Bought a bicycle today after they got in a new shipment. Service is top tear, always helpful and considerate. Igal was the one who helped me today and really took me through every different aspect of what equipment to buy for the bike. Patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also their prices can't be beat for quality items.

This is a good location for buying sports goods. Not sure if they are the highest quality but you can start doing sport and it won’t cost you the world. The store doesn’t invest in great presentation but I suppose that is one way of cutting costs to afford the lower prices.

A lot of merchandise at good prices. 1.5 Karate Gi-s, on the floor, with no others in stock. After responding that what is on display is all they had, there were no suggestions on how or when others could be obtained.

Sales assistants are not annoying, but always ready to help. Prices are acceptable

I have been coming to Decathlon for many years when i moved to Netanya i met James who gladly and kindly sold me a bike and then went around the store with me every time i came helping me even if it wasn't just for biking I came by this Friday and he wasn't there not one of the workers knew anything and it was a shame James was not there to help me today

20.11.2022, evening: - Empty shelves, poor assortment in Hiking/Trekking/Tourism. Poor size range - most part of items have no XL and 2XL sizes - Available clothes scattered across shelves without any order. No way to find appropriate size - Too much unfolded and crumpled clothes on shelves and in merchandise boxes. Like a second-hand shop - No price tags on many shelves and/or items - Missed navigation in some sections - Boxes with unsorted products everywhere

Fantastic "Brick and Mortar" store with professional and friendly staff. It's a huge pity that the same is not true of their on-line store policy. The country is in a Covid-19 lockdown and they have the chutzpah to charge for delivery services. Luckily for me there are other online options.

No customer service in sight, wanted a trolly for the heavy item, could not find one. Bad service.

Spacious store, with many different departments. The line at the cash register moves pretty quickly on busy days. The prices are good and there is a variety of things - I personally never knew there were so many different styles of clothing (and socks!) For the different sport types. However..... they are often out of stock of items in my size (S,M), either completely, or they have only one color option left out of many. That's too bad since the last time I went there there was a shirt I was willing to buy 5 of but there was only one. Also, there are stock shortages of equipment.

Wanted to buy sport trousers, but they hadn't my size. Also weren't able to tell, if and when they will receive trousers of my size.

They had one good mechanic and they fired him only because the new manager needed to flex his new position , well I guess their loss I'll go straight to him without paying the store, he gives great service and reasonable prices , papabear bike repair look him up.
