It's just a regular CCD just with a good seating area. This place has the exact same menu as other outlets but yes the place has a better feel and vibe than other outlets. The place is really good on day with good weather as you get to enjoy the outdoor seating. You have to go and order what you want at the counter and they serve you at their table. Service her is usually fast and good but sometimes during peak hours there can be some delay. If anyone enjoys good coffee and outdoor seating, this is the place for you. There is ample roadside parking available most of the times.

This branch is everything I expect from CCD and more. The interior is decorated in typical CCD style, but with a higher proportion of comfortable seats and the ambience of the place feels more cosy. I got a combo hot meal of cappuccino and paneer sandwich. The coffee was fantastic and the sandwich tasty. The staff at this branch of CCD are amazing, very much the epitome of Indian service. quite a scene to see staff at ground floor requesting by- passers and shoppers to go up and visit CCD at 1st floor ! place is as usual typical of all ccd formats and same standard stuff but the seating sure better and interesting since large window side has inner connaught circle view from top.

I love ccd There garlic bread is my favourite Both cheese garlic bread and normal one Crispy tasty and one must try it super yummy You can have it as a quick bite with tea or coffee . Coming to the coffee love there cafe latte ,cappucino ,mocha coffee all hot coffees cold coffee are also good but i like hot coffee especially cafe latte the most you must try it too Its good .

Been here couple of times. Had a spinach corn sandwich which was ok. One of the sandwiches seemed fresh and the other spinach corn was too hard. Maybe over heated or it ddnt seem fresh. On requesting they replaced it. Coffee had frappe which was ok. Paneer tikka sandwich are average not too much filling.

This place is opposite Taj and with a very cosy atmosphere . The place is covered with 🌳 and cosy. They have a comfortable sitting arrangement with coffee and snacks available. A cosy and warm place to sip coffee and snacks. The staff takes 15-20 minutes to get the order ready, so stay patient as you get food served hot and fresh. Coffee is good and staff service is impeccable! Recommend for small B’day meets or quick cake cutting. Once I visited this cafe at late night 11:30-12 and it was still open. So a nice place in the central Delhi area to chill and hangout with your friends. Do try the garlic bread, tastes yummy!!

This CCD is very much specious... And sitting is also very much comfortable... You can spend 4 5 hours here easily... And you have your own space here... Coffee burger and choclate shots are good... You can come here with your lobed ones... Enjoy

It was a great place to meet up with friends. Nice ambience. Only thing I didn't like was the presence of mosquitoes inside the Cafe. Coffee and muffins were fine too. Lighting could be made brighter. Coffee house doesn't have to have a romantic atmosphere. It should be casual and bright.

Hands-down, the best CCD outlet in the Capital. Wonderful seating area outside, quiet ambience, courteous staff and more importantly, the place remains open pretty late night as well. So, during the evening hours, if you want, you can visit this CCD outlet and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere. Of special mention is the fact that their baristas like Aman are always around to make sure your coffee tastes just the way you want it to! Unfortunately, the quality of coffee suffers at times, I am not sure why but I am still going with 4 stars because how wonderful this outlet is. My absolute favourite oulet of CCD in the Capital...

A quite good cafe for having an amazing time as this place is well known for it's coffee range so go here and spent a time with a cup of coffee and not only coffee have sandwiches too. They have a quite good menu for good options. These are little expensive but worth of money and tastes so good. Ambience is also very good.

The staff suggested me to change my drink THRICE because according to them, I can’t handle a cold brew as it is way too bitter. (I prefer non-milk based coffee drinks). Thereafter, after I insisted on getting a cold brew anyway, they put sugar in it without asking me at all. Did i ask them to make a less bitter, sweet black coffee with 2/3 ice and 1/3 espresso? No. Did they do that anyway? Yes. I would go back and tell them this personally if i could.

They didn't have good ac on , and are only serving one coffee , flavoured hot coffee that too only hazelnut other than this they only had mochas. How can a coffee shop not have non-flavoured coffee?? The standards of CCD these days is a disappointment!

