I did not expect it to be this bad. Honestly. I had a great time at all the other bars around this place but sputnik was absolutely awful. Trust me, if you’re genuinely curious about this place, read this review. Staff - So of course from the very entrance to the bar and everywhere else the staff was completely rude. They throw hands, they yell, they were a bit kinder when they saw I spoke Hebrew. Drinks are super expensive. The DEMANDED to pay tip. Now I know it’s a custom at some places to tip but for me personally it feels ridiculous to pay tip for just pouring vodka which is already way overpriced. They wouldn’t let me not pay tip and now that I look at my credit card history, they overcharged me, even though I got a receipt for the real amount I should’ve been charged for. Dance - the dance floor is uncomfortable, small (not in a good way), and the music is just weird. I had great time with literally all the other clubs around but the music there was so bad I just couldn’t bare to be there an extra second. If you’re curious they’re playing like this weird alt edm music which is just NOT dance music. The good - the only good thing I have to say about this place is how the dance and bar are nicely separated so it’s possible to sit down and talk. So in short, my experience was seeing rude staff, overpriced everything, literally being conned, and really weird music (I know music is a taste but this is not dance music...)

Really fun place in tel aviv. We came here on a pub crawl. The drinks take a while to make but for good reason because they are phenomenal. I had the apple gin drink and it was incredible.

Great vibes at that artsy bar. Very chill, good bartenders, and not too crowded. One of my new fav bars in Tel Aviv.

SPUTNIK bar is a happening spot in Tel Aviv! The indoor floor with Standup-comedy and music DJ later on creates a vibrant atmosphere, while the outdoor seating offers a quieter experience. However, the service could use some improvement as we encountered long waits. Nevertheless, it's a great place to enjoy a fun night out with friends! 🎤🎧🍻

This place is not friendly to dark skin people. The security in sputik bar refused my entrance. Acctually one agreed but than the other one said no. when i asked why he went to talk with a white female manager. than came back and told me that i cannot enter without SMS. when i asked how to get the SMS he was like "Hmmmm...in facebook..." right behind me came a group of white guys and they got in without any problem and no SMS nonsense. so if you are not white better not come at all. I guess it is a white russian place or another pure ashkenazi bar.

The worst experience, with Adhas. They treated us super badly, they asked us to leave a deposit to be able to order and after that, we decided to pay the bill directly, they took 20 minutes trying to collect the money, and that time we waited to get service.

great spot for some dancing, super expensive everything though. expect to pay 11$ for 0.33 of beer.

Very nice setting, very good decoration, very good food but very small quantity, do not come if you are hungry. on the other hand, the staff needs to be reviewed, in particular the server (bald with glasses) who makes no effort to be understood and who asks for tips, supposedly it is an obligation and there he was able to make himself understood in English, very strange !!! He doesn't even let me enjoy my meal or drink and asks me to pay immediately. We proposed to put below 10% but he demanded a minimum of 10! He stayed at least 3 minutes to negotiate We must not forget that life is expensive in Israel and do not believe that the tourist is rich. By force you will lose customers.

The lady at the front tells you to put your mask on when she herself isn’t even wearing a mask? Makes no sense.. that staff and service needs some upgrading 😅

Nice place to have some pre drinks. The place is located in a nice neighborhood and closely you can find a lot of bars you can continue the night. Cocktails were average there so a beer is a better choice.

Very much a case of the famous" tel aviv vibe" going on in this place, everyone is trying to look as if they are not trying ;-) cool electronic music and very good sound quality. Drinks are a bit on the expensive side but I guess that should be expected given the location . A nice enough place to come for a drink with mates or go full on dancing into the night.

A few month ago, the bartender (young brunette woman) charged me twice and said that she can see I’m not from here because I didn’t want to leave tips. As far as I know tipping is not mandatory and especially not when she just takes a beer from the fridge and hand it to me. She insisted for me to leave a tip before making fun of me being a tourist (even though I’m not). The day after I saw that she charged me twice for the beer. ALWAYS ASK FOR RECEIPT.

The food was below medium, the same as you can cook with Microwave at home. Drinks are nice to have, but pricing is still high. They need to close the place for fixing, and the AC water is dropping on you, walls & doors are broken, the toilet is old and broken. It will look Okay in the dark, but it's not much fun to tear your clothes from a broken door or open screws.

TOURISTS BEWARE - double charged me and despite going back to the bar, speaking with the manager, phoning the manager and texting manager - I was assured I would get my money back but still haven't.

Came in Friday, pretty early, about 9pm, so it wasn't crowded at all. We reserved a table for 14 ppl in advance. The service was very good, the music and the vibe was great. Had fun there. Later on it became very crowded and there was a line outside.

it was okay. we were all shocked when we sat down and while we ordered we were told we had to prepay or give them a card. just not what we’re used to. server wasn’t that nice unfortunately and the drinks were just okay. the atmosphere was very cool though! Fun vibes

Very easy to end up going there no problem to enter, big outside ber area, mainstream songs dance floor inside And techno dance floor underground. Kinda crowded and expensive drinks.

SPUTNIK is absolutely insane!!! The decor is so cool and interesting to look at. Great place to hangout with friends. Music kinda sucks though.

Nice bar with 2 music rooms and 1 chill area but the atmosphere is kinda vanilla, also at the bar they asking for more than 10% tips if they make cocktails

Outside area is amazing, good place to have a drink, talk and meet people. Dancefloor is just claustrophobic. There are people that enjoy this kind of experience, but Im not really into feeling a sardine in a can. Drinks are a bit over expensive too, but I had a good experience overall

Decent (big) bar/club in the heart of TLV, just a minute off Rothshild. Very good cocktails and generally good music and nice atmosphere.

It reminds us of bars in Barcelona, what is good news. Techno music, good vibes, big terrace and cheap beer is what you find in here. We've been 2 times in 3 days and we'll be back for sure in our next visit!

One of the best bars in Tel Aviv, weekends are busy and many times also during the week. Usually working till late hours. The vibes and the music is always fun and electronic.
