The hotel delighted us and gave bright emotions! Delicious food, great location, nice staff. We enjoyed from start to finish. if we had any questions, we were happy to help the hotel staff from the pool and kitchen, ending with the reception! I especially want to mention the guy from the reception named Timothy. Competent speech, polite attitude made me fall in love!😋😋 Would love to come back to enjoy the views.

Great location, big room, decor unimpressive. My wife and I stayed here for Shabbat. We stayed in a room with a balcony on the 15th floor - GREAT view of the sea. The room was very spacious (big bed, couch which could open into a bed, 2 big chairs, small coffee table, another small table with 2 chairs and still plenty of room) and the balcony was a nice size as well - had a small table and 2 chairs with plenty of space. Due to renovations, the dining room was closed. We knew this in advance and brought food with us and had plenty of space to eat in. The overall appearance of the hotel was nothing to brag about but to be fair they are renovating so hopefully that'll include the interior as well.

Room: - The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. However, the absence of pillows was a letdown. - Carpeted rooms can feel a bit stuffy. - Bathrooms, especially the showers and toilets, require upgrades. The provided shampoo and soap were less than pleasant. - Balconies are spacious, but the railing felt insecure. - The air conditioning is functional but not effective enough. - Issues with a smelly mini fridge and a malfunctioning toilet, though promptly fixed. - Rating: 2.5/5 Dining: - The dining area is uncomfortably warm due to the lack of air conditioning. The food variety is there, but lacks freshness and taste. - Cleanliness needs improvement, and the balcony attached to it reeks of garbage. - Rating: 1.5/5 Pool Area: - The pool is enjoyable, but there's a notable shortage of towels. - Rating: 3.5/5 Lobby & Staff: - The hotel lobby is classically designed and the staff were the highlight—courteous, friendly, and ever-helpful. - Rating: 4.5/5 Parking: - Covered parking for guests is available but tainted by an unpleasant smell. - Rating: 2.5/5 Exterior & Design: - The hotel design is reminiscent of the 70s. - Rating: 2.5/5 Location: - Located near a commercial center with a supermarket and restaurants, and a short ten-minute walk to the sea. - Rating: 4/5 Value: - The pricing for the stay felt reasonable given the experience. - Rating: 3.5/5 Overall Star Rating of 3.1/5. Despite certain drawbacks, the location and the excellent staff contributed to a worthwhile stay. Improvements in specific areas would undoubtedly elevate the guest experience.

Very expensive for what you get. Very shabby not been touched in years. service poor. Breakfast selection could be better. Bit like being in a zoo. Not enough seating in pool area and no staff to help. All round would give 1 star not value for money at all.

If I could leave less than a star I would. This hotel is awful. Nothing like on the pictures. It is very old, dirty and not well maintained. Upon arrival our bedroom was not ready we were given another one: the door knob fell in my hand, the water that came out of the bath was yellow, 1/5 of dust on the bed head , a massive draft of cold air coming out of the balcony door that was fixed upon our request with cello tape ! A dirty and rusty fridge with nothing inside and dirty windows. We were then moved to a suite as dirty but functioning! Very very basic style of the room ( definitely not of a luxury boutique hotel as they position themselves). I requested 4 times for the floor to be vacuumed and it never happened. Awful and unhelpful service. Awful breakfast with hardly any choices. No fresh juices, no fresh coffee ( apart from a machine ) Cakes from a pack and not homemade . Dirty pool area with cigarettes and rubbish on the floor A so called playground and outdoor gym for which they should give you a tetanus shot before you touch anything! We will never go back there and will never recommend it to anyone

This is a very old apartment hotel. Although the rooms are very large, both the rooms and the corridors have not been renovated for a long time. The hotel had very few guests, and they were not prepared to serve dinner, Although in our reservation and other guests were entitled to dinner. The manager is not present at the hotel, and the one who is apparently responsible and trying to solve problems is the receptionist. The general feeling is that the whole team is doing their best in chaos without a guiding hand. The building located at nice place near the beach and central square.

They use old mechanic locks and keys. The doors needs oil and are very hard to open and close. The faucets are much too low making it hard to brush your teeth. The bath and bed are okay though. The service isn't very eager to help is an understatement. Also, there isn't always parking available nearby (especially on weekends). The location has a really nice view but don't go look for restaurants or anything else nearby... unless you want to drive but then you have the parking problem.

The hotel has seen better days. We love the location, the pool, the view. The rooms need better cleaning, clean windows. On the whole, the service was very good. Our daughter even came for dinner and we were not charged!💜

Really old rooms nothing have changed since 1969 that the hotel established. The pool is nice. The breakfast is basic. The chairs in the dining room needs emergency care. The smell in the cordors is bad because of the wall to wall carpets the since 1969. Needs a face lift and deep clean. Neglected areas like the football and basketball field.

