We took team buffet for 9 people at Spice It. This is a preferred option for flight and cabin crew so be prepared to see it swamped with them. From entering Ibis, you will sense how busy this hotel is. Nevertheless, here is what I observed: 1. Menu is limited. There were just 2 veg starters and 2 non veg starters. All were okay not great. 2. Panipuri stall is great. It’s presented well with two types of water - red and green. You can make customised dahi Bhalla, panipuri, sev Puri dahi Puri etc. See picture I attached. 3. Main course is again limited. But veggies are not heavy. Rajma was tasty and yellow dal was light and good. 4. Bread basket was good. Laccha parantha and naan were thin, crisp, and tasty. 5. Dessert section had quite a few options. Loved custard and kheer. 6. They also had chai and coffee available as part of buffet. Masala chai was pretty good. All in all, we got 1 + 1 buffet deal so it wasn’t heavy on pocket and good option in that price range.

Went here for dinner buffet. It was around 1500/ person. Food taste was good but variety was very less. There were no starters. Three live counters only. Main course had 4-5 choices. Only three desserts were there. Badly disappointed. Paid huge amount but service was poor.

I did not know such a good and reasonalbly priced restaurant existed in any hotel of Aerocity. I went here on the recommendation of a friend and this place left me seriously impressed. Located on the ground floor of Ibis, Spice It is a really big restaurant that has both a la carte and buffet options. The seating is also both- indoor as well as outdoor and the decor is beautiful. Their buffet section has so many dishes to chose from and their a la carte menu is filled with a lot of interesting fusion dishes such as Parle G Cheese Cake, Rasmalai Panna Cotta, Phulka Soft Tacos and many more. I tried a lot of dishes here and every single one was delicious but the following i liked the most and hence recommending: - Parle G Cheese Cake - Paneer Tikka - Tibetan Thupka - Phulka Soft Tacos with Peri Peri Soya.

We tried the spice it- in room restaurant, which was really good and hygienic. The food tasted really good. There could be a bit more choices, but it was probably limited considering the covid situation. Otherwise had a great service!

I went to this place in Aerocity yesterday along with my very good friend & the weather complimented everything perfectly. ❤️ So, to be honest the outdoor seating was very pretty & the set up was just perfect for a date. ✨ We started it up with cranberry mocktail & tropical freeze mocktail which were just perfect with the right amount of sweet & balanced nicely. Gobhi Manchurian, Makhani Pasta, veg pan fried dumplings & Paneer Quesadilla just complimented my drinks very well. I really loved their menu which was newly launched & was all about fusion food. Makhani pasta & pan fried dumplings has to be my favourites. 🙌🏻 We ended it up with the best choco lava cake along with Icecream in the town and parle-G cheesecake. ❤️ It was an absolute treat. Also, how can I forget to mention the manager Mr. Anurag & Nitish who just took care of us very well & make us feel at home. ❤️✨

Ibis in hotel in aerocity is probably the best place in the locality for a great meal. I recently visited this place and I've fallen in love with it. Everything from the ambience f the place to the food the place offered to the service from the staff, everything was just amazing. I was totally ammused by the quality and quantity of the food. I tried : 1. Green and Lime Mojito Very refreshing mocktail. It was lime flavoured and felt heavenly. Child and mesmerizing in taste. The presentation was perfect and the taste was beyond perfect. 2. Red mojito - If someone asks for an example of perfection, this mocktail is surely it's answer. It was great in taste and had a bit tangy flavour, which took it's taste to a whole new level. 3. Chicken burger - A great burger with minced chicken, cheddar, brioche bun and spiced wedges served with potato bites on its side. The chicken patty was crisp and had amazing taste. It had pickle and mayo in it which had a great taste along with the chicken patty. 4. Phulka soft tacos with peri peri chicken - The tacos were great in taste. It had chicken pieces cooked in peri peri sauce, a blend of several spices, yellow cheddar and vegetables. It was served with chips and onion on its side. It was a great meal. 5. Nasi Goreng Goan Flavours - Amazing rice bowl which had fried rice with minced chicken Goan style, topped with fried egg and prawn crackers. It was an amazing dish. Must try this dish if you go to this and you definitely won't ever regret it. 6. Chocolate chip milkshake - This was an amazing milkshake. It was thick with loads of chocolate and choco chip cookies. It was an amazing milkshake. Definitely worth trying! 7. Desi Cold Coffee Shake - A chilled and sweet milkshake with great flavour of coffee beans. At a very nominal price, this is an amazing shake with a bit of desi taste in it! 8. Parle G Cheesecake - An amazing cheesecake with cheesecakes filled between parle G biscuits. It had 3 pieces and it were topped with gems. The presentation and the taste, both were great. 9. Molten chocolate cake with Vanilla Ice Cream- An amazing dessert with great chocolaty flavour. The choco lava cake was filled with molten chocolate which was amazing. The vanilla ice cream and the chocolate cake together had amazingly perfect taste! Must try this dish!! The ambience of this place is just perfect with great comfortable seating. It also has a bar area and it have some space in the open too. It is nicely built and has somewhat cute look. The staff there was really very polite and had really great recommendations. They helped me a lot in placing my order and selecting from the wide menu the place offers. Do visit this place for some lip-smacking food and i can assure you that you won't be disappointed. Food : 5/5 Service : 5/5 Ambience : 5/5

