Veerry big mall, not so many people, now in this time there are a lot of sales because the summer ends. You need a mask to get inside.

It’s a shame that IKEA jacks up the prices in Israel because why not, and Israelis simply accept it as always. IKEA is supposed to be a budget furniture store. This completely contradicts the concept of the brand. The employees are kind and helpful though. Store is well-kept, decently stocked and service is efficient.

Ikea is generally good. But for some reasons there are things here that are surprisingly expensive (like couches) and aren't up to the price. Other than that you can find every furniture and house accessory you'd want. And children really love this place as well, running around using different things as games. And there is tasty cheap food. There is this cool dude named Michael in the food area that really hipes up the food buying process. Go see while he still works here.

Ikea certainly is a massive shop with a huge selection and occasional great sales that are worth it! The customer service on each section of the shop are highly professional, friendly and useful. While there are many customers, there was still enough space to move around. The major drawback is highly apparent at the counters. While there are many lanes, there's little space to actually get where a line starts, and with the amount of consumers, you can spend around half an hour just waiting. Some people will even offer you money just to get ahead in line. There is no order there, no one to actually guide you, and no one to let you know that there are different types of counters, and their arrangement isn't intuitive at all. The whole design of this final area feels anticonsumer, people were frustrated, and rather crammed. The shop needs to redesign the whole final stage of the shopping experience, it truly ruins the whole experience.

Well, what to say? It is IKEA. The place is huge, well maintained, well "furnished". Even if you end up not finding what you are looking for (although I doubt that) you still had the fun of touring the place, getting different ideas, decor ideas, and be fascinated by how combining different unrelated pieces of furniture makes for a good decor! The place is huge, you get a "half break" where you have a restaurant and a coffee shop with a variety of cakes. You can then proceed to the remaining half of the store. At the end you get to pick up what you want from the shelves, following the shelf number and row at the showcase. You then get to the checkout, either self checkout, or you wait in line to checkout like normal people. At checkout you can also plan the shipping process at the desk in case the product doesn't fit. Lots of free parking spaces. Available accessibility parking and help by the staff. The place is always full, and is part of the big mall, so you might need to make a few circles to find a free parking spot. Even if you don't plan on buying anything, just walking around by itself is a fun thing to do.

Well this is like a European IKEA. Meaning the items are not American based. But it’s layout is exactly the same. Prices are very good. But what stands out is the Cafeteria. You get a full course meal. I got a Salad Chicken rice string beans and a drink and don’t forget the pickles and olives for about $18. You can get Salmon and chicken fingers as well. Can’t get food like home cooking like that in the USA.

It's a huge place with a lot of great products highly recommended, I order a few things from there and the shipping took about 2 today's which is just amazing. Now keep in mind this is a huge store so even if you want to buy something specific it might take a white to locate it at the store.

It's a big shopping mall for furniture and household items .. I think it's economic in Israel. They have lots of demonstration of bedrooms , bathroom, kitchen and dining table .. there is lots of items to make your home beautiful.

Customer service and pickup items is a nightmare, only one or two people are working at both things ,if you find someone that will take down the item from the upper raft , you're very lucky ,but i definitely don't recommend to people with low patience to get in here. Many of the items in the main place have different numbers than in pickup place ,you have to wait hours just to order a delivery to your house which is kinda terrible

Location: Located in Kiryat Ata area, Near a big mall with different stores. Staff: very nice and very friendly. Parking: many parking options including underground area for free. You might want to check the web site first to verify if your items are found in this branch.

Meatballs are amazing, even though they're not the same as they were in my childhood. The staff is helpful and kind. I finally bought everything I needed to make my home cozier and a pack of apple puree.

Great place to shop for almost all that you need for home and office. Would like a bigger selection in the toy section.

Everything you need to build your home. Nice and helpful staff. Delivery - can't believe my eyes, 15 hours, bought it at 6 pm received at 9 am. A little bit annoying when you need to find all your parts, especially when you buy 3x2 wardrobes and 2 more things. It was nice experience to build it on my own. Thanks.

An overweening smell from air freshener dispensers caused me headache and fatigue. My partner, who is also sencetive to strong fragrances, fell ill next day after our visit. Overwise, the store itself is perfectly fine. It's a shame they destroyed our experience with those horrible air freshener dispensers. I ask myself why IKEA Israel installed them....

Love coming here, good Swedish vibes. Good food, kosher of course. Affordable, for Israeli standards. Lots of different things one might need to create a home.

Everything is good , creative thoughts on walls to give you ideas for your next purchase but one thing that was annoying as hell is that there is a lack of workers and you can barely find anyone to help you and if you do you might also have to wait extra time until the worker finishes the work with other customers.

It is IKEA so no surprises, basically. It is ridiculously expensive relative to IKEA in the US. Kind of misses the whole point of buying decent cheapo furniture and home items, and makes it very easy not to want to pay five times the price of similar items available at local merchants whose shops are just down the street and in just about every Israeli town.

Staff is great, You can find pretty much anything you need Once done shopping there is a restaurant, where you can have a pretty good meal for a low price.

Disappointing!!! NOT the shop itself but the restaurant section. Terrible layout & very slow service. The food was terrible & very bland. (We will eat else whete next time) Unfortunately the toilets were grubby and water on the floor. A pity the "show rooms" are unattractive. Staff need to learn how to do professional window/ room display. Not the IKEA we know of since 3 years ago!!!
