This would have to be the worst Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had! When I ordered it notified me that it would be 40 minutes for delivery. 1 hour and 15 minutes my order showed up and when I opened the boxes the pizzas had hardly any real topping on them. Any topping that was on the pizzas was all in the middle and my order was stone cold! They were tasteless and although I paid for extra topping on the Supreme pizza the ingredients were very thin. Extremely disappointing as Pizza Hut used to be the best pizzas back in the day! I would not recommend this place to anyone, go to Dominos across the road, at least they turn up with your order on time and their pizzas have topping on them and they are tasty!

Everytime I order from this Pizza Hut they mess up the order. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. "No pineapple", they put pineapple. I pay for extra mushroom, I get zero, order supreme, no capsicum. Used to order from here because we preferred the crust and kept hoping they would finally get it right. Time to go back to Domino's!

I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I am disgusted by the service here. i have been ordering with pizza hut loyally for years and i am ashamed to say this pizza made me sick. I had ordered a hawaiian pizza and was provided with no cheese, burnt to black ham and little to no pineapple. This pizza made me throw up, i am disgusted. It was absolutely horrible. Definitely not coming back!

Thank you to the front of house staff member that was on yesterday (Wednesday) afternoon. He went the extra mile and bought the pizza out to us in our car parked out front of the store. Its customer service like this that we need more often. Appreciate the service & pizza was good as per usual.

Ordered a $3 pizza and asked for cheese. I have been going here for ages and they always do it. They have Hawaiian on the menu and when I asked for cheese he said it’s not on our menu. IM PAYING THE SAME PRICE FOR LESS INGREDIENTS. And then at the end this dude had the audacity to tell me I am never able to order this again. Overall disrespectful and disgraceful. Service was slow and the workers were terrible. I feel violated and I’m disgusted!

They're either understaffed or saving money by making the cook also the counter person as I stood in the store for 10 minutes before anyone walked out the front. They were having a good laugh out the back though. Also great touch making the front of store a make shift storage cupboard with about 20 boxes of softfrink all over the place half opened 👌 oh and my order it was 20 minutes behind as well 👍 the bar is so low these days

Order #264758060 monday night. Ordered a supreme, a meatlovers and veggie sensation. The veggie pizza ended up being pulled pork covered in bbq sauce.had to wnd up cooking my own meal. Ended up really sick from eating one slice of the pizza. I hadnt eaten meat in 5 yrs until this. They also did not send our 1.25 ltr rasberry fanta. Contacted menu log they did nothing. Terrible and untrustworthy service.i wont be going there again.

Nice little pizza shop at Ashmore. Like any other Pizza Hut this outlet also offers the same menu. There are few tables inside and outside the shop for dine in. Parking in front of the shop is limited, but it is not a problem as ample parking is available nearby. Friendly staff who will get your order in time.

I recently ordered from Pizza Hut Ashmore, and it was a great experience. The pizza was delicious, and it arrived hot and fresh. The toppings were generous and the crust was crispy and tasty. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the delivery was prompt. The prices were reasonable, and overall, I highly recommend Pizza Hut Ashmore for anyone looking for a delicious pizza in the area

I ordered 2 pizzas the 2nd of April night time and both of them were UNDERCOOKED impossible to eat. I called the customer service then they called the shop which made 2 pizzas that were cooked properly. The customer service was very quick and efficient.

4 Pizzas wasn’t cut properly! I mentioned politely pizzas was cooked well. But not cut well at all. I got a response of OK 🤦🏼. It was thunder storming we on a family holiday of 6 sat outside 4 chairs 2 stood up. No invitation to sit in.

Online order done on time and the staff were awesome. My pizza was amazing also will definitely order from here again.

By far the worst customer service , we’re deliberately avoiding to come out the to the counter to serve us. the floors were disgusting and covered in dirt and grime This is the second time I’ve attempted to come here and received poor customer service . The last time we went we waited 30 mins for a cookie pizza and when my partner asked if they forgot he raised his voice. Disgusting ….. dominos is far better and 10 seconds walk away

Not a great amount of toppings, definitely had better for another store.

I recently ordered 12 pizzas for my son's 6th birthday party so he and his friends could enjoy some good food. Was greeted by a young chap who towered over me and made me feel powerless named Ashton. After he grudgingly handed me my pizzas I opened them up to find 3 of them were completely eaten and another had 2 slices missing. This lad had some sauce on his face so I'm assuming he is the culprit. I had to take out a small loan to afford the pizza and party as I am a single mother of 9 and I did not appreicate the quality of service I received. Ruined my day and my sons special day.

Worst pizza i have ever had by far. I wouldn't feed it to my dog. A 3 year old kid could make a better pizza. And the customer service was awful. Where do you find these people?

I would give 0 stars if possible , ordered food at 6.30 and by 8.00 nothing , tried calling the store numerous times with no answer, Pizza Hut hot-line tried to get through to them also no answer. Ended up driving in to the store to try collect a refund, all they would do is the $5 delivery fee. GO ELSEWHERE !

Ashmore Pizza Hut is the WORST. I’m still waiting for a refund from NOVEMBER last year. The Manager is useless and a LIAR. I Rang him 3 times about the 3 pizzas I received which were substandard. I could only eat 2 pieces and I forced myself. I had to throw 2 plus pizzas in the bin. I ordered 3 Supreme pizza but it didn’t look like Supreme and it did not taste good. WHAT A WASTE OF MY MONEY!!!! NEVER AGAIN PIZZA HUT. ASHMORE PIZZA HUT IS DISHONEST

A reliable and swift Pizza hut. If you live in the neighborhood and want to pick up some pizza (there is no in store dining), then this is a good pizza hut. Orders are reliable here even with large orders. Why not a five star Pizza hut? Well because there is no in store dining.

Pizza dough was amazing and the service was great.

Have been coming here all 2023 because the Olsen Ave Dominos stuffed up every single order and even the replacement orders. I Wish i had just come here the first time. Every pizza has been loaded with ingredients and received within the time frame. Only once have we had a slightly over cooked one...seemed extra burnt but still nice & edible. When we add or remove ingredients they have always been correct. Happy Customer here ❤

The boneless wings were stale and didn't cook well. I don't know why it was too juicy. I didn't feel well after I ate it and forgot to send the soft drink.

I had a free pizza code from a recent order from a different pizza hut. So I thought I'd have pizza for lunch. SO GLAD I did as the pizza was cooked to perfection. The toppings were great. Just the right mix of sauce and cheese. This was the best pizza I've had for a while!

Disappointing to say the least. The large chips were the smallest serve of chips ever, coated in oil and absolutely revolting, the dog even turned his nose up at them, and he eats anything including dirt. The pizza had very little toppings and were super greasy. Not overly nice at all. The delivery guy got to us eventually after he rang and said he was outside, he wasn’t though. I rang him after another 10 minutes and he wasn’t even in the street, which he eventually admitted.

Recieved take away and the pizza was horribly made and took an hour to come. I also have a photo of the pizza if you would like proof Pizza Hut.

New to coeliac and tried opposition base a week earlier. It was dry and burnt. Just ate from Ashmore Pizza Hut and wow, so much better, fresh, not burnt and crispy base. Good job Ashmore 👏

Went to the store and ordered pizza. Upon arriving home discovered it was wrong so rang up and was told a replacement would be delivered. Over 2 hours and still not sure where our pizza is. Apparently it was in a car and on its way over an hour ago so I'm not sure if that is true or not. During a power outage we thought pizza would be an easy alternative after a long and stressful day but I guess fulfilling a pizza order is to difficult.
