5 stars for service, 4 stars for room size, 2 stars for maintenance. Rooms are huge but bare, windows are begging to get cleaned. Breakfast is generous and varied. Swimming pool looks great but it's unusable, it's not heated. The view from the rooms above is magnificent and the porch is the biggest I've seen, them again without any sense of aesthetics. Beach is not accessible but this is a problem for must hotels in Netanya.

I asked for an omelet at breakfast, they didn't make me and they made a joke aut off me, why didn't you make me an omelet I asked? Because you were not going to wait here next to me they told me. Wait next to you? And in the end I was also cursed, a guy named Ilan who probably should not work in front of a public and whoever introduced himself as the manager of the dining room Yossi also did not help or offer anything

This hotel is nicely located close to the beaches but does not have beach access. We loved the parking garage with elevator to all floors We decided to end our Israel trip in style by booking this Ramada and paying extra for an upgrade to a beach view suite. The suite was spacious and with an amazing view but needs renovations. The bathroom shower in the tub makes the floor into a pool of water. It was absolutely not clean. We had trouble doing some work as the wifi is very slow. Impossible to have video calls. Up and down was 5,5 Mbs. The suite has a little kitchenette but no coffee maker, or glasses or cups/plates. Only paper cups. I also would advise some nice lounge furniture for the beautiful balcony with excellent view. The front desk is too busy with entitled local guests not waiting their turn. When you finally get their attention they are friendly but not really doing anything extra. We assumed based on Booking that we would have beach access but that is not possible, see photos. Closest beach is 20 minute walk.

For this price it is not a good deal! Our room was dirty when we get it, the atmosphere of the hotel is going down... 5 years ago it was an amazing hotel but now... not the best

Have stayed here several times and this place has gone downhill. The spacious rooms still have sea views, but they are showing wear and tear. Walls are cracking, showers are rusting, bedroom window can't be opened. Hallways aren't clean. Ironing is only available at 2 ironing rooms for the entire hotel. And the breakfast.... So sad when you come with expectations to a good israeli hotel breakfast. It is really disappointing. Especially is you stay over for several days and realise that the sad selection and poor quality are exactly the same each and every morning. Cheese tastes cheap, ready made eggs are disgusting and the wait for a fresh made egg is too long. Bottom line: I asked the company to stop booking this hotel for our employees. Much better options are available in walking distance.

Location and view are amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful. A few problems with the hotel: 1. Toilets by the pool are disgusting (smells like public toilet that never been clean). 2. We didn't have room service even though we ask for it 4 times (stayed for 48 hours midweek). 3. Poor management of breakfast (40 minutes to an omelete and no bread). This hotel has a great potential but manager needs to improve small details. Despite this, we will be happy to come back.

Very comfortable hotel. Each room has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator and an induction stove top. There are no kitchen utensils so bring your own. And if you'd like to cook bring an induction compatible pot. The pool is large with lots of sun beds and umbrellas. The beach is not walking distance from the hotel, it's 5 minutes by car that's why I rate the hotel 4*. There's a grocery store within walking distance.

My current experience at Ramada Hotel is unbelievable and extremely accommodating. I have an extremely inflexible daughter who refuses to stay anywhere without a tube. I placed the request, and unfortunately, it wasn't accommodated for in the beginning. But after very nicely explaining my issue and how my daughter with her personality (she's on the spectrum) wouldn't even get out of the car, and wanted me to leave... the hotel being very busy because it's high season. I truly thought it was a lost cause. I was trying to convince my daughter it would be ok. This amazing, wonderful staff members were able to change the room to be with a tub. It was such a relief and very much appreciated ❣️ The staff is very attending and accommodating. I sincerely appreciate 🙏 all their efforts and applaud your staff and management team! Thank you so very much!

Beautiful beach views from the rooms; very nice food and service - luxurious rooms and balcony. Fun quiet area of southern Netanya. No direct access to beach Nice walkway over the cliffs of the sea.

The suites are super basic but clean and good for a fam like ours looking for a place to stay on the beach in a place that will fit all our kids. We have 5 kids under age 11 and here we were able to get a suite with 2 bedrooms and pullout couch bed for a decent price. The playroom was a huge disappointment ( my kids said it was awful and everything was broken) Breakfast was very good and big variety of food. The beach view was beautiful ( but not all rooms face the beach)

One of the worst hotel experiences so far. I checked in and payed an outrageous fee. The shower was broken, humidity is ravaging the walls of the room and the walls are stained with black marks. Customer service at the reception is disrespectful and laughs about the paid fee. Would and will never recommend this hotel

For the accommodations I would give 5 stars! Our unit (so much more than a room) was amazing! Spacious, clean, comfortable! It included 2 bedrooms, a living room with a pull out sofa bed, a large modern bathroom/ shower and another bathroom near the entrance , like a guest bathroom. ;-) and a good sized terrace with an ocean view. Underground parking was excellent! The hotel is very close to the beach but the beach itself isn’t accessible adjacent to the hotel. Accessible beaches are at least a 10 minute walk. The pool doesn’t have any shaded areas in the pool itself until the afternoon, however the toddlers pool is covered and shaded. Many thanks to Priscilla from reservations !

