    Went in for my usual meal from here which is a large triple quarter pounder meal with 24 nuggets and a double filet-o-fish and I was greeted with a heap of spit and rust shavings on my food. I reported it and found the culprit to be a young chap named Lachlan Kennedy who was quitting and decided to take his anger out on me. I am a struggling divorced wife and only have money to buy food for myself and my cats. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT.

    The worst experience ever. Staff have no customer service skills, the muffin appears to have halved in size & was disgusting & cold. Now gave to stay close to the bathroom. So sick. Have never had good visit to this site, but never again.

    I’m not one to leave bad reviews but this is my local McDonald’s and every time I got through the drive through, I am there for at least 15 minutes. I understand the stresses of rush hours but I haven’t gone through this drive through quickly out of the 20+ times I’ve been here in the last 4 months. Always takes minimum 15 minutes. I get up to the window where you get your food and there are girls laughing and chatting around a monitor. Laughing about how they dropped ice cream on their shoe. I’m starting to avoid this place just from how slow the drive through is and I don’t even want to know what it’s like inside. The food is always really good though. I hope they can speed up their service.

    Do better your food is always stone cold you need to learn when to make deliveries and you need to learn the holding times for your food, it’s disgusting and annoying the amount of times I’ve had to come back down there just for fresh food is ridiculous. Maybe ask yourself if you'd like stone-cold food. You all need to be re-trained on food times. We shouldn’t have to ask for food to be fresh nor constantly come down because you can’t do your job properly.

    Went through the drive thru tonight at about 10:30PM, was served by the most lovely lady at the speaker and first window! My partner even commented on how lovely the team member was (big deal🤣) Anytime my partner and I come through at a later hour, this lady is always such a delight. I’m not sure of her name, but please deliver this message to her!

    What tha Macas!!??? In all the years I have bought Bacon Egg Muffins world wide have I never been given garbage like this! Burnt to a crisp 😡😡😡😡 I'm on my way to get a $6:50 refund +++

    I understand most of their staff are young and it's their first job, but part of the job is checking a customer's order before it goes out. We got home to find more than half of the order actually belonged to someone else. Called the store and a voucher was sent out to cover my meal but I had to eat someone else's meal and I'm guessing they were stuck with mine. Reminder not to sacrifice fast food for incorrect orders.

    For the man that works during the night to the early hours of the morning especially the supervisor who I dealt with on the early hours of the 11th July, that likes to lie, to say that the fries are hot and freshly made lol when I haven’t been out of the car park as yet I had to go back to let these lazy workers know that I have been served STONED cold fries & burgers. This is the second time I have dealt with the same night supervisor who doesn’t have respect for his customers. He thinks it’s funny serving food under the temperatures of below 75%. Disorganised workers let me tell you something this consideration and the lack of attitude is enough for SPORES… calling for food poisoning therefore these lazy workers should be sacked! You get 1 star (eat that!).

    Often a hit and miss. I guess it’s maccas but when they get it right, it’s fresh, hot, salty - a perfect cheat meal but when they don’t, the chips & hash browns are cold & rancid it’s off putting. Work on consistency and freshness especially anything deep fried & your customers will be happy.

    I took my grandson there, I was very impressed with the quality of service we received 😀 the person that served us was a lovely young man with a welcoming smile and very professional, the food was fresh and hot my grandson had the chicken nuggets and he finished all of them. Greate service.

    To the gentlemen with light coloured hair serving drive thru at Nerang this morning around 10AM - you deserve a promotion. Honestly, I was having a rough start to the day but you somehow got a laugh out of me. Thank you for your kindness.

    Very disappointing, I go here a fair bit and almost every time I don't get my whole order and only notice when I get home so someone has to miss out, I think its time I stop going here. I gave 2 stars for most of the young staff trying their best .

    What a seriously incompetent franchise this is! I've lost count of the number of things I've ordered that are either missing, wrong or just stone cold. I'm at a loss as to how a place can consistently stuff things up, time and time again. And by the way, if you get sent to the waiting bay, you might as well unroll the rug and have a picnic while you wait, because they seem to always stuff that up too!

    Super busy, but the bins and tables were over flowing with rubbish, several of the order kiosks weren't working and was a 25 mins delay for food. Which is usually fine, when the food is hot and fresh, but soggy and cold was what came through. Re training is required for the management team it seems.

    My partner went through drive thru and ended up having to wait 30 minutes and the order was wrong. He walked in to fix the order as the store was not answer the phone and had to wait another 10 minutes only for him to get home and the order to be wrong again. I’ve tried calling three times an no answer. So disappointing.

