It
was
my
first
trip
to
Delhi
international
airport,
where
I
found
my
favourite
Starbucks
coffee.
Since
it
was
an
early
morning
flight
I
was
pretty
hungry
when
I
reached
airport
and
I
rushed
to
Starbucks
where
I
order
Chicken
Harrisa
sandwich
which
was
served
partially
cold.
Second
when
it
came
to
buying
a
coffee,
the
staff
-
Laxmi
hosted
me
and
no
information
about
the
privileges
(Scan
and
get
a
talk
@190).
When
I
further
enquired
to
my
surprise,
The
staff
was
hesitant
about
sharing
the
card
utilisation
of
the
card.
We
are
evolving
into
digital
world
and
I
am
from
a
marketing
background
where
I
believe
having
knowledge
about
what
a
Starbucks
app
can
do
could
have
been
an
add
on
experience.
The
staff
then
later
wasn’t
ready
to
do
an
add
on
to
the
coffee
was
not
provided
even
after
requesting
to
pay
extra,
as
the
billing
was
closed.
I’m
Hyderabad
or
any
other
Starbucks
I’ve
been
to
so
far,
staff
suggests
what
could
be
a
good
fit
and
be
very
friendly.
One
of
the
reasons
most
of
us
visit
to
Starbucks
is
for
the
uniqueness
of
culture
it
has.
It
would
be
really
helpful
if
the
service
could
be
improved,
made
much
more
knowledgeable
about
the
current
offers
and
friendly
staff.
However,
I
really
liked
Ariti
and
The
manager
who
is
handling
the
place
where
they
were
with
a
smile
and
atleast
tried
to
help
me
spontaneously.
Overall
it
was
an
ok
experience.
If
you
are
ever
planning
to
visit
I’d
recommend
to
enquire
about
the
ongoing
and
grab
a
beverage
of
your
choice
:)