Be Careful!!! We arrived last night the parking lot smells terrible full of dirty water, we got our room and the bathroom was totally clogged the bathroom walls are covered mold. This morning I asked to use the gym as mentioned in the hotel's website.. the gym becomes private and the hotel guests can you is only between 1pm to 3pm only and you are not allowed to get in in any different time! The rooms are in very poor maintenance😕. Differently not worth the money!!! We have here 2 more nights... honestly not sure if this Shabbat will be good😔

Filthy Hotel. The pictures posted of this hotel online are EXTREMELY misleading. The main lobby had a smell of wet dogs, the hotel all around is dirty. The hallway has q-tips on the floors and sunflower seeds and more. The windows are completely filthy and there's hand prints all over. The bathroom had tooth paste left over in the sink while the plate holding the soap had dried soap from previous use, the shower had hair in it. The bed was broken. Really bad experience overall. Not recommended for anyone and definitely not worth the money.

The amenities were awesome, food service was great. Everything was clean and tasty, and the view from the 15th floor towards the Mediterranean Sea was incredible.

Beautiful views, great service, delicious breakfast, and great atmosphere. Compared to a “nice” American hotel this would be considered slightly outdated, although overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Needs a lot of renovation to keep up with today's standards. For about the same pricing, I recommend the Vert Lagoon which is a few hundred meters down the road and way better. No comparison. Also the ramada restaurant is a joke.

We've been to the Ramada Netanya multiple times, and consistently have a great experience! This is Israel, so don't expect the same level of customer service as you might find in similar star hotels in America (as noted by other reviews) so be prepared to advocate for yourself. Love the location, love the view, love the room, and we got a great upgrade this time, so was even better this time!! Highly recommended

Horrible experience, not recommended at all. Receptionists are rude, not even answering the questions. Pool is extremely dirty, they run out of towels. Very high prices but very low customer service, bad value for the money

Upon arrrival, my room was not ready, and when it finally was, I discovered it had been switched to satisfy another guest. When I voiced my disdain, the clerk said that I could leave the hotel. As per the dining halI, it was filthy with broken glass on the floor. My partner and I also witnessed a bus boy returning uneaten food to the buffet. Disgusting! I want to continue with the condition of the room. The safe was broken, the floor of the room was wet, there was a huge crack in the wall in the livingroom and the bedroom walls were filthy. The porch had bad moisture damage and the room had a smell of mildew. Upon leaving the hotel there was major delay because a clerk was trying to double charge another client that had a receipt. In short this hotel is DD...disgusting and dishonest. Avoid at all costs! It is of no surprise that this hotel suffers from many low ratings.

Generally I liked the hotel except the low quality maintenance. The staff was nice however you can see they're worn out, tired. So what was lacking: 1. No room service 2. Broken toilet seats 3. Broken shower switch, you cannot switch the water flow. 4. Stains on what appeared to be clean towels. 5. No answer at the spa. You must go physically to book a massage. Overall so so...Maybe the above mentioned was due to covid . I sure hope better days will come for this hotel.

This was our first holiday since Covid hit and verified with the staff prior to our arrival that as per the law, corona guidelines would be adhered to, as we have a baby. Since we arrived the guidelines were absolutely not respected and only when we mentioned it to the staff they did something about it temporarily. We did not feel safe for our family's health and we left earlier. On top of that, we were unpleasantly disturbed until 2 a.m. by really loud behavior of other guests in the hallways and balconies, we complained to reception a number of times but not much was done about it and the noise continued. I have tried to contact the Ramada costumer service center numerous times over the past 2 weeks and I have only received automated replies.

We stayed there for 2 days with 3 kids. The hotel is great. Breakfast was fantastic. The room ( 1108) was large enough and it has a beautiful view. Some things to consider: cleanliness was o.k. not more. Guesthousing was great during day 1 and below average during day 2. 4 🌟 and not 5 🌟 for those reasons.

Nice clean hotel with great Mediterranean views. Rooms are a little cramped and contorted according to my American experience. There were some noisy parties on the seashore across the street, but I wasn't bothered. Staff seems to care about comfort. Terrific buffet dinner and breakfast in their restaurant. I didn't use the pool or recreation facility, but it looked very nice as well.

Ramada has been our go to for multiple trips. Every trip was great with wonderful service in this beach hotel. With beach access straight from the hotel, you really don’t have to travel anywhere to enjoy the ocean- for us that’s huge. Beautiful views. We had points that allow us to stay here, price might be slightly on the higher end.

Very quiet hotel with nothing to do. Small lobby. A piano with a big lock on it. Exercise room for members only. The staff was very nice. The rooms are old but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The parking garage free yet dark, wet and creepy.