A beautiful hotel on the beach with yummy food and excellent accommodation. Beside that, Melvina at the front desk was super helpful - she assisted me with all my questions, provided me with a nice corner to work, fast wifi at the lobby, bar and coffee at sunset by the pool. All and all an amazing experience :-)

An average hotel. Dated. The upside is that it’s location is excellent - right above the beach 🏖️ with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea 🌊 A full and proper Israeli breakfast is provided BUT - notice how awfully dirty the hot water machines are - see photos. To get to the sea it’s a walk down a lot of stairs as you can see from the photos it’s a steep hill from the hotel to the beach. It’s not somewhere I’d recommend.

Old dusty and in need of a face lift immediately. Initially impressed with the penthouse suite we were given. Enough space for a four person family. We were 3 and given 2 suites which was odd. Why couldn’t they have offered us the ONE suite for the three of us and we could have saved money on the ridiculous high price they charged us. The workers are not very helpful or nice. Every night at dinner there was a seating problem. If we were staying a week why couldn’t they assign us a table for the week like other hotels do? Rooms are old and worn in need of sprucing up. The lobby is dusty with uncomfortable antique furniture that’s not taken care of a shame since some items are impressive. This is not a FIVE STAR hotel as claimed. Towels thin and worn out. No tissues in bathrooms. A bottle of soda water was 22 ILS ! That’s insane! If you cater to the religious sect then offer channel 14 as a option for viewing on TV instead of the one sided opinion stations. The management doesn’t seem to care so why would employees. Not a pleasant experience and I won’t be returning! I will try Netanya again but at a BETTER location!

We had a lovely stay in this charming hotel. We found the staff particularly nice, welcoming and willing to help. The rooms are quite large, with an amazing view. The furniture is a bit old but fully functional and convenient. We also loved the breakfast, lot of good and delicious options ! Fully recommend it

This hotel had a nice view of the Mediterranean Sea. I lived the room sure with a separate spacious sitting room. The food was good with ample options, but not as plentiful as some hotel meals. I would certainly stay here in a return visit.

Beautiful location in Netanya, within short walk and viewing distance of the Mediterranean sea. Good breakfast buffet. Spacious room with Balcony. Wish we could have stayed longer here.

It was excellent because a very lovely lady called Malvina a took care of us. She made us feel like royalty and with a lovely soft voice she guided us through the settling down in the hotel while she pointed out all the privileges we were getting by making the lucky choice of spending our leisure at the seasons

From the moment we step into this hotel to the moment we left, it was a wonderful experience thanks to Malvina. Simply amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

It is a very nice hotel, nice atmosphere, friendly people that are working there, in a fantastic place on the sea, with a very nice view from the balcony. The room is very big, and a very good breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel, and I will surely come again.

The staff was really terrific -- helpful and courteous. The room was VERY spacious, really gave us room to spread out. We were there with several families, 20 people including kids and adults, and the size of the rooms made it possible to congregate together on Shabbat and holiday. The views -- amazing. You are seaside with full view of the Mediterranean. We sat on the porch with our coffee, listening to the waves and enjoying the view. We were there for part of the Passover, which included Shabbat. The Shabbat/Passover dinners were excellent, plentiful, delicious, with many options. It was our first time away for Passover. We spent the first part of the holiday in Jerusalem, and the balance at the Seasons. If I decide to come back for next Passover, I would book my entire stay at the Seasons.

The hotel is not clean, things are not working, ammenities (sauna and gym) were closed and you have to ask for a key to enter there. ( yes, an only key). Everything is dated. Is the only hotel I've visited that doesent welcome you with water bottles and a reasonable amount of coffee. The good thing, it's that it has a pool and its near the beach

We are staying now in the suit you would think that it would be nicer. The room isn’t clean! They are hairs on the bed, and the carpets are dirty looks like they don’t vacuum them. The refrigerator didn’t work they came and switched it immediately. Gross sleeping in the beds won’t come back.

Beautiful view and just steps away from the beach and promenade. Nice people, and close to restaurants, shopping, parks and beach. And the hotel itself, though not the newest, is in really good condition. Rooms are very spacious, with balconies and a living room area that make it easy to hang out there. We went with family and booked multiple rooms, and even the smallest one was bigger than any other I've been to in recent months. Even the lobby had multiple areas to hang out as a group. The pool was terrific as well, with a lifeguard on duty during the day. Only negative is that housekeeping was not as on top of daily cleaning as I'm used to, but a call to the front desk was enough to get what we needed (extra towels, shampoo, etc.) We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

The view from the room is best we had, much better than expected - 100% sea. The suite is big and the balcony is huge comparing to balconies in other hotels. The room had everything that is needed and more. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Left the best of impressions. Multiple extra touches that made the stay pleasant. Hotel is right on the beach so you can go out and enjoy the view and the sunset right as you exit the building. Theres a bunch of restaurants nearby. Definitely was worth the visit and would stay again.

I stay here almost every time I visit Netanya, many times every year. It's right on the sea, has beautiful gardens with mature trees and special plants. From the bellboy to reception, pool, kitchen, and dining room, everyone does their job well. Highly recommended.

  • 3/5 Benjamin G. 2 years ago on Google
The staff were nice. The rooms badly need renovating - the kettle was broken and it took them a while to replace it. The hotel is still fancy, breakfast was decent and the pool was nice in the summer. It looks like with a small investment this hotel can be grand again some day.
