’œ

The rooms are quite outdated and very noisy. No lifts at all, we were on the third floor too. The screen door fell off to go out onto the balcony the minute we tried to open it. Air-con kept turning off and only worked if we set it to 30C anything below it kept going off. Bathroom the shower kept losing pressure and was very outdated and old. The pool was great and the restaurant but overall the rest is not really worth it. We were going to prolong to two nights but glad it was only one and moved onto elsewhere the next day. Noisy and outdated is my impression.

Absolutely incredible stay! Beautiful amenities! Friendly staff! Absolutely loved my experience! I enjoyed my stay so much! I spent every morning and night (until we got kicked out šŸ˜‚) in the heated pool and spa! It was amazing! And furthermore the lock out for the pool area was 10pm and they always let us stay in for longer! The food is absolutely incredible! The morning buffet was the best Iā€™ve ever had. The only negative with this resort is the location! Itā€™s about a $15 Uber to the public transport either way. Thereā€™s a free shuttle at 12.25pm that takes you to the public transport (trams) which is amazing! I would 1000% recommended this place to anyone! The staff was so friendly and informative especially the lovely lady that checked us in!

After a hectic few months, my partner and I booked a weekend at the Mercure Gold Coast Resort. The location was so tranquil, we could thoroughly enjoy the peace of being away from the hustle and bustle. Our room was extremely comfortable and clean. We had the buffet breakfast both days, and I was extremely impressed with the quality and variety of the breakfast choices. It was hands-down the best buffet breakfast I have had in Australia. We will definitely be returning next time we need a mini-break!

The resort was well cared for but rooms very outdated. The shower in bathtub is extremely dangerous when slippery for anybody whether elderly or disabled. Not much help when you arrive taking luggage to rooms. When we arrived a huge disaster of confusion with the rooms we booked. Front reception staff not very friendly and we felt like a burden. Not a good experience for my first ever stay at a resort.

Mercure Resort Gold Coast is a lovely resort style hotel. The beds were very comfortable and the room adequate for our needs. The pool area was fantastic and the pool itself was the perfect temperature at all times. The location was perfect for us-just enough out of the hustle and bustle of the Gold Coast but only a few minutes by car to get there if we wanted to. We will definately be back at Mercure Gold Coast Resort. We had an awesome time!

Nice king size room overlooking the 9th hole. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Downside were the bats at night making noise so had to keep the balcony door closed. It has a bar and restaurant with a nice buffet breakfast. The resort has a pool, spa and gym

  • 5/5 Bree M. 5 months ago on Google
A quick getaway with kids to the Mercure Gold Coast couldn't be faulted, both rooms overlooking the golf course was far better than looking @ cement towers, The pools and spa added to a relaxing atmosphere,We used the gym but was disappointed that the sauna was out of order, but you can't win them all. Dinner was fantastic ,our service from Megan was outstanding she went the extra mile, which made my daughters birthday exactly what she wanted. Thank you.

Room and bed was great. Bathroom needs an update. Pool looked amazing. Travel for business. Breakfast was ordinary - the lids for the cereal were clunky and hard to dispense cereal. Staff greeting/front desk to restaurant -not friendly, didn't explain menu types etc. Unhelpful. Staff working in breakfast zone/restaurant were working hard and friendly, replacing food and clearing tables. Seemed a little short staffed. Not a big range of fruit, chia puddings looked sad. Upon arrival had two large suitcases and no offer of help/assistance. Arrival and even when leaving carried own suitcases up and down to level three whilst staff walked past -no offer of help.

Overall a good weekend was spent at Mercure Gold Coast Resort. Our booking included buffet breakfast and entry tickets to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, which made the stay very cost effective and purposeful for everyone. Rooms were quite basic and rather dated. The staff were lovely and helpful- shout out to Fran, the receptionist for delivering our luggage to our room and holding fort while the hotel seemed understaffed. We did feel that there were management issues within the hotel, as our check-in time was delayed by at least 2 hours. Our friends checked-in to their room at 2pm successfully and were informed our room will take another 20min to clean. We arrived at 3pm, and yet were informed the room was still not ready yetā€¦ We had to then switch up our plan and check-in at a later time. I received a miss call from the hotel at around 3:55pm- when we were already onto our next agenda. Rather inconveniencing and unacceptable. If the rules were that check in is at 2pm, I would expect the room to be READY for check in AT 2pmā€¦ not 3:55pm. ā€œBeing booked out over the passed 2 daysā€ is also not an acceptable excuse. Unfortunately we wonā€™t be returning to this hotel. It wasnā€™t completely disappointing, but just not good enough for a second visit.

