This was the worst experience of my life. I made an appointment to see Dr Ahmed El Gendy. They booked the treatment on a Saturday two weeks from the date I called. Then the week of my first appointment they told me Dr Ahmed had an emergency and need to reschedule. So we rescheduled for the next week. Then one day before my appointment they called and said Dr Ahmed had another emergency. So we rescheduled again for the following week. Then the following week they informed me again that he had another emergency. I said to them I have waited almost a month and received nothing. They told me they would call me back with my new rescheduled appointment and they never did. The staff have no idea how to help you or problem solve. This is just a sham of a clinic Edit: Dear Prime clinic's I appreciate your attempt to rectify the situation. Do you want me to put all of my info on Google maps? Because they way you asked made it seem that is how I should contact you. Please stop pretending to care. This review is so you will improve since your profession is to help sick people. So poor scheduling and customer service can lead to a fatality. If you would like to leave a name and number to call I will contact you.

The receptionist is very rude, has zero hospitality and does not how to differentiate between the client and friends apparently. I urge the management for prime clinic to take a serious action towards him. And when i told him that im gonna make a bad review about the clinic he told me go ahead I don't care.

Excellent clinic providing best doctors all over different specialties especially Dr Marwa Nouh in nutrition and weight loss making excellent job in transforming my life and weight with positive energy and welcoming personality support by Dr Marwa .

I had the worst experience ever with Dr. Dina Zaklama. She is by far the most unprofessional and unexperienced doctor to the extent I was even doubting the certificates she is claiming she took. She is untrustworthy and I am disappointed that a respectful place like prime clinics is keeping her as one of the doctor lists.

Worst experience ever... receptionist utterly rude & lacks basic manners... childs dentist lacks empathy towards kids, other dentist were not punctual.... do not recommend as they claim to be on a level they will never reach with their lack of professionalism & basic skills of humane approach towards patients...

Completely disappointed thought it is a good physiotherapy place. One of the rudest unprofessional physiotherapists i have ever seen, first they let you pay and attend a useless assessment session for nothing ,already having the medical report the dr sat with me like 5mins when i asked him how will the sessions go exactly he said are you kidding me im not giving you a demo for the session!, read the report quickly and ignored it ,kind of checked me in 5 secs after that said exactly what is written in the report like it is a bran new info! & said go tell them to book 3 sessions per week that’s it! I came for the first session they said it is with another dr ,well he attended first 7 mins assessing all over again asking same questions then left me with another one very young who leaves each 2 mins don’t know what the hell he is doing At the end the so called dr came showing me some exercises ,he doesn’t accept any comments or more then 1 question from the patient on the therapy or exercises events if it can harm the patient who tried it before and do not consider the specialized doctor opinion considering it an offense mentioning my dr opinion replying impolitely with : that’s what we have here if you don’t like it you can go to your physician or anywhere else maybe they can treat you! communicated my feedback to the reception they told me they are sorry and did nothing after that, didn’t even call or apologize , but will make sure to spread the word