Amazing flavors. They do have a wide variety of options to choose from hot to cold beverages. Sandwiches are of good taste and you can also find it with multigrain bread. Further they do include some seasonal drinks too which are always good to have a try to.

Good coffee. Decent atmosphere. There is plenty of places to sit here, hang out with friends, pull out a laptop and smash a few emails. The only complaint I would have is the toilet was sort of gross, there is some need for improvement there. Check out the Mysore Nuggets on the menu for a laugh.

CCD-Rajiv Chowk is a very great spot for meetings and gatherings. It also has seating facilities for the general public. It also permits works to do at the sitting area. The service was really good and the ambience was great. I ordered a combo and it costed me around₹345 but it was a worth. You can choose whatever item you like from the menu items. A good time spent there.

Recently I went to this outlet of CCD in the heart of delhi, CP. The crowd was moderate here during the time of visit. The staff was well groomed and quick with the response. I enjoyed their special latte, cappuccino and pasta. The taste of everything was on point and everything was fresh. For the Sweet tooth we opted for Chocolate walnut brownie. It was served with the garnish of Chocolate syrup on top.

Went there with couple of friends to quickly have a cup of coffee and some quick bites but as usual this place make sure to disappoint you ... No seating place available but the staff didn’t helped in arranging chairs from unused tables ... The coffee was delivered was just mild warm and not hot which you would expect ... The sandwich was also disappointing like every other thing ... The one star is for the presentation only ....

I ordered a cup of flat white and it had actual coffee beans floating in it. When I told them about it, they replaced it with a cup of cappuccino instead. The staff, didn't say sorry instead they said coffee beans are a part of recipe and Flat white is supposed to have it.

It’s a two minute walk from haldirams. I visit CP on weekends and sometimes i need to work and need a decent wifi and coffee. Who doesn’t. First visit: combos are not available. I left 2nd visit: combos are available, i ordered and I asked. Is wifi working and answer is No. 2 visits in a span of 2 weeks.

Today I went to CCD Rajiv chowk metro station with my friends & we were 3 so we ordered 3 drinks tiramashu, dark frappe where we didn’t said the staff to add expresso but they add this to my bill & the 3rd one was devil own, we said the staff to add icecream but they didn’t add & when we complain, they staff add straw to all the drink to check that they added & we lied after they investigated our drink they add the icecream. My concern is if someone is paying for anything please satisfy them with a good service & don’t cheat customer adding things by ur own. Last but not the least they said that my Sodexo card is not working, then I said I will give another Sodexo card only & will pay using Sodexo only & suddenly the card started working after 10 minutes. If CCD tie up payment through Sodexo then please accept that payment like a normal payment only. Really disappointed.

Spotted this quiet but upscale outlet of Café Coffee Day in Connaught Place today. Staff was very professional and the ambience was of a reception area within a five star hotel. My tea was served promptly and I managed to relax for a while before a meeting. Food options were aplenty but I just had the Assam tea.

The prices are shot up. Quantity and quality of drinks have gone down. Even the basic Devil's Own turned out okayish.

Service was slow and they were literally going to each table and selling stuff on a tray, it was annoying. I ordered Belgian chocolate shake and it was so bland I think porridge tastes better. Ordered **Espresso - Taste Good **Garlic Bread with Corn - It's ok kind of **Pastry with hot chocolate - Pastry is not soft and even hot chocolate quantity is really less. Hot chocolate is not hot 😂 CCD DEVILS OWN - Do not try here as cream is smelling and sour. Even they have not chocho chip topping on that. After having DEVIL OWN coffee my stomach feeling bad 👎. I have asked them to refund my money but they told us sir we can't refund but we can replace you new devil own coffee shake but i denied because I can't take risk again. Although we told them to refund but they denied. Ambiance is good and you can find WOW MOMO out let too inside the Cafe.