Very impressed with the entire experience. Quick check in and pleasant staff. Underground parking spaces were plenty and free. We were pleasantly surprised with our 2 BR accommodation, with 1 Bathroom and toilet each. Each room was well prepared, spacious and very clean and modern, with great mountain views from the balcony. Two weeks prior, I was asked our preferred bed configuration, chosen King bed for each. Sofa bed though was not comfortable to sleep in though... A kitchen sink and cooking facilities aside from just the microwave and a bar fridge, would be ideal for long stays. Thank you for our pleasant stay. Overall, we still highly recommend this place and would definitely be back.

First time in a resort and it was fabulous. One of the best holidays we've had! Thoroughly enjoyed. So glad we didn't stay on the Gold coast strip where it's noisy and boring. What did we enjoy at Mercure Pines resort? Everything! It was peaceful, quiet and we were so relaxed. The pool was the right temperature. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The staff so friendly and willing to make our stay enjoyable. The Green Restaurant/Cafe: great food/large serves and reasonably priced. The room was spacious, very comfortable king bed and loved that we could cast our Foxtel to the TV. We don't play golf but it felt we were in the country, waking up to birds chirping and enjoying the open and green space. What I didn't like: That we had to leave! Will certainly be back to this 5 star resort when I come back to the Gold CoastšŸ™‚

My wife and I spend 1 Saturday night at the hotel. At check-in Monika was very with a lovely smile served us diligently. The allocated room was over looking the golf field and the room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean as well. When we went to the bar for a drink, Matt served us with a big smile and enthusiasm. The enviorment was lovely too. The food at the Dinner was excellent, We enjoyed them much. But, I may call the buffet breakfast, mediocre. The Mercure management should consider having more interesting hot food in the menu. Thank you again, Monica and Matt for making our stay pleasant,

Overall a good experience. It was great to have a heated pool, including a kids pool that is great for infants/toddlers. Rooms were fine and breakfast had a reasonable buffet spread.

Nice clean rooms, large grounds. Rooms had a bar fridge which was handy for a travelling for work as I could keep my own food cool. This resort is away from the beach and main shopping and eating areas so good if you have a car. Undercover parking was free. The best thing about this resort was the gym. The gym was the best equipped gym of any hotel I have ever been to. There was a large room with machines, along with a dedicated weights room with dumbbells, squat rack, kettle bells, some benches, and some barbells and plates.

We had a very pleasant stay here. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and had all the amenities. Only thing was due to covid restrictions our room wasn't serviced every day we were there but that was fine with us.

I have had few issues in relation to my choice of downgraded room but the manager still manage to fix it even though itā€™s almost over a week after we checked out. I really appreciate this gesture. Their team reach out to me to rectify the problem. Thank you. Rooms are a bit outdated and some curtains have stained and I guess this really needs improvement but the pool & the food are very nice. We manage to have some take away from the restaurant & this is a šŸ‘. We stayed for 9 nights, I still believe that our bed sheets have not been replaced for the duration of our stay, I didnā€™t request though as I believe it is a common practice to change it specially staying that long - cleanliness is something that this hotel needs to improve but overall, kids and hubby enjoyed our stay.

Stayed as a group of 4 with a child for one night while travelling through Gold Coast and we were all really happy with the room, facilities & service. Front desk are polite and cheerful, happy to help with any enquiries. Rooms are basic but have everything you need and we got a really nice view of the pool from our balcony. We didnā€™t eat here but the food smelled delicious, we did have coffees in the morning which were nice. Cute little games room for children and plenty of tourist activity leaflets in the front lobby also. Will deffo stay again if I am in the area. Thank you for the hospitality!

The hotel is nice and costly being on the gold coast but the good is not good at all. A lot of shipping companies are booking this hotel for sign on and off , there is nothing in vegetarian except boiled veges. They should ask the cool to prepare some Indian food since mostly Indians are staying , the breakfast menu is the same everyday , nothing again for vegetarian. They should put hash browns or something more in breakfast with cheese. I would never come to the hotel because of the food , rest everything is nice. Hope they make some changes in food and include vegetarian dishes , not leaves but some actual dishes where the chef has to cool.

Can't fault much at the resort. The only small thing was that the tennis balls were old and a seasoned tennis player would not like to play with them. But luckily for us, our last game of tennis was several years ago. Just a note that if traveling with kids, the pool is pretty much only entertainment.

