Like others IKEA around the world, accept the price and the language different. Some have good price, most expensive. If you don't need the things from upstairs (Upstairs is just like showroom, and give you ideas for decorating) so just go straight downstair (warehouse) pick up things you want to buy will save lots of time.

Great IKEA with probably everything you’ll need or are looking for. Go on weekdays to avoid the crowds.

Very nice shopping experience. They have a lot of good deals. One down side of shopping here is that it’s jammed packed. And people bring there baby/toddlers as if it’s a playground 😁 So be careful there might be a Kid in the bed.

Hello. We have a problem with the game room in your store in Netanya. The first time we came to the store with two children 3 and 6 years old. But they wouldn't let us in, because my daughter is tall, only a few centimeters taller. It was very unpleasant, but we accepted it. And there was a boy in front of us in a national headdress and they didn't want to let him in, because he was taller due to the hat. And they forced her to take it off and only after that they let her in. But today, 09/20/22 at 10.20 we were not allowed in because my daughter was wearing a diaper. We were traveling from far away, and in order not to stop the car for the toilet, we put on a diaper. But the daughter is already in full control of her trips to the toilet and she does not need it, we do this for safety. The girl in the playroom refused to let the baby in, as she is in a diaper. We explained that we could take it off, she didn't need it. But she refused and said that she would not let the child in under any circumstances. I want to say that this is the first time I have encountered such an inhumane attitude towards children. It's terrible how your company treats children. My daughter underwent severe treatment for cancer, she had surgery on her bladder, she defeated cancer, but she was not allowed into the playroom, for a diaper that could be removed. She was so waiting and hoping to play in this room, but your staff callously refused her. You are holding aid collections for children, offering to buy something at the checkout, but they are not needed, since you refused to children who have undergone oncology, your little customers. I am hurt and hurt for my child. It is a pity that your company does not like children and does not understand the difference between a child who does not know how to go to the toilet and a child in a diaper who has been treated for a tumor on the bladder.

I haven't see the regular cashier points that handled by humans, now everywhere are self-service check out points. I think its amazing and make the payment process much faster!

This Ikea experience was amazing. I was late there. They were about to close. And I grabbed some pieces of furniture i badly needed. The problem started at the cash machine. As I tried to pay, my card was not accepted. I was soon surrounded by a few Ikea folks, who, instead of driving me out of the shop, were helping me in every possible way. In the end they helped me to withdraw cash, and adapted my purchase so that I have enough money to cover for the delivery. Thank you so much Yulia and her team/shift.

Great as usual. YET they closed the direct access to the ground floor. WHY WHY WHY should I go through all the furniture halls I don't want to see, just to get to the small items floor??!! I entered through the cashiers counters, walked my way through the warehouse area and into the ground floor area. Ridiculous.

We'll it's an Ikea, so you get exactly what you expect. Huge parking lot, friendly staff and a nice designated place for toddlers

It is Ikea, it is well placed, the parking isn't free (past 3 hours) but there is enough of it. The store is the same as all stores, a nightmare if you know what you want and it is somewhere in the department for you to find, and not enough employees to help. If you are there to browse and find coop things you want/need it is great.

Refreshing designs, lots of storage units. This store is giving me ideas how to handle a more organized home 😊. When I get tired, I just rest and eat in their accommodating restaurant.

Staff is almost uniformly not helpful. Went to the dairy restaurant, waited quite a long time for the one employee who could barely do only one thing at a time and would not answer questions, only to discover that half the menu was not available. Headed to the meat restaurant, had to ask for ketchup which was kept out of reach in a drawer. Picked up a few things and went to self check out. Went okay but no receipt, there was a printer error. It took 5 staff people, 3 phone calls to their IT department and over 20 minutes for them to listen and figure out there was no paper. This is beyond unacceptable, inept, incompetent, unprofessional and more.

We go to this store almost every week. We always start by eating there, in their large dining area.. VERY CHEAPLY PRICED meals. Then we always find something to buy. It has a VERY large parking area.

Love visiting ikea stores all over the world. This one is nice. The restaurant was quite empty, but still okay.

1 star is way too high for my experience. I have vowed NEVER to use Ikea Israel again. Their service is at the bottom of a deep pit. Just one item took more than an hour, due to Ikea's terrible layout designed to force people through the entire store in the hope they'll buy more. Every Ikea worker was ruder the next, and the woman at the collection point treated everyone like trash. The hostility and arrogance from her was insufferable. This, sadly, is the kind of service we learn to expect in Israel. My recent experience puts Ikea at the top of the deplorable list.

