This is a bakeryand patisserie shop cum cafe in the atrium of Sangam courtyard. Has a fabulous selection of breads cakes pastries desserts. There is an ice cream counter with about 12 interesting flavours. Hot and cold coffee, tea and snacks from the counter are available for those who wish to sit. Nice sitting area for about 12 persons. It is relatively expensive but good value as the quality is excellent.

You are missing out of one of the best bakeries in Delhi NCR if you haven't tried desserts at Theos. Every item on the menu is a piece of art in itself and every bite will be a party in your mouth. This particular outlet is just the bakery outlet and doesn't have the restaurant delicacies that other outlets at Noida, Gurgaon and Rajouri garden have.

The coffee was nice, but the service was so bad. I could see almost 4-5 people (staff), but it took them 5 mins to realise that we had come there and to give the menu. And after that we wanted to buy the complimentary cookie that they gave with the coffee, but none of them came to help us, instead they just said take it from there, and they kept doing their work. Very disappointed. I think its about serving your customers and not asking them to do it, thats not why we go to cafes or have a coffee outside. Bad attitude of staff.

Loved their donut. ₹95+ GST Ice cream- ₹150+ GST There were a lot of employees but our order was received quite late and it took another few minutes of waiting for them to scoop the ice cream. Ps. I visited this place twice.

Small outdoor sitting. A bit expensive but must try bakery delicacies. Belgian hot chocolate is a must try !!

Went there late night yesterday, as it was their closing time which I totally understand and respect, but the staff was extremely rude and arrogant. Both the server and the manager's behavior was super rude. Even though you are close to closing your store, there is a way to talk which I guess wasn't taught to THEOS staff. Shameful!!! Honestly quite disgusted and disappointed.

Terrible service at this outlet. 5 guys were just standing and talking with each other. The billing system was not working. They took almost 20 mins to service each customer in line. Then they told me 2 different totals. Extremely disappointing.

If looking to have a cup of coffee and enjoy some delicious food, I will highly recommend Theos. There coffee was really good and the Blueberry Cheesecake tasted heavenly. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They even offered some complimentary chocolate to our 18 months old Toddler. We love this place. It’s really chic.

Theos at sangam needs to train their staff. They are overstaffed and yet the service is poor and sloth slow. They refused to let a pregnant lady take a seat because they were 13 minutes from opening their kiosk. The staff was just on the phone and chatting away with a special shout out to Simran who blatantly refused to let the lady sit down despite requesting and the fact that their entire place was already cleaned and set up. They were merely waiting for the clock to strike 10. Not reflecting this on the owner but more on the staff as humanity has no timings.