The IBIS never compromises in anything when it comes to the hospitality of their customers till their full satisfaction. They are serving their customers, the bestest quality of food along with the full facilities too. Recently, I visited the spice it located in IBIS, aerocity with one of my friend for dinner. I am really very amazed to see the quality and that delicious taste which they are serving ... 😍 They have a huge variety in their buffet. We opted for the ala carte menu, as we need the food as per our need and choice. Everything was freshly prepared and the chefs were really very experienced. They followed all the instructions properly in preparation of the food ... 👍 The dishes were exotic and were presented very well as per our requirement. The best recommendable item was keema pav in non-veg and crispy corn in veg. So, my overall experience was really very good and I would recommend you all to visit this place. I am damn sure that you are gonna love it for sure ! ❤️

Ordered(ala carte, you may go for the buffet as well)- Mutton Keema pao- a well cooked mutton keema topped with the sunny side up( half fried egg) served in a small pan with soft and crispy butter toasted pav on side. It's the non-veg version of pav bhaji. I really loved it I am a pure non vegetarian 😆😆 so it's really good to taste some veg delicacies in their nveg versions. Mutton was juicy and a little spicy, put some lemon juice drops over it so you can balance the taste of all spices and enjoy. Chicken Ceasar salad- lettuce tossed with boiled chicken and broccoli with some fresh onions and garnished with water soaked almonds served with my favourite quarter pieces of butter toasted pav. I wasn't able to finish this salad as it was too blunt, so you may garnish it with oregano, chilli flakes and some chaat masala like me if you are a typical indian like me😆😆😂. Chicken tandoori momos- packed and served in a steel lunch box with 3 chatnis on side.Well they looked and tasted like pan-fried momos I don't know why and not like tandoori momos. Still these ere also soft, chewee and stuffed with well cooked and soft chicken mixture. I wish they could add some mozzarella cheese as well to enhance its taste and make it chicken and cheese momos. Paneer dosa Quesadilla- well I was thinking why they have added the word Quesadillas with dosa😅 and I understood that when this dish was served for us. It was a paneer dosa but not with sambhar and chatni but with the side dips we get with Quesadillas😛😛😝. There was only one dip among the 3 which some south indian tadka touch which was pink in color. mutton Biryani- well cooked mutton and rice with some whole garam masala. There were less mutton pieces and more kaleji(liver pieces), I love to eat liver but still missed mutton chaap piece in that😣. They serve it with raita in cutting chai glass and some onions and green chilli on side. Stuffed paneer tikka-The best among all. This paneer tikka I won't forget ever in my life-time. They had a rich dry fruit stuffing inside the paneer, while from outside the paneer was crispy, soft and tender. This was served with some tandoori capsicum, side onions and chatni. Really amazing flavour of a little sweet stuffing with tangy tikka. Post is up on Instagram-@ him_manav. Do follow us and tell us your experiences too there in comments, would love to read them. Drinks- kiwi delight(soda base), blue Lagoon(soda base), litchi paradise(water base), mausami paradise(water base) . Desert- Parle G cheesecake- as you can see a very tempting pic in the uploads. You may fall for it but let me tell you it can be one of the most sweetest deserts you have ever had. If you love too much sweetness, go for it otherwise you may rasmalai Panna cotta. molten chocolate cake with ice-cream - I fell in love with this desert, can eat 10 times in a day. The hot choco lava which just flows out as you start cutting it may give you relief from any kind of stress if you have🤭🤭😇. It was truely chocolaty and went perfect with vanilla ice cream, better than brownie with ice cream. You may look at the stories we have uploaded on our insta.