It's a great place to hold informal meeting. The toast with cheese here was not fresh but the beverages were all of the standards of CCD. The ambiance is typical CCD place with soft music on 90s and little less crowded in compare to other places and locations. The staff is also professional and the way to get here is by going to outer circle and near to Barakhambha metro. It's a peaceful place with less traffic outside like other places in CP. Enjoy.

The best place to sit and chill after a tiring journey. The ambience is good, the staff is courteous. Well kept store. However, there is a delay to deliver your order most times even if it's not crowded. There are four or five ccds on rajiv chowk on each side of the metro route. The prices however seemed too much as per the products.

The prices are misleading. I had ordered a cheese spinach sandwich which was given as 140 on the menu but I was told that cheese wasn't a part of the sandwich and I had to add cheese separately for an additional amount totalling to 250 incl tax. But the ambience of the place is good and the atmosphere is as good as any other CCD.

Loved visiting this place after a while. Good to know that the flavour of kappi Nirvana is still intact. The interior decoration with all the metro lines and station names is a good touch. It is located near the exit gates 3 and 4.

There are a number of CCD's in connaught place. This one was very busy but we managed to find a tight table for 3. Had this lovely coffee which was nice by all means. I am not a coffee lover or drinker, so difficult for me to comment. The seating can be somewhat cramped though.

Ordered newly introduced lime based frappe and regular frappe. To which they did blunder to both.. First they served half made drink, no.sprinklesetc Secondly instead of ordered frappe they served something else. Wya less coordination and only ice, no milk.no.coffee no.flavors.

Like any CCD it's a good place to be.. except that I didn't find them sanitizing the furniture which I think is important during these times.. food menu was good and really liked the coffee

One of the waiter asked me to install Cafe Coffe Day apps on Playstore and assured that I'll get one samosa from for free which I did as told (I am not eager for the samosa though). And even notified them while ordering a coffee. Plus extra bucks charged without my knowledge. I would never ever recommend anyone to go there as they are fooling people.

The foods specially the pizza and cold coffee is good. The staffs of CCD at CP are co-operative. They forgotten to give ice-cream in the coffee. We pointed out and in the matter of two minutes they changed that with the new and tastier one.

Hello Guys, I gave u genuine feedback 😌. Whenever we heared name CCD we imagine good thought about best quality. But when I purchased a cake a plum cake I am totally disatisfied. They guys gave me that cake amount of 520/-. I also said I need to gift so please provide best one, they gave me rediculous 🍰 cake. I hate it.

Good place but with very limited options. For most of the coffee and snacks they say we are not serving as if now , may be because of COVID situation but still. Not satisfied!!

This Cafe Coffee Day wasn't on Google Maps untill today (17 Feb 2020). That is one of the reason why it is better than the one across the road. The other reason is, it is little bit bigger than it. Lesser crowd steps in, ergo, there are higher chances of getting a table over the weekend. Like other CCDs, few of the menu items are unavailable. But still I am happy to add this place on Google maps :-)

Pathetic staff!! Pathetic product!! Ice wasn’t there!! When it came after 20-25 minutes he took my order and gave devils own in just 2 minutes!!! I never tasted such devils own coffee in any other outlet!! It was more like a chocolate shake with no taste either!

This place used to be my second home before covid-19 outbreak. They served amazing coffee and staff used to be frank. Now new staff can be seen. Only thing i didnt like now, is that, they domt use ceramic cups for coffee which looks n feels better the paper cups. Upon asking for coffee in ceramic cups, staff said they are short of ceramic cups which is really wierd for such a big brand like Cafe Coffee Day and that too at very prime location: Chanakyapuri. I will give 3 stars for overall experience "now".

This place good and ofcourse CCD coffee is well known to everyone. My personally favorite is Frappe but people like other coffees as well. Try there new range and share your feedback here. I tried Cappuccino Awsm launched by them recently . This is good in taste and little different in flavour. I have attached pictures as well. In these blue colored coffee is what I had tried , remaining ones were tried my friends thereby cannot comment on those.

