The Big Chill Creamery is a dessert lover's dream come true! Not only do they serve an amazing variety of ice cream, but their selection of cookies, cakes, brownies, and other desserts is equally impressive. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the hazelnut cheesecake. It's an absolute slice of heaven! The creamy, nutty goodness of the hazelnut cheesecake is something you won't forget. Every bite feels like a delightful journey for your taste buds. Whether you're in the mood for ice cream, cookies, cakes, or any sweet treat, The Big Chill Creamery has you covered. But seriously, don't leave without trying that heavenly hazelnut cheesecake—it's a dessert experience like no other!

They truly do excellent baking here. Everything from the flavor, to the ingredient quality, to the service is spectacular. Undoubtedly, the best pastry and cake shop. They have amazing cakes and pastries. We bought chocolate brownie scoop there cone was also so crunchy and have amazing taste, it was very fresh and it melted in the mouth, Very yummy. Place is very neat and clean. Service level and staff behaviour is very professional. There is limited space to sit inside rest they will also provide the solution to keep the icecream in form if someone has to take it in transit.

Part of the BCU (Big Chill Universe :P) along with the creamery and restaurant, if recommend coming here for dessert if you're in the mood for some non-standard cakes and pastries. The flavors were quite on point and the layering well thought out. There is some seating space inside when not crowded.

Visited this place for the 1st time since we wanted to have some nice cake & cappuccino. It’s a known brand and hence an ideal choice. We ordered for strawberry cream cheese cake. It was the last piece left and we even checked if it was fresh or not. Once confirmed we took it. It was hopeless not even an ounce of flavour of cream cheese. Ddnt seem fresh either. Seemed like the strawberry juice had oozed out leaving them tasteless.a single pastry costs Rs 350 plus and it’s way too expensive. Strawberry dreamy cake was still better with some fresh strawberries. Carrot cream cheese cake was still ok but not good. Cappuccino was average. Too much froth and not hot. They were like it can’t he done hot. Finally microwaved it to make it hotter. They barely have eggless cakes., The cakery is not cosy. A few small round tables and 2 chairs on each table. Service & attitude is not at par. On giving a feedback to the staff at counter he is not even listening. When i stated that you are not even listening he looked up and asked the other staff as to what I was saying. We gave a feedback to Bernard too the manager out there but he was in no mood to acknowledge. He was like I’ll share with the chef and I can’t do anything about it. We have spent almost Rs 400 on a pastry, which is nowhere worth it and poor taste. Atleast have the courtesy to acknowledge and do something about it. On questioning whether the pastry was old he said ‘itni bhi old nahin hai’ which means old hai. Poor attitude of the manager.

I went to this place, just randomly. The place looked fancy but is was 10/10 in terms of experience and taste. I had only dessert in dinner in a very long time. PS: Overheard a crazy conversation so it was worth the time.

This cafe is worth the hype. Food is amazing. There are new add on in the menu so you should give it a try. I ordered Lebanese platter , classic waffle and chicken ravioli (it had roasted mushroom in it).

Very very overrated. The quantity of Dessert/Cakes has majorly reduced. The price does not justify the quantity and I think owners have become more greedy and have majorly reduced it, even though they are getting such huge business. The prices are extremely steep and I personally feel that nothing here is out of the world kinds. They are really getting good business but quality in terms of quantity is being majorly compromised. On particularly Dry Cakes, the quantity in regards to price is too small. Took the Almond cake, price is around Rs. 300 for a very small size, even much smaller than a regular pastry anywhere else. Earlier the helpings were pretty good and quite satisfying, hope regulars agree on this.

After 2 weeks traveling through India, this place got my sweet tooth in the best spot. The peanut butter chocolate cake was thick and peanut buttery, the strawberry tiramisu was light and not too sweet. The inside was perfectly decorated. It was a perfect stop.

Paradise if I may call it for all the desert lovers. Find the most unconventional ones to the usual favourite eclairs and donuts. We took a slice of apple crumble, slightly warm the cinnamon and apples together were falvoursome. They have a seating space for about 8-10 people.

Their desserts will make you drool. So fresh and delicious. This time we ordered tiramisu and it was sinful. The only thing they lacked this time is serving in a box that was a bit disappointing, it didn’t look good. They need to improve the serving part.