    Girl was not paying attention and giggling, got order wrong after repeating twice. Extra large fries I didn't order and paid for. All fries were Luke warm. Missing apple pie. Far too much sauce on McRib, at least 3x the normal amount, made it very messy and unpleasant

    Thanks Maccas drive thru lady for dropping my coins all on the road in the drive thru and just expecting me to pick them up under my car instead of giving me my change back. It was only $4 but that goes a long way in this economy. She was looking at me with a stupid stare as if she's not responsible to get more change out. Thanks for stealing $4 from me Maccas. Welcome to Australia where we just dump cash hand to hand with coins not secure whatsoever. Maybe businesses should take a hint from Japan and have a tray to put your money on especially so you don't have to touch these kids hands who are probably punching cones in the bathroom on break.

    The worst food I have ever had the misfortune to waste my money on. Undercooked, cold fries, cold mangled burgers, and the unhappiest happy meal ive ever seen. Reviewed on McDonald's websire and they reached out to me offering a voucher, I sent proof of purchase and never heard from them again. Proves their customer service sucks as bad as their food. Dont waste your money at Macdonalds, try Hungry Jacks.

    Even though table service was advertised we had to collect coffees from counter, after waiting over 10 minutes for service. Additionally, coffee was served in takeaway cups even though the menu clearly show Ceramic mugs if ordering for table service. The final straw was the toilets were putrid (at 7.30 in the morning!!) - the stench was unbelievable. I would have to be desperate to ever return.

    The levels of incompetence shown at this Mcdonalds is something else. I understand that these are kids working here but management must be failing them. To wait 30 mins for a "fast food", given the wrong order and asked three separate times what my order is, is pathetic. Lastly no apology for the stuff around. This business is a sad excuse.

    Best Maccas we have been to in a very long while. They didn't forget the thickshake and it was the right flavour. Raison toast wasn't flattened in a sandwich press but nice and fluffy and toasted properly. Fast service. Big relief when you travel a lot.

    Didn’t receive my full order from Uber eats I ordered $76 worth of food for my family and they only gave 2 burgers and they were cold , tried calling 30+ times couldn’t drive there as I have sleeping kids very disappointed I could not get any help with this issue

    The young lady on the speaker at the drive thru sounded like she hated her job. When I went to the window I saw her rolling her eyes. She clearly didnt want to be there. The young boy confirming orders & taking payment didn't smile, say hello & looked like he hated his job. Thr most depressing maccas I have ever been to. Would never go to this maccas ever again!

    I ordered a big mac. Got home and the "burger" was missing the bread patties. I took the "burger" back and asked the manager what do you see wrong with this. She replied "there is no patties" in a rude manner. Can't believe they hand over something with just two meat patties, sauce and no patties. The manager was extremely rude and would give them NO stars if i could. Stay away from maccas nerang. They are useless and rude. This isn't the first time they have stuffed an order up. Maybe spent more time training your staff and managers. Or don't employ useless 14yr old employees. And spend more time training your managers. Absolutely disgusting service. STAY AWAY FROM MACCAS NERANG!!!!!!!

    Really nice Mc Donalds. Staffs are amazing maybe the most beautiful staffs in Australia. Really clean, coz place. Has lots of free parking lots and the service is really fast

    Orded a double big mac meal and got a regular big mac which isn't that much of a problem but when I walked in and told the lady it seemed to be my problem. I wanted a fresh meal and it was absolutely embarrassing how the manager acted. Not happy at all!!

    Disgusted in the kitchen workers as this is the third time where my partners been unsatisfied with the presentation of the food as he’s been given the wrong order.. Twice out of the three times my partner had ordered a double Big Mac and has been given a normal Big Mac. We pay the price difference therefor we should be given what we pay for.

    A lovely talented staff always helpful and friendly. Toilets clean as well. Which is great for a maccas as well we all know how horrid some of the rest rooms can be in fast food outlets. I guess that's more to do with fast food not being good for us. Lol😅😜😝

    5 stars for whoever was manning the coffee machine on the 1/04/23 at approx 7:15 -7:30am - as a trained barista I appreciate when I can taste my milk not being burnt and a clean coffee machine. This particular coffee was one of the best I have received from Maccas like ever, it was creamy, delectable and very smooth, clearly a well trained barista behind the machine who is equally as passionate about a good coffee. Please find out who was on your machine and praise their work and effort, give them the recognition they deserve! Thank you for my good coffee!

    Every single time I go to this maccas they get my order wrong. Why is it so hard to provide what is ordered? Also tonight after ordering 3 frozen drinks and asking why I paid $6 for 3 drinks they tell me the price has doubled on frozen drinks. How about tell me that before I order, advertise it somewhere. And as usual when I get home I find I've been given a frozen raspberry instead of frozen coke. We will be going to Hungry Jacks from now on. They still charge $1 for large frozen drinks.
