It was my first visit to this place and I had heard they are specialists. Unfortunately it was a really bad experience. I have never written a negative review before in Google but this was really a let down . First of all there were hardly any salespeople and when we were finally served it was by someone who had language limitations and wasn't able to ask questions. At the checkout the service was even worse. We asked for fish food for a few small fish and rather than offer us a small box the salesperson immediately gave us a giant box. When we asked for spare parts for an aquarium we had been given he told us we should buy a new tank. When the salesperson added up the bill it came to 750 shekels. We apologized and told them we didn't have the budget for so many spare parts and went to Eli's Jungle at Kibbutz Maabarot. There we bought fish, minimal necessary spare parts and a small box of food for 161 shekels. I am sorry for this review but really we felt that we were being taken for a ride and it wasn't very nice.

Very nice place. Lots of fishes and plants for the water. Prices are ok. Every thing you need to make a beautiful fish pond in the garden.

I have shopped here a few times and gotten good customer service. I recently had to go in because a pump I had bought broke after a few days and I needed it fixed before the lockdown. Instead I was blamed for breaking the pump because “In my 5 years here, I’ve never seen one of these break”. The teller was rude and continued to blame me for somehow breaking the pump which was under warranty. To make things worse, I was even charged for the repair! Never again will I shop here. Just go somewhere else or even order online. Very very disappointed with their customer service.

The place is huge and has anything you might need for your aquarium or pond! Live plants, prawns, lots of fish types and all the accessories you might be looking for.

I like to sample from time to time, decent prices and a lot variety of fish. Everything for ponds!!
