Honestly… what terrible Pizza’s. This is not a rip on ALL domino’s stores but the NERANG store is BY FAR ONE OF THE WORST! Ordered 2 pizza’s both were overloaded with cheese and bbq sauce, it basically fell to pieces. It was not cut properly, literally meaning we had about half a pizza actually cut well whatever was cut was into tiny pieces ended up doing it ourselves lol. Our delivery driver spoke absolutely no words not even a goodbye ? Strange employees or just pure lazy. The garlic bread was the only decent item.. it’s frozen so I’m glad they can manage the task of unfreezing it. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with our order from this store. Be better, your job is not that hard seriously.

The worst pizza ever! Loaded supreme with 1 piece of pepperoni and 2 mushrooms... Called in to complain.. manager advised there is pepperoni on it so no replacement or credit... $20 for this! Tab (manager) then argued with me on the phone to say the pepperoni is clearly underneath! Even with a magnifying glass, you wouldn't be able to find it!

Pizza was appalling. Basically no topping, dough way undercooked and the slices where more lopsided than drunk walking home. Chocolate lava cake was like it had been regurgitated.

Ordered a pizza and few other items, when it arrived and we took a couple bites realised the base was completely raw, rung and told them and they sent out another within 15mins (great service).... Went to eat it, base was also raw. Ended up chucking in our oven to cook but didn't eat as we were over it by then. Very disappointing. Update; sent in form as per request below (same day) and still have not had a reply at all. Not even an acknowledgement that it was recieved. Update 2: I filled out the form I was asked to (was linked to previous reply) and submitted on the 25th with all my contact details INC email address, Address and phone number... Not through this Google review. The form was the one you told me to fill out?!?!?

Well this is the third and last time Dominoes Nerang, shitful pizza again ordered Hawaiian with pepperoni, just had two slices and counted 1 and a half pieces of pepperoni, 3 pieces of pineapple and of course no ham, no sauce on half the pizza and less than 2 tablespoons of cheese on the whole large pizza. Ordered the cheesy garlic bread not cooked and looked like porridge with a tip of crust on one side. Just awful, you won’t get anymore orders from us. Honey on toast would have been more pleasant for my Mother’s Day. This is the worst iv ever had, iv travelled around a lot never had anything this bad.

Tbh it took forever then was left there cause you had to get mayo then you went into the back then wrote a message on my box asking me to give a nice review then you ask me and then i go home and i have to heat it up in my air fryer so its cooked properly the mince is to chunky gave me pespi instead of solo

The store was absolutely filthy with flour and cheese crushed into the floor and dishes stacked everywhere including old pizza bases just left hanging off pans. None of the workers were wearing gloves (including those touching the food) and despite having three workers (including one just standing around talking to the others), no one was serving the counter and I was just waiting seeing my pizza get cold. Someone finally came to the counter, I told them I was here to pick up my order and pointed to it, was told it was coming despite physically seeing and pointing it out in the hot box. then when I was finally served by someone else, they saw it was just in the hot box and when i finally got my pizza, it was cold and one of them wasnt even what i ordered. I ordered a cheesy garlic with creme fraiche with added feta and instead got a regular tomato cheese pizza with the most pathetic sprinkle of feta crumbs along with added human hair. Literally, human hair (at least i hope it was human) was in my food. The store wasnt even very busy, the staff were just going extremely slow and ignoring the customers to chat. Having worked at a dominos before, I was horrified at the conditions and will probably contact both dominos head office and Queensland health before someone gets seriously ill.

I’m am absolutely and incredibly disheartened and heartbroken by the despicable behaviour displayed by the delivery drivers here. An online order was placed at 10:30pm (well in business hours) and the driver called to say he could not be bothered to deliver due to roadworks that made it a slight inconvenience. I received Intense attitude when he was made aware that he could simply take a different exit. It is now well past business hours (11:40pm) my delivery is still unanswered for and the delivery tracker states that it is still in transit. As of this point in time the delivery driver has since refused to answer and has actually blocked my calls when I have merely requested an update on this disgusting service. Highly disappointed, some people need an attitude adjustment.

