The hotel is horrible. service sucks. there is no one to talk, they told me on the phone I'll get the top floor and I only got the first floor. the entrance is awful, the rooms stinks and really really small, the air conditione dosnt work well or not at all. breakfast is horrible and very limited. the the hotel is from the 1880 nothing works its worthless!!! If you have a option use a other hotel!!

The rooms appeared mostly clean, however, there were bloodstains on my sheets and sesame seed like bedbug eggs under the mattress. Additionally, Friday night I was relaxing in the lobby when I was accosted by what appeared to be a giant tropical centipede ( about 8-9 inches in length and heavy enough that I felt it on my shoe). Thankfully, though, the helpful security guard came to the rescue stomping on the GTC multiple times until eventually- after it refused to die-picked the centipede up and exited the room, perhaps anticipating a crunchy midnight snack. Two stars.

It's not for everyone, its a bit old school and rough around the edges. The rooms were clean, food was good. Excellent vibes all around.

Nice staff, reasonably priced. Not a 5 star hotel, but great for a day or two by the beach, and a two minute walk from the beach and main walking promenade. Perfect for a family of 5 with a smaller budget.

For starters: faucet and shower water were brown. Food was oily n questionable. Additionally, my friend found a fat tick snuggling under her covers. There were “sesame seeds” under the mattress AKA bed bugs eggs... hey! At least you won’t be lonely and the bugs will keep you company. On a positive note, you and your bug friends can enjoy the view together. The best part by far is the history of this hotel, its the location of the Passover Massacre bombing ❤️ Can’t wait to return!

I've never said "Don't let the bedbugs bite" with absolute sincerity before. There's a first time for everything, though. Great views, but not worth the heart attack the sesame-seed-like bedbug eggs under the mattress and brown water gave me. I would have rather slept in plastic wrap, but that much plastic wrap doesn't fit in my suitcase.

We spent a weekend at Park Hotel - what a nightmare! The lobby looks nice but aside from this the Park Hotel is horrible. Amazing as this may sound but it seems the hotel has no maintenance or repairs being done for a very long time. It was scary! 2 small elevators with a note pasted to the door in the lobby -'only 4 people permitted to use. The noises it made where scary and it broke down with my mother and wife stuck inside for a half an hour. No one on call to help at the front desk! Finally a worker forced the door open. Till we checked out no one came to fix it. Leaks in the bathroom, paint peeling off the walls - terrible airconditioners - noise! Locks on the rooms door junk and key got stuck... windows filthy... no lights in the hall and stairwell at night. Broken windows... Someone said the building is going to be torn down and in the meantime the owner is still running the hotel but without investing in any matnaence. Add to this power failures again and again... I would not go near this hotel ever again... think twice before you book a room here even if the price seems attractive...

Despite what many reviews are saying, this a pretty decent budget hotel in the best location in Netanya. Rooms are cleaner than some reviews suggest (no bed bugs)

It is older and not fancy. Really must be understood. BUT extremely clean. Better than I have seen in a very very long time. Beautiful views. Honestly worth it for thay

Here for one night Overall it was a good experience: nice pool, good buffet meal, clean room. Thr only issue we had was that our key didn't work to our room... We had to wait at the front desk for 10-15 minutes for the concierge to return before being forced to downgrade our room. Other than that it was a good time.

If you like murky water, a risk of bed bugs, and questionable beef dinners then look no further. Great view of the sea though.

My bathroom door didn’t lock, my friends are fairly certain they had bedbug eggs under the mattress, and the faucets leaked the slimy black ichor of the dread god Cthulhu himself. Three stars.