Spice It is the 24/7 restaurant of Ibis New Delhi, Aerocity. With delectable buffets and an a la carte menu, this place has something for everyone. I had the buffet here in dinner & breakfast and tried dishes from their a la carte menu in lunch..and most of the dishes left me seriously impressed. Not only the food was great, the service is also pretty fast here and the entire staff is so attentive and courteous. It is a pretty big outlet, located at ground floor of Ibis, New Delhi. It has both- indoor as well as pretty beautiful outdoor al fresco seating as well. The decor is minimal but nice. One thing that i reallyiked about this place even before i tastes anything here was that this place has discarded plastic and instead they use comparatively environment friendly products. They habe replaced the plastic bottles with UV protected glass bottles. Worth appreciating. Coming to food, their buffet has a large variety of dishes. You will find different kinds of salads, starters, main course dishes and desserts. There are also numerous live counters for dishes like Pav Bhaji, pastas, chaats and more. While the taste and quality of their buffet food is top notch, the prices are so good that you can't get better prices in Aerocity. Their lumch buffet is priced at just ₹1350 all inclusive and their dinner buffet is priced at just ₹1450 all inclusive. Their a la carte menu also covers food from different parts of thr country and also have some very interesting fusion dishes too. I tried many a dishes here during my stay at Ibis and really likes the taste of majority of them but if i am to recommed a few that one must not miss while visiting Spice It, here they are: ▪︎Tibetan Thupka ▪︎Pav Bhaji ▪︎Momos ▪︎White Sauce Pasta ▪︎Parle G Cheesecake ▪︎Anjeer Rolls

Visited this place on my birthday. Spice It is located at Ibis Hotel Aerocity. Ambience is decent and food was amazing. Got greeted at the entrance by their manager Mr. Anurag and we quickly got our table. Started with ordering Classic Tomato Basil Soup fromt the ala-carte menu. It was made fresh and tasted really nice, served with bread sticks. Next up we ordered Dosa Quesadilla, yes south indian dosa filled with chettinad paneer and cheese, made up in mexican style. Really loved this fusion dish. We also ordered Phulka Soft Tacos with Peri Peri Soya, again a fusion dish, served between potato chips and made it look like tacos but with a twist, very unique and tasty. We also tried their Chicken Tandoori Momos, it was very well presented, inside a tiffin box where each section had 3 pcs of tandoori momos, very flavoursome and juicy. Had Desi Masala Cola, which was very refreshing and digestive and good to go with the food. In the desserts, we ordered Parle G Cheesecake, again presentation was amazing, and dessert was just perfect, we correct amount of sugar and taste. The servers Mr. Vikrant and Ms. Neha, did take a good care of us, helping us opt for the delicious dishes they had in their menu. Totally recommened this place

3 stars in total, One star for hygiene, second for service and third for filling our stomachs with decent food. The buffet costs Rs. 1000/- per person all inclusive.. I had accor membership so for two people the buffet costed me 1000 all inclusive. Now coming to food. Decent, not many options available, the crowd seems just fine, chitter chatter will be a problem for those who are accustomed to silence( what usually can be seen in 5 stars). The amount of people flocking in would be high as 1000 seems a good deal for decent variety and stomach filling. Service was really good, staff was great helpful. However downside what i think is preparation part. I ordered fresh lime, which seemed bitter at first and then upon asking sweetner was added however the extreme tangy flavour left citrusy effect on my teeth. I would just recommend this if there is a layover or you just want decent food at low price. Plus point, people who have stomach problems due to masala rich food, they would feel blessed as I would say food would feel light on stomach. However the taste is something the restaurant should work upon. Not criticizing or stating ill for the place but just a neutral opinion for readers to read and decide.

Great place to eat breakfast and super convenient. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but since it’s all you can eat, I suppose its a better deal. Food is pretty good here, with all the variety, it’s a can’t beat place, especially if you are staying at Ibis. The staff here are so friendly and I enjoyed the occasional conversation with many of them. Thanks for the wonderful service and the delicious food! As an additional note: -the chai is near perfect so make sure to grab a cup. -You’ll find a dosa counter, waffles (which we didn’t get), poha, vada and idli with chutneys and sambar, and plenty of other Indian staple dishes that change daily such as pav bhaji. -Definitely try Spice It on your next visit to Aerocity.

This restaurant is worth checking out in Aerocity for its food and atmosphere. Their warmth and the services they offer their clients are truly appreciated. The atmosphere was passable. When it comes to the meal, you will adore the chocolate chip shake. The shake was drool-worthy and thick. You can sample their Tandoori chicken dim sum in the tandoori section. The chicken was succulent and tender. They also have keema pav, which is, in my opinion, the food that should be tried the most. My experience was positive and everything ran well. I will undoubtedly return to this location.