They don't cut the pizza lol, really incompetent. The toppings are on one side, the other side is just cheese, not much toppings either. It's really ridiculous, a waste of money and not worth coming back. Will stick to pizzahut from now on.

Ordered 4 pizzas with 2 sides for pick up. There were no notes on the pizzas to say which one is which. We ordered an Impossible pizza and there is no indication on the box to tell the different with the non-vegan ones of the same type, let us go figure ourselves. Then Tikka chicken pizza has absolutely NO chicken on it. Called the store to complain and a guy told us that they would give us a credit for next time for that pizza. 15 mins later another girl called to tell us that they refused to provide us the store credit because she clearly remembered that she has put chicken on our pizza. When questioned, she then demanded to see proof. Sent her the photo and she was like Oh we have given you a wrong pizza! Luckily we have not eaten that pizza because it is tasteless without chicken, otherwise there would be no compensation for their own mistake whatsoever. This is also not the first time we've got wrong orders at this particular Dominos, but this is the first time we felt like we've got accused for trying to defraud them. Not even deserve 1 star

Make it SIMPLE ! Staff very rude!!!! Including manager! Place soo DIRTY! Pizzas no baked properly! Will organise hygienic inspection ASAP ! People ! - customers ! BE AWARE !!!

Found a piece of hard sharp plastic in our pizza tonight camouflaged within the toppings. Called the store only to find unapologetic and rude staff/management. Drive back for refund and “manager” refused to write an incident report and then walked away refusing to speak to me!

Best experience i have had in Domino’s so far. The manger, Joshuva was very friendly and did a great job with the pizza.

Phoned to order pizza for 4 adults and 1 child… person answering the phone also sounded like a child, asked how large can I get for thin and crispy, was told only large. I asked “how big was that? Is it the size of a dinner plate?” Response was, “I don’t know”. I asked “how many people would that feed?”, again, “I don’t know…” ordered 2 ‘Mega’ meat lovers and 1 “loaded” supreme…they looked exactly the same but one had a bit of green on it…delivered to wrong house and no eftpos facilities by driver… was asked for delivery address and payment type… never again dominos… never again

Let me start by saying that ordering from Domino's was like playing a game of pizza roulette. I eagerly awaited my delivery, imagining a cheesy masterpiece arriving at my doorstep. But alas, what I received was a pizza that seemed to have been assembled by a blindfolded toddler on a sugar rush. The crust was as thin as a politician's promises, and it had the structural integrity of a house of cards in a windstorm. Toppings were scattered haphazardly, as if the pizza had gone through a tornado before reaching my door. I couldn't tell if I was eating a pizza or participating in a scavenger hunt for pepperoni. And let's not forget about the cheese. It was like a sad, melted blanket that had given up on life. It lacked any stretchiness or flavor, leaving me questioning if it was even real cheese or just a cleverly disguised plastic wrap. But hey, at least the delivery was fast! I barely had time to put on pants before the doorbell rang. So if you're looking for a pizza that will arrive before you can say 'Domino's,' and you don't mind a culinary adventure that resembles a Picasso painting, then this is the place for you.

Omg was a very big disappointment. Had to wait on the garlic bread took an extra 10 minutes, pizza was cold, cheese not melted, there was not 100 pieces of pepperoni as advertised, garlic bread was cold in the middle and the butter etc was not melted

The staff didn’t greet when I arrived and I waited for a bit for someone to even notice me, then got served by a person with no mask. Even the guy making the pizzas had his mask below his chin. The girl was the only one who was actually wearing it properly. Decent service when taking my order tho. Just wish they would wear their masks around the food. A new staff just arrived and also isn’t wearing mask properly 😭. Like I work in hospitality and I know how annoying the mask is but it protects everyone and ourselves. Sorry if this is rude it’s just very disappointing, especially when we are getting so many cases daily.

