A live kitchen experience. Edamame beans are a must to try. Vegetarians can enjoy noodles. Try hot chocolate brownie as well. It’s a place where you just sit, see live cooking and enjoy the ambience.

Very average experience! There was nothing that stood out, from a 5 star restaurants you would expect wowed expeience from taste, presentation and variety perspective. Teppanyaki preparation lacked variety, we have tried 5 different meats but they all tasted almost same Salads and mocktails were interesting.

Excellent Teppanyaki Experience. We ordered the Teppanyaki Set Menu. Highlight for us was "Sautéed black tiger prawn, spinach, oriental yellow curry" Highly recommend. Service: Very Cordial Staff. Special thanks to Chef Sunil who made our evening a memorable one. Tip: The set menu is enough for 2 people. We accidentally ordered 2 sets and struggled to finish everything between the two, however the staff was kind enough to pack the rest.

Absolutely loved the experience here. I tried the buffet Teppanyaki which was super delicious. Right from the soup to dessert my experience was nice. I like how the chef provided recommendations basis the taste you're looking for. And the green coconut seafood gravy just blew my mind. The flavors were great and food well cooked. Ambience was wonderful and the staff service was good. Definitely a must visit place.

Loved the experience. You can pick plenty of meat and veggies and cooked into front of you. Chef was great and catered to our taste. Service is slow but worth it. If you're in a hurry won't recommend. Only suggestion is would be good if someone explain how to go about picking and mixing for buffet in the beginning for first timers.

Poor quality meat. Prawns any smaller would be visible under a microscope. Very generic seasoning, possibly out of a retail pack. Wine prices are bordering on the absurd. A bottle of SA chocolate block which retails for Rs. 900 in Capetown, is listed for Rs 15,000. First bottle was served at room temperature, forgetting we are not in Europe but in the heart of Asia, in the middle of summer. Totally forgettable experience.

Best Teppanyaki restaurant with best quality ingredients. I think this is the only live teppanyaki restaurant in Delhi. Concept is wonderful that strangers have to dine in together. Visited megu and so many best japnese restaurant but this one has it’s own vibe. True Japnese restaurant. Pretty sure Japanese living in Hyatt will have wonderful stay because of this restaurant. All the staff is very polite and humble

Loved the staff and their warmth. Everyone was accommodating and allowed us to feel at so much ease. Desserts were fantastic. Teppanyaki was a bit too saucy for my liking but the wonderful attitude of the staff more than made up for my picky tastes. I felt the decor could be refurbished as it looks worn out and dated and not even remotely Japanese.

Been going to TK's since it launched and that is a very long time. What is fabulous is they have maintained the standard of cooking and delighting clients with incredible flavours. Still one of my favourite places for a quick bite. While the ambience was incredible for the 90s, it's not as enticing anymore. It deserves a good refresh. And the alcohol is overpriced. So enjoy their delicious food after grabbing a drink in a nice bar with great ambiance nearby. Or the other way round. Ciao!

The food was yummy especially when it is freshly made in front of you eyes. Had chicken in black pepper sauce and some noodles both cooked on the teppanyaki

I was staying at Hyatt Delhi and they recommended that I try this "Japanese" restaurant when asked for good sushi recommendations I reserved table for 9:30 pm as soon as I checked in ... We were seated at 10:45 pm. I had mentioned my dairy and gluten allergies about 12 hours in advance ,yet they could barely accommodate me, despite given assurances of the same. The sashimi was ok ... But no pickled ginger or daikon in sight to cleanse the palate. They said that the tenderloin could be made gluten free and dairy free so I ordered that (it was supposed to come with some variant of teriyaki sauce). When the teppanyaki cook started the prep, he said that he would make it with pesto sauce(??? Japanese???) And when i expressed disgust, he assured me that it would be good ... And said that my options were either this or a chilly garlic sauce. I asked them to use their judgement since this was not told me me while placing the order. The tenderloin was badly overcooked and chewy, and the sauce was one of the worst things I've ever put in my mouth. They offered to make it with the other chilli garlic sauce( the maitre d whined about how it would take 4 hours to make a gluten free dairy free teriyaki... And I informed her about the 12 hour advance heads up I'd given). This version was barely edible, but I was now ravenous as it was approaching midnight, so I had to eat it. The chef's are unskilled and talentless. They should not call this a Japanese restaurant since they seem to not know anything about Japanese cuisine. A perfect evening ruined by amateur management and 3rd rate cooks If I could give it 0 stars I would. Avoid.

We had a plan to visit some other Grill but TK's Oriental my fancy and I had to try it. Language barrier can be an issue but their chef personally came to talk to us. I tried Cottage Cheese tacos and burger and both were amazing. The food quality was excellent. Their sangria is the finest I have ever had. A must-try place especially during the night time. Good for dinner dates and dinner with friends or family

Excellent food. The chef was amazing and the Teppanyaki food was delectable. Skip the desserts though, that's not their speciality.

Hibachi is a term you may have heard of if you live in the US, or watch a lot of English tv series. For me, it was a foreign thing, till we decided to visit TK's. You sit next to a huge grill and the chef cooks your food in front of you, and it is definitely an out of the ordinary experience. We ended up paying about 6k+ per person, we were four, but that's also probably because we ordered the Lobster too. All in all, money well spent, because it's definitely an experience you don't get in India usually. As the host of the party, the smiling faces of my guests gave me the satisfaction all hosts look for.

We went to TK's for dinner and the experience was very underwhelming. I did not expect this kind of service with the 5 star hotel Hyatt. The food and service and the attitude of the staff is horrible!! They are ruining the Hyatt name The service was horrible. The food was average, and the restaurant felt like a shack , over crowded. The servers did not have the time give the menus, let alone take the order. The server (I think his name was Prateek or Paras - tall, fair , plump guy) did not inform us about the portions properly nor did he guide us through the menu. He was busy serving others. In the end when we complained about it, all he had to say was that he was he was busy! What kind of hospitality is that. We had ordered the fixed menu, the chef did not ask us any questions like, how we would like our food prepared or what sauces we would prefer... everything tasted the same and the food was very average. There was a time that TK's was one of the best in Delhi but now the service and the quality is below average!!

Third class service and third class food at 5000 per head cost without alcohol and no deserts. Under staffed and the serving staff is amateur. I am a Club at the Hyatt member. Have been eating at Hyatt Delhi restaurants from past 30 years. But TK’s has disappointed me to no end. Pure waste of money and time.

Amazing quality of food and service. Spent almost 3 hours eating. Go there only if you can eat a lot. Skip 2 meals prior to the meal at this top grade food joint. I’m gonna visit again for sure.