This place is now no more for personal outing. Has become only for business meetings. If you are couple or visiting personally don't go here. I was not expecting so much of business meetings

CCD is the most popular coffee cafe in all over delhi. Even there are 3 -4 CCDs exist in CP. So you can never run out of your CCD seats. I went 1st floor due to the availability of space there. Less space for sitting in ground floor. But the menu is same as others and delivery service is too quick. Though you have to self order first, overall a great place to chill out. Of course AC is active here. I always prefer Devil's Own with ice cream scoop😋. You also should've a signature beverages of yours , so what you're waiting for.😎

The sitting is outside and in winters its a bliss. There are wooden chairs and stools, nice ambience of you are in a mood for a nice book or chit chat with a friend or a loved one. Ambience is nice and makes regular coffee a pleasure.

This is one of those ccds which are knwon for their amazing location and ambience. Have been visiting this outlet for more than 6 years now and it has a very nice charm to it, coz of the open seating setup this place offers

Great drinks and the staff and service was top notch. The manager Ubaid gave us a great experience, showing us coffee techniques with real skill and great manners. Also took us out to see how chai is made for real on the street. A real joy!

Great experience in this cafe, really good attention from all the staff, the manager Ubaid showed us all his passion for this job and he takes care of the place and clients really good. Loved it

I went to this place for a snack and go to the toilet during a shopping day. They said the toilet was busy and then I ordered and paid. Only after the order they said the toilet was out of service. Not fair, in my opinion. Anyway, the milkshakes were good but I had to go to the McDonald's, order other food and go to the toilet. More reliable.

I ordered a cappuccino because I was told by the staff it is a strong coffee drink, but neither my coffee was strong nor it was tasty. The coffee felt like sugary water with some added milk and coffee in it. A special note to CCD: just because the coffee has lots of foam on top of it, that doesn't make it a tasty.

Place is a but congested. Garlic bread was not good too overpriced.

Test less coffee, Only contain water

Never have I ever had this low grade coffee.. So two of us ordered Iced Mocha and it was terrible. Half the cup was full of ice and other was I don't even know what. Priced at 260 but not even worth 80! Making a fool in the name of big brands. Not again am I ordering from CCD. 👎

Ordered Devil's Own, it was the best cold coffee , i highly recommend it For me it was better than Starbucks Atmosphere and place was also nice

Service for good but delivery waiting⏳ for large time

CCD has always been my favourite and this one now tops the list in New Delhi for me. The boys Shahbaz and Anmol have been alert and helpful to my needs. I am glad I found it out. It is like an oasis for me. I took hazelnut affogato and paneer sandwich, later on I chose hazelnut frappe. All of them, especially affogato, were wonderful. I wonder if I can get affogato in Kolkata outlets too. The boys were extremely tensed because of steady inflow of metro crowds, but in spite of that they were polite and helpful and were doing their best. The food arrived within 5 minutes in spite of such crowd. I am glad and sincerely wish them well and I am going to come here everytime I come to this area.

Anything consumed with loved ones is always tasty and healthy. The ambience was also good with light music

This CCD inside Rajiv chowk is pathetic because of their girl staff ,i requested for a cold coffee and she straight away said no and and then I surprisely looked at her she said it would take 15 mins...can you believe....it happened twice and I request higher authorities to look for more welcoming staff

It's inside the Metro station...Visually appealing...but the food, particularly the main coffee, fell short.I ordered capuchino...it was not at all good...especially the price of 300Rs for a tiny cup...not at all worth your money...I will never recommend...so basically the price is for sitting inside the cafe...not for coffee itself... because it fails to support coffee...which cannot be considered worthy....! and DO NOT EAT cookies that is not complementary...1 Pack in which only 2 Choco chips cookies 🍪 brand of cafe coffee price is 30Rs...it will be served with your coffee ☕.. you will feel cheated.
