Chole bhature is a classic North Indian dish that consists of spicy chickpea curry (chole) and fried bread (bhature). Ihave had the pleasure of trying this dish in various restaurants, and I have to say that it is one of my favorite Indian dishes. The chole is often cooked with a blend of aromatic spices such as cumin, coriander, turmericand garam masala, which give it a rich and flavorful taste. The chickpeas are usually tender and melt in your mouth, and the curry is thick and has a slightly tangy flavor with a touch of sweetness. It is the perfect complement to the crispy and light texture of the bhature. When it comes to the bhature, they are usually fried to perfection until they puff up and turn golden brown. The dough is made with flour, yogurt, and a few other ingredients that create a distinct taste and texture that pairs well with the chole. To top it all off, most places will also serve some pickled onions, lemon wedges, and green chutney on the side that add a tangy freshness to this already delicious dish. Overall, chole bhature is a must-try if you are a fan of Indian cuisine. The combination of spicy chickpea curry and crispy fried bread is truly magical and will leave your taste buds craving more.

worst ever restaurant, I live in Mahipalpur near to this restaurant and i am visited here after 3-4 years, it has now changed completely the staff is so arrogant now and owner has become so rude, after having dinner which was pathetic i bought some ghewar for my home and i found a housefly in that, Better go to foodcourts this restaurant must get shut, worst staff and food service, what else can you expect from this restaurant, the waiters think that they are feeding us for free they wont listen to you when you try to order food Never buy anything from this restaurant they are selling sweets made out of cheap products, my ghewar was having housfly resting in it. .

👍👍 Absolutely love their rice combos. Paneer rice is my all time favourite. Great option for dinner, if you work nearby. If you're looking for a place for quick bites, then you need to visit this place.