**Update** The issue has been solved after 3 weeks. I went to IKEA to buy a bed and some other stuff. One of IKEA employees who spoke also Russian was kind to help me placing the order for a bed and mattress. The only problem that happened - she mistakenly placed the order for the brown bed, instead of white. After getting the delivery (which was actually very fast) I opened the box and was surprised the bed is brown. I immediately called their support on the phone and was told that it was my mistake for choosing the wrong color. Despite number of attempts of explaining them, that it was THEIR REPRESENTATIVE that suggested me the bed, and placed the order for me, they were still very confused what was the issue there. To put it clear - when you buy a bed in IKEA, you pay for the base and some other parts which are delivered from their warehouse. Some other additional parts, as per instance, closets that are attached to the bed - you have to buy by yourself. The assistant showed me the codes of the products to buy (additional parts of the white bad as I expected) which I eventually bought. I ended up having the brown bed (base) and white closets. One lady (from customer support team) told us to come to the store and pay for the white bed as it was a bit more expensive (yeah in 2023 you need to come to the store, there is no online payment in IKEA). After a number of calls, I was finally told that they would take care of it and I would be able to pay online. After an entire week, nothing happened. They keep telling me the case is in process, and someone should definitely reach out to me within a couple of days. I am not satisfied with this service at all. I will happily edit this review if this case is solved.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it's not a wow when I walked thru the store like when I was in Reshon last week. In Reshon, there was more furniture on display better quality then was was displayed in Natanya. and there were a few things that I really liked and could not find. Other then that, it's always a pleasure to go there and shop around.

We wanted to buy two armchairs in the store next to bet shemesh. Although they said they had two left they couldn't find them. So they told us to go to netanya store or rishon lezion. They would not let us order them through the bet shemesh store even though we wanted to pay for them and have them delivered to us. We had Togo to netanya because they had the largest stock and we wanted to make sure we got them We bought the two chairs and were told they would be delivered two days later between 1 pm and 3. Pm. The driver called up at 8.00 am and said they were at our house. Neither I or my husband were at home. They said if we did not come immediately we would not get the two armchairs for another month. My husband told them to leave the furniture in the garden and he would be home asap. My husband was in the middle of exercising and went home not easy for a 74 year old man. IKEA should make sure to interact with their different stores and be more accurate and polite about delivery.

I love going to IKEA even though its the best trap to buy things you don't necessarily need/use. But just being there feels somehow calming. It's also a good family friendly tourist place. Also, There is coffee in 5 shekels with free refill at the cafeteria. And the coffee is good.

Signs in English would help. Better maps of the floor layout and more shortcuts through the different departments are needed. For people with bad knees the toilets are too low. Other than that it's Ikea, nice store that almost has everything that you are looking for.

Almost always a terrible experience for over priced mid-quality furniture. They do have a lot of accessories that seem to have good quality and reasonable prices, eg iron pots, but there’s not enough assistance. If you buy big items and then go to the shipping department, if you want it trucked to your home, effectively making a two checkout process. Many employees seem to think they are doing you a favor by selling to you. Overall an exhausting experience, and only go if there’s no other decent option.

The shop itself quite nice and give you the ability to see everything they have, although the variety not so big it sure seems like it. The food is terrible

Careful! If you plan on making a delivery while you are there think twice. We bought a table and paid for delivery and assembly, but they didn't bring the second part of the table, and it could not be assembled, and we don't know when it will be delivered again, because nobody from the store is getting back to us.

For the good side, it is clean, and readable. For the bad side, it is like in a rate race. Have to go all the way and even the sort cuts not very helpful. There is a separate between the dairy food cort and the meat one instead of give the people to choice on the same place. When there is a call for a 70% discount, most of the items are not on sale and those on give a small one.

If I could leave less than one star I would. After spending hours in the store, for twenty minutes I walked around asking for help in collecting heavy furnitures off the shelves, I approached almost ten different workers and each directed to someone else... giving up in that in the end I left almost in tears and ended up buying nothing.

We love it for the easy way to parking, to get in, to choose, to see a lot of options, and get out rapidly as we are using the self -cash and there was no queue ;)

It is always fun to go to ikea. I love walking around, buying stuff I need and don't need. It is another kind of a fun maze. It is a good place to buy stuff from for your new home. Not the best quality a bit expensive for the quality but cool and very useful stuff

  • 5/5 Arthur L. 2 years ago on Google
The prices on household good are very good. We bought a ceiling lamp for the dining room, a mat for our front door, lovely imported napkins and other stuff. They also have a nice department of imported foods from Sweden. They are known for self-assembly furniture, but we haven't bought that there yet.

I can not count the number of times I have visited this ikea. In my opinion the stores quality has gone down over the years but the chain will always elevate the tendency of the store to descend into the lower standards of the area. The products and the prices of IKEA will always be impressive when compared to others and if you are just starting out, the cheaper end of the range will always get your home equipped without leaving you in the poor house :)

Excellent store. But crowded because of the sale. To buy all the objects we needed more than 4 hours. They have everything...

  • 5/5 Yaniv E. 2 years ago on Google
somewhat more affordable furnitures, bear in mind that most of them are not whole wood but compressed wood chips.

It's a nice ikea, but very busy and hard to get help from employees.
