You should park your car nearby residential area which is free. Than you have to walk for about 20 minutes, you’ll see the two guys in de photo if you’re lucky enough . Finally you will see the spectacular view of the beach. We love it it’s our first choice for swimming and kite flying

My favourite place in the Netherlands! Such a beautiful park which you can get lost in the nature feeling like you’re nowhere near the city. Too bad they’ve start fencing some of the areas off, forcing you to stay on the path and it’s a shame for the cows as they can’t fully explore. I hope they don’t continue fencing off more areas, it’s ruining a beautiful park.

Nice place to go for a walk. There is a good restaurant on the beach if you want to stop for a meal. We saw plenty of dogs off leash running on the beach.

Fantastic place for walking or biking. It combines woods, dunes, beach and it has a big playground for kids.

A seaside dune park that is popular with runners, dog owners and families. You can find highlander cows and other herd animals if you are lucky. Dotted around the park are the remains of the WW2 Atlantic wall defence. Highly recommended and only about 6 km in length from Duindorp to Kijkduin.

The nature here is amazing especially for walks in the weekend to clear your head. There is path parallel to the shore which also protects you in part from the wind compared to the shore. Highly recommend.

my favorite park of all. quiet, not that crowded, full of light, sand, trees. you can find Scottish Highland cows, horses, there’s a hedgehog shelter and it’s close to the sea. a beautiful place to meditate.

Huge and amazing park that is on the beach yet it has field and forest. Most relaxing atmosphere, makes you forget that you’re in a city. Probably best to wear some boots and rain jacket (like as if you’re hiking). Not really a paved place for nice shoes.

Great park for a stroll. Can be a bit busy sometimes. Also try to find the cow-like animals. They're tame but I wouldn't touch or pet them. You can walk right next though

A very beautiful area next to the beach and within easy travelling distance from the city. There are great walking and biking paths with lots of access points down to the beach and lots of viewing points on the top of the dunes.

Wonderful well kept nature preserve, we finally saw the stunning highland cattle!!

Great park in the dunes. There is no parking lot so you need to park in the nearby neighbourhood. The dunes are great to walk in. You might meet a bunch of Highlander cows! The park gives access to three beaches, the middle of them a wonderful naturist beach. Each beach has its own access (7, 8, and 9) and a beach cafe. Recommended! Mind you: the park can be steep at times and are therefore not perfect for people with mobility challenges

Beautiful dunes to walk through during any time of the day. Some smaller pieces of forest (with paths), align the side of the dunes, these are also perfect for long as well as short walks.

The park is located next to the sea and includes dunes and forest areas. Amazingly beautiful nature. You can spot wild cows, goats, foxes and huge amount of different birds.

I love this place. It's a huge area between city and sea, mixing forest and dune. Grab a bike or go for a hike! There are quite some roads to choose from. Don't be afraid to venture out, because you might come across some Highland cattle!

Beautiful location. great for walking, biking or photoshoots. Note that you aren't allowed to go off the paths and that you risk a fine if you do.

Great location for a nice picnic as well as for a walk or exercise in to the woods. A nice place to visit on a Sunday but nothing special over all.

beautiful place especially with the flowers in summer. also as someone born on a hill overlooking downs you can get a dose of gentle undulations to dilute the regional diet of flatter views

Relaxed environment to go for a walk alone, with family or with dogs. You can walk fron the park to the beach. Between strandslag 9-10 are dogs around the year off-leash.

Such a nice place for a bike tour! When I heard about the "dunes" I thought just sand sand sand, but actually there is a very beautiful vegetation and super nice birds. Totally recommend!