Only spent one night but would definitely return. Checking in was pleasant with friendly, welcoming staff. Rooms are quite large, clean and very comfortable. Would recommend to families as well. Room rates very good price. If you are a golfer perfect.

The staff was lovely, the restaurant food was outstanding. The quality of rooms wasn't worth as much. We extended our stay from 4 nights to 6nights, we were asked to move to another room didn't have a spa..only a bath. The bathroom fan wasn't working and yet, they have a sign on mirror saying not to leave door open to avoid setting off alarm. So it was like having a shower inside a sauna. The lived the grounds, pools .plenty of basement parking.

General Manager and some staff's behaviour is appalling! We arrived early in the hope that we could get an early check in. We where told that it was not possible so we dropped our luggage off and returned at 2.30 pm. We where given a map by the reception staff showing our rooms where a very long walk from reception. We went to our rooms to find that our luggage had not been delivered to our rooms, so I called to ask if that could be done. After a long wait, I had to go and get our luggage myself. It was a very long, windy uneven path back to our room. If you are not physically fit, you may wish to consider this. Our breakfast experience was very disappointing. Coffee was horrible and no hot water in earns to make a hot cup of tea. Fruit selection was poor and the chia pudding was clearly sour / off, which I informed staff about, only to have one of the waitresses argue with us that it was not sour. In my opinion, wait staff do not argue with guests when they make a complaint. The second morning, I was attacked by that same waitress for toasting my croissant in the toaster provided. She was quite argumentative and would not cease the conversation when asked. Shortly after we where approached by the General Manager. He was quite aggressive and falsely accused of using foul and racist language towards his staff. His behaviour and his conflict resolution skills are appalling and extremely unprofessional.

I enjoyed my stay, buffet breakfast was great. My worst experience is the rooms and the reception staff. Rooms our linen weren't changed even though it has food stains. We used the same bed linen from Wednesday when we arrived till Sunday when we checked out. I wasn't able to sleep well since we got there, my breathing I was clogged up, use all my asthma gadgets still congested, till Saturday morning when my phone fell over, I moved the bed to find dust on the carpet and under the bed and skirting board. our room was not even vacuumed. We complained about the dryer nothing was done till we came back to reception and was told she didn't know our room number, that's why I couldn't call. It shows they don't care.

Room allocated was on the top floor and we have a 3 month old baby. Advised at check in there is no lifts or escalators. Put my back out carrying pram up. Bathroom had hair in it. Bed was made with a makeshift sheet as the fitted sheet and the duvet didn't have a cover on it at all and was just put between 2 other sheets instead. Maybe re think if you have very young children or ask for a ground floor.

Thankyou Mercure Resort for the most perfect wedding weekend! Mercure was the perfect location to host our wedding in August. The ceremony was across the road on the Golf Course as my husband loves golf. Our guests from interstate & Internationally stayed at Mercure for the weekend which means we were able to enjoy a few more lunches & dinners with our guests than just the day. As soon as I checked into the resort on the Friday I felt like I was on holiday and wasn't at all stressed about the wedding. The morning of getting ready on-site was so easy and stressful overlooking the lake. The room was comfortable and spacious to get ready, and also stay with my new husband the rest of the restaurant was incredible and I would like to return each year for our anniversary! We enjoyed lunch by the pool and just had a really great experience. The team were great to help plan the day and make sure everything went smoothly. The reception was held in the "Lounge Room". The set up off the room was great with the lounge area, the photobooth location, the DJ Corner and the raised bar. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable. The staff on the evening took extra special care of the bridal party, the food was great and all our guests mentioned the staff were excellent with quick drinks and delicious cocktails. Our night ran so smooth, everyone enjoyed themselves and raved about the food. We are very happy. Thankyou so much

After staying here a second time, it was sort of the same as last , but I think with new staff it made it somewhat special. Friendlier and more helpful! One staff member to outline is a member in the Green Room Dining. Tiffany, what a delight. She would be your friend for life. Great asset to your hotel and should be rewarded in all areas. Sorry to put a downer on your room cleaning, but as I stayed there for a week our bed sheets were not changed once and the room was only vacuumed once and that was on our last day!! But all other areas were okay. So maybe just touch up on the cleaning side of things and I think you would be fine!! Cheers Rob

The resort itself is set in lovely tropical grounds with a couple of nice pools and a decent gym. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but were given free drink cards so had a drink while we waited around half an hour after their specified check in time. Rooms were clean but tired. A curtain was missing from our room so we had light streaming in all night and not the best privacy. Our towel rod was broken. Housekeeping staff were friendly but not very efficient. I heard so many alarms going off during our stay due to steam from the showers so be aware of that. Restaurant food was pretty average, nothing special, overpriced. Some staff were friendly and helpful, there was one particular waitress who was grumpy and rude. Buffet breakfast was pretty good. Location is excellent if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but keep in mind there are no shops in walking distance. Overall an underwhelming but ok place to stay. Would stay somewhere else next time.