Worst pizza I've ever had from Domino's. Pizzas came out fast but could have used a few more minutes in the oven. Pizza was barely warm, crust was floppy. The cutting was really bad, with some slices twice the size as others.

Best tasting pizza iv had in a long time. Me and my kids ordered the mini pizzas they were 👌 thank you . Only feedback is we were going to sit in and eat but out the front could do with a clean as I had a new born and didn't want to risk it . Will return again :) thank you

Me and my broski ordered a few pizzas, they came out lighting fast, and we were served by the most amazing staff member (tab), the food was impeccable, the Moment my lips came in contact with this food, my life was changed forever. I will be telling every single person that I’ve ever met to come to this store. This is by far the best store in the world!!!!!

Pizza was delivered and driver nearly dropped box with our pizza squished and slices on top of each other. Thickshake spilt all over the container so we had to transfer it to a glass and wash the container for the driver. Chips were cold. Not the first time this has happened to us but will be the last!

Best peppy paneer Pizza that I ever had. I do paid extra for extra Paneer cubes. Yes, but I liked it.

For a incredibly busy Friday night I was very impressed, 19 minute wait for 3 pizzas which wasn’t long at all, fresh loaded pizzas made with perfection even tho they were very rushed. I don’t have a thing to complain about food or service wise. Staff were lovely and they did a good job, side note to the owner they need aircon or some sort of cooling in that shop asap it’s not fair that anyone works in such heat nor to wait inside a restaurant that feels like a sauna, need better than the fans that were running hot air.

The garlic bread we received was absolutely destroyed and squashed. Pizza was also cold.

I get that places can be busy and hospitality is a fast paced environment, but my experience this evening was pretty appalling. I’m a vegetarian, and also pregnant so I’m careful with avoiding ingredients that make me sick - like onion. Paid extra for spinach and cherry tomatoes, there was like 2 pieces that was filled with ingredients and the rest was just cheese and nothing else. No feta on the pizza even though it was already one of the ingredients supposed to be on there. I asked for no onions, there were onions all over it. Didn’t ask for pineapple but there was pineapple, however, they put meat on my pizza! I found multiple pieces of ham. People ask for ingredients for a reason - the pizzas made for us tonight was an example of pure laziness and disregard for customer requests. Do better.

What happened to all the ham that was supposed to be on my ham and pineapple pizza? Very disappointed.

Ordered two pizzas for a very good price :) customer service was friendly and a pleasure to chat to. Pizza was perfectly cooked, absolutely no complaints. Will be returning soon!

Second time in a row dominos nerang has had terrible service. Last time they delivered cold pizza so late, they apologised and gave us free cold garlic bread to makeup. Then tonight though order again, hoping it wouldn’t be cold again, it wasn’t, it wasn’t anything because no one showed up. No phone call and after an hour of waiting watching the app with no gps working for it to then say it was delivered. Called the store and had to inform them that their driver never showed up and never called.

Got a voucher for $33 3 pizzas 3 sides delivered that afternoon . When ordering pizza , ( Nerang dominos)staff said coupon number was invalid. Read out coupon 2 times on 2 different emails I received that day( still valid for 6 days) . They said sorry can’t honour , but can have deal for $47 . Not happy, don’t send special if you can’t honour. Haha my mistake to review before meal arrived. Got one of my 3 sides I ordered . Will definitely never go back

Worst service on the Gold Coast, always late, never have everything you order, or what you order. Absolutely no QA and no Customer Service at all.. Its not rocket science.. The average order is 3-4 items, how you get it wrong so many times from there, is beyond me..

Ordered a chicken supreme pizza and there was only 3 peices of chicken on the hole pizza…dominos up your game abit more

Always have limited toppings on the pizzas it is very rare that you will get a pizza well made here.

Hubby got me 2 pizzas and didn't I enjoyed them. Love Domino's. I enjoyed them to the last bit😁😋

I've ordered many pizzas from this Dominos at nerang but this year it's been one mistake after the another. Tonight was no better unfortunately. What I ordered was not what I received.
