I ordered a dress four months before my wedding, but it never arrived. Despite several attempts to contact them, there was no response. Only after threatening with legal action, the dress was finally shipped and arrived exactly one day before my wedding.

DON'T BE FOOED BY THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA FEED. SCAM! I gotten in touch with them early on, being impressed by the quality of the clothing they have posted on their social media, letting them know by what date I wanted my custom order to arrive. I also ensured to check up on the progress of the order by messaging them. I was ignored. No reply. It was delayed 2 whole weeks. No apology. When i tried to get in contact with them after my desired delivery date, they would often ignore my message. When it did eventually arrive (although I had no faith that it would despite me paying so much for such a simple custom order), the quality was absolutely disappointing. The design of the blouse was nothing like the image I had sent them. The material, what appeared to be satiny in the video, felt and looked cheap. On the flipside, I would like to say they did a good job making it to custom sizing because it fit me well.

For the last year and a half I've only gotten my lehengas from Libas and I don't see myself ever going back. The quality is always amazing and the fit is perfect. They never fail to bring my vision to life and the final results are just on point! Shipping to Canada is also super fast. Definitely recommend.

I was very excited to order from libas, unfortunately i had a worst experience and RIP my $800. I will give them 2 two stars only because two outfits were ok and i would give 4 stars for the tailor who stitched my lahnge. I ordered 4 dresses and 1 kurta for my husband, which he end up not wearing because of the way it was stitched it didn’t look right. Also my mom end up not wearing her dresses. Please make sure they give you the same exact thing you request for . my mom’s plazzo embroidery was not the same we asked for. They need to respect peoples money and time. This was my experience.