Photos are from the Golf course view room. The view was great. We got sunrise and sunset. The room is a bit outdated, I don't know why hotels keep putting bath tubs in the shower.. let's face it no one uses it as it's dirty.. just put a nice shower that can be used properly! The breakfast buffet was great, there are deals throughout the day. Has kids clubs etc which you see on their site.

We had a 3 night stay at the Mercure Gold Coast Resort. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. We did request a cot for our baby but that was not provided. Rooms were tidy but a but on the small side for a family of 4. We had a mixed experience with room service. On the Saturday our rooms were fantastic and the beds were even made with my Daughter's toys tucked into bed (my 3yo absolutely loved this) however on the Sunday the beds were not made (which we didn't mind because we were checking out the next morning) but our beds were left in the middle of the room and our balcony door was left open after I locked it before we left for the day. I did find the lack of information of the Resort in the room a bit frustrating but the QR codes to order food and drinks were quite handy. We had the buffet breakfast on sunday morning and it was terrific value for money, tho it did miss hash browns. The staff were extremely friendly especially Michelle who was working on the desk at the entrance to the buffet on Saturday 15/4/22. The pool was also fantastic with depth options for all kinds of ages. My kids absolutely loved the pool.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. A big site and disappointed there is no room service or mini bar. If you order anything you need to collect from the bar which is a fair walk from the accommodation. Also no lifts with 3 storey accommodation blocks. If you come to play golf, you are well catered for. No shops or anything within walking distance. If you are here for golf, great. If your here for a general holiday you will need a car

Couldn't have asked for anything better. The facilities are superb. Rooms spacious and clean. The setting is absolutely beautiful. If you play golf you are a very happy person. Will recommend to anyone. I am from the UK but would book here again tomorrow. Thank you Mercure gold Coast resort for a wonderful stay.

My family came up from Melbourne and stayed here as it was close to me and what a great place it was for them. Not only are the facilities fantastic, but the staff are top tier. Great service and great food, all in a very friendly matter. Big shoutout to Casey, Yuti and Yuta. Thank you!

We had quite minimal expectations for the hotel based on the reviews but our experience far exceeded them. Staff were excellent and able to accomodate us for an unannounced 9am check in. We found the room to be spacious and clean, with an excellent view of the golf course and horizon. Grounds were well maintained and both pools provided a unique experience. Parking was ample, and unfortunately in this part of town, you'll need a car to get around. For us it was no problem as our trip was to visit the hinterlands. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. Highly recommend paying a visit during your stay. Great specials on dinner as well, with two burgers and a drink tallying to less than $50 on a public holiday.

A very welcoming place. We stayed here recently for 4 nights with family, and it was just awsome. Great welcoming customer service from the agents at the counter at all times where we were made feel welcome from the get-go. The room was extremely tidy with great facilities. All our questions and requests were dealt with promptly while displaying great customer service. THANK YOU to the team at Mercure Gold Coast and we will definitely see you again soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Gold Coast Resort, and I must say, it was an experience like no other! The resort's picturesque location, nestled between the vibrant Gold Coast beaches and the serene hinterland, offers the perfect blend of excitement and relaxation. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles from the friendly staff, who were always eager to assist with any requests. The resort boasts an array of exceptional facilities, including a lush 18-hole golf course, sparkling swimming pools, and a rejuvenating day spa, which catered to my every need. Dining at the on-site restaurant was an absolute delight, as the culinary team served up mouthwatering dishes with locally sourced ingredients, offering a true taste of the region. With easy access to top attractions like the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and Surfers Paradise, Mercure Gold Coast Resort is undoubtedly the perfect base for exploring this enchanting destination. I can't wait to plan my return visit and create even more lasting memories at this incredible resort!

I am an ACCOR Premier Vacation Centre member and the accommodation we have at block 7 is amazing. Highly worthwhile being a member for this accommodation. I don't play golf, but it is always a pleasure looking over the golf course. I have stayed in some of the non member accommodation which I would put as a 4 star. The staff are also very obliging and nothing is too much trouble. The downside is you need a car to get around as the shopping centres are 10-15 minutes away and the beach is about 15-20 minutes away. Still worth staying there, though.