Big Chill’s Tiramisu: Coffee Heaven on a Budget! 🤩🤩 Big Chill’s tiramisu in Khan Market isn’t just good, it’s a whole coffee dream come true! Forget cake drowning in syrup – this one’s all about rich, yummy coffee taste: not too strong, not too weak, just like that perfect morning cup. ☕️ The ladyfingers soak up the coffee like champs, giving you a nice bite without getting mushy. And the creamy mascarpone? Light and fluffy, it’s the perfect sidekick to the coffee star. ✨ But here’s the best part: it’s not super sweet! You get all the flavor without the sugar overload, leaving you wanting more (the good kind!). And speaking of wanting more, it’s super affordable! You could pay way more for tiramisu that doesn’t even come close. So next time you’re in Khan Market craving a treat, skip the chai and head straight to Big Chill. Grab a slice (or two!) of this coffee-soaked deliciousness. You won’t be sorry! Rating: 5 out of 5 coffee spoons (because regular spoons just don’t cut it!) 🍮🍮

As a famous place I had more expectations from Big Chill Cakery, Ordered 3 cakes all of them lacked the softness in the base didn't seem like a fresh one and ofcourse not worthy of a price they put on. Frankly speaking I've had better cakes, I would rate them average in taste. Variety of cakes and other bakery things are quite good with some unique flavours. I would suggest you to have a single cake first then go for another if you liked it don't rush in to buying as they are heavy on stomach and pocket as well.

The Big Chill Cakery is a dessert lover's haven! Their cakes and pastries are simply divine, with a mouthwatering variety that caters to all tastes. The cozy and inviting atmosphere adds to the charm, while the friendly staff provide excellent service. Although slightly on the pricier side, the quality and taste justify every penny spent. A must-visit for indulging in heavenly desserts in Delhi.

Bad baaaddd service, we visited the place at 11:35pm and according to the google time the place shuts at 12pm.The door man was making faces as we approached. And the jesters was not goo and we were only asking for takeaway. The management should really look into this. You all should call them before coming as it will ruin your Happy mood. Because I was coming after 4-5 months to this place to have that one pastry I love…

We got the berry frozen yogurt and coffee hazelnut eclair. Both were wonderful and not excessively sweet - they were just right. There were plenty of chocolate baked goods and frozen goods. Brownies, puddings, truffles, eclairs, cakes, sundaes, shakes. I wanted to try them all. The decor is sweet as well. There seems to be limited seating - just three by the window, but there could be some outside and there seems to be a sister store just a few doors down by the same name and same layout.

One of the best cakes in town! So light, fluffy and just delicious. We had the midnight sin chocolate cake and it was so indulgent. The strawberry and cream cake was refreshing too. All in all, I recommend their cakes :)

Visited this place for dessert, it has very nice interiors and gives a fresh vibe, options ate a bit limited, no seating area 2/3 chairs are available, we ordered a strawberry tart with vanilla ice cream, strawberries weren't that great, but vanilla ice cream was very creamy and tasty, bit on the pricier side, do give it a try!

Have loved all their branches. The food is nice, the staff nicer. Tried their Irish cream mudslide. No complaints. Love their ravioli. The salads can be a lot better though. Place is very popular so you will mostly have to wait 15-20 minutes, sometimes more, to be seated.

Over the years this cafe has not lost its touch, food , desserts and drinks have been consistently great. Trued chicken. Melt sandwich, my favourite, 10/10 , taste , chicken quantity. For dessert it was baileys tiramisu , would highly recommend it. Service is good too .

I ordered for Caesar salad. Iceberg lettuce was used instead of romaine. The Mayo was pathetic. The salled was not what I expected for the price I paid

Hands down the best ice creams and shakes in Delhi. The shakes are so thick..you'll be full for hours. I would suggest you to share it with someone. The ice cream flavours are just so rich and you know they use all natural resources when u taste them. The flavours are also so many. A must visit if you're into desserts.

The big chill is a chill place in the big oasis that is Delhi. It is nice to hang out in the cool ambience which is tastefully decorated and feels chic to sit in. They serve nice cakes - I felt spoilt for choice and loved the options available. The food was also nice. We had garlic bread, bruschetta, cream pasta, pizza. All lived up to the high expectations we came in with!! It also has nice clean toilets, which is a big plus when going out. Everyone loved it!
