More than the actual taste I guess it's more of nostalgia... This shop has been here for as long as I can remember.... The Chole bhature are always my go to, the lady at the counter who I think it's running the show now is very courteous and will engage you in a chat if it's not busy... The staff are prompt and the food is served in a blink of an eye

Tension free place to have variety of food, consistent on price, quality and flavour, with your family or solo. Recommended Thali, Bhatura, Dosa, most sweets, but the Kulfi falooda is the par excellence.

Looks like the food quality has gone down. Chhole Tikki was not at all good. Rasmalai was watery. Only golgappas can save the day.

I recently visited Bhimsain's Bengali Sweet Shop, a place known for its wide variety of sweets and savoury snacks. My visit, however, was a bit of a mixed bag. I tried their Aloo Chaat and Aloo Tikki with Dahi. Both dishes were quite average, failing to live up to the expectations I had. The Aloo Tikki was under-seasoned, lacking the necessary salt that would have brought out its flavours. This made the dish rather bland and unexciting. The Aloo Chaat, on the other hand, was served lukewarm, which was disappointing. A dish like Aloo Chaat should ideally be served hot to truly enjoy its taste. Moreover, the chutney accompanying the chaat lacked the punch of spices. The flavours felt muted, which significantly impacted the overall taste of the dish. On a positive note, the ambience of the shop was quite pleasant. It had a warm and welcoming vibe, which made the dining experience somewhat enjoyable. In conclusion, while the ambience was nice, the food left a lot to be desired. I hope Bhimsain's Bengali Sweet Shop takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving the quality and flavour of their dishes. As of now, I would rate my experience as 3 out of 5 stars.

The third generation helped by their Spouses are managing the show... Drawbacks......... # Grand--Parents, Parents have to keep child in laps as ChildFriendly chairs are not available... Rest room is in pathetic state.. NDMC paid parking is available. ( heavy on purse as anywhere in & around CP)... Lucky are the ones who manage to get space easily... Waiting time is around 20 minutes... Meanwhile , Gulp the MeethaTeekha GolGuppas from the Bhaiya... Tasty food compensates the difficulty / inconvenience faced , if any... .............. 𝓟𝓸𝓶𝓮

Went to get so called garma garam jalebi which they sell till 8pm . I even was told to wait. Eventually I was given a pack of jalebis which went cold till I reached home in few minutes. Poor service and attitude of the staff. Guess they just wanted to get rid of the unsold ones.

Their food is undoubtedly tasty but I just noticed their golgappa guy standing outside didn't have gloves on and was stirring the water with a bowl without gloves and his hands dipping inside the water. Eww!

Worst chhole bhature ever. Just hype and nothing else. Bhature were fried like 2 hours ago and just kept on tawa to make them hot for serving. Dahi bhalla was not fresh. Tikki was average. Guys if you want to enjoy good food the only place is old Delhi area like chdni chowk, sadar bazar. Begali market is big no

👍👍 Absolutely love their rice combos. Paneer rice is my all time favourite. Great option for dinner, if you work nearby. If you're looking for a place for quick bites, then you need to visit this place.
