The rooms look great but service is horrible. The morning after we checked in they gave the entire breakfast buffet area out to a meeting and did not inform anyone; even when we ordered breakfast to our rooms it took over half an hour to arrive. No laundry services were provided and when we asked for help, they only mentioned that they tried searching but could not do laundry. Water provided was a cheap off brand and soap wasn’t properly replenished when we checked in, we had to argue to get an extra towel.

I came here with my family. To be genuine i found this hotel one of the best. Respectful behaviour, Good Service , Helpful staff. I liked everything here. The place was such a disappointment as a hotel!! The word "Cleanliness " has nothing to do with this property. The sign outside says "Anchorage". The bedding has seen much better days 25 years ago.!! The room had stinking smell of cigarette smoke. The only positive about this dump is the employees. All of them were helpful but the lack of training is visible everywhere. As an average person I wonder how they managed to get so many good reviews!!!!!

Rooms look exactly like picture , clean and tidy AC rooms ,the showers were a little faulty and needed maintaining but apart from it , decent stay , buffet is fine ; we didn’t stay for any other meals . Every room seems to be different , adds to the charm

Stayed there before taking a flight from Delhi airport. The location is very good. The area is nice. The rooms are spacious with good amenities. The bathroom is quite large. The food quality was good. The hotel staffs were really helpful and nice. The price is not so high if you look at the quality. So highly recommend this place if you want to stay close to the airport. They also arrange taxi to airport.

Everything was a top standard, nothing to much trouble, the decor throughout was lovely, clean and well Maintained. Our waiter were all exceptional host and made our dinner memorable.

Great value hotel and it’s not far from the airport. The room is good it has a tv and ac fan towels a few amenities for shower. Cleaning was done in a rush so it was alright.

For the first time I got the room very nice and clean, the days of that time turned out to be good.... 👍 2 times when I went, all the covers of the room and the bed seat were very dirty, even then I took out 24 hours in the room, because I was tired while traveling... my skin is very sensitive, then if it is a place with dust or any darts, then the skin of the whole body starts to see big bulge of fat on the skin. I had to say 5 to 6 times on the intercall to get the room changed, but no one heard from room change. seriously but I had to go special to see my skin, that I have started allergy due to darts.. 👎💔 Or say there that it will start growing, so give room as soon as possible. Then got another room, but that too was not clean, then the staff got the room cleaned quickly. So the second time due to very bad room, those days were not good...

I had extremely pleasant experience there. I had to catch a flight but booked a room at wrong date. When I visited there, my check out was already processed. I requested them to kindly change it as I booked it one day before due to mistake. They changed it to the day I went there. Such a great people they are. If you want a pleasant stay, go there. They're good.

One of the best initiative by hotel, they have installed Smart TVs in rooms. Even 5 star hotels haven't upgraded yet, while Hotel Stanley has done it. Food was very good and hygiene. Need to improve quality of linens in room. Rest all was perfect.

The hotel looks very new but ur us 1 yr and a half year old already. The rooms are compact and clean. Staff is helpful and well maintained. It is quite a good stay at such a price range. Definitely recommended for any couple or family to stay. The food is also nice.

First of all, the hotel name is deceiving as you won't find the name lord grand written anywhere in this area. The name at the location is Anchorage. Pictures of this hotel give an impression of a great 3 star hotel but in real the rooms are not that good looking. It is surely better than oyo and fabhotel but not to the level of a good 3 star. Especially there are some cleanliness issues, bedsheets and pillow covers look unclean and there are mosquitoes in the room and bathroom. Other than that the services were prompt and satisfactory. Food is bearable but does not fit right with the price. Overall, a decent option if you are looking for an affordable stay but don't expect a lot.

I am suffering from piles. They provided me special meals. Staff is nice 😊 and well behaved. Rooms are clean. Hygiene quality is well maintained. I wish them success.

The Rooms are really clean and spacious.. The Location is also good. The airport and aerocity are close. I had ordered Fresh lime soda which to be honest was pathetic, so then could not even dare to order for food. The Room service people are too lazy. Called me like 5 times to confirm my order. Overall if you just wish to stay, a big thumbs up. Apart from that, i believe the hotel needs to review a lot of things.

The water outlets have been so terribly planned that the water starts accumulating in the bathroom and staff isn’t concerned even if you complain.

One of my friends suggested that whenever you visit Delhi you just stay at Stanley and experience the hospitality overall you will be glad with the service and behaviour of the staff as soon as you enter. I really appreciate the way they all help us in every part of service. My experience is overwhelming I definitely suggest it to other of my friends and colleagues. The super deluxe room was filthy. Bugs in the bathroom, dirty linen and bedsheets, stinky pillows with broken filling inside, super filthy bathroom mat. AC was giving some stinky smell when was turned on. Pls consider paying 200-300 INR more and going to a better hotel. I dint sleep entire night.

It's not a clean place including lift area and restaurant area. No power backup (or they switch off during noon time without informing). Staff is not courteous. On Make my trip it said that there is complementary late check out (whole reason why we chose to book this place). We confirmed the same in the morning and they were ok. When we complained about the power outage, they told we need to check out since guests are waiting which is outright ridiculous.

Disappointed with the hotel service - very delay. Kettle provided was not clean. Cutleries and plates provided for complementary meal wasn't clean. And for extended stay - its not same money as you book, will be extra too.

Worst experience ever in this hotel. I will start with the checkin time. We found many small cockroaches on the floor, bathroom and everywhere. On complaining to the staff, we were told that spray will be done next day which obviously didn’t happen. Another thing is cleanliness, staff use the same mopping cloths first in bathroom and then in the room without even washing that. Stinky smell all over. Their dinner time starts at 9 pm, even after multiple requests nothing happens. Overall very very bad experience.

Average hotel. Photos are a bit misleading, it doesn't have any premises around the building and the overall area is very congested. Rooms are not bad if you're looking for a layover before onward journey. The only reason we booked is because it was very close to the Airport.

Stayed for 2 days. Worst experience. The receptionist is Mahesh or Manish is too unprofessional and rude. Doesn’t know how to talk. It’s not worth for what they are charging. Only one power point for charging, unclean room, No network, unhygienic room, with dirty pillow covers and stains from previous guests. nothing seems professional in this hotel. Don’t trust the ratings. I did the same mistake. They probably are rating themselves Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Worst stay I have ever experience. I am a frequent traveller. At the rate of Rs. 4500 there is nothing in room except a bed. Bathroom is full of water logging. When I complain about it twice after 2 hrs service came. Food is also worst and rate is high. Rooms are not sound proof that's why you can't sleep at night because anyone talking outside the can create too much noise.They can't provide a room sliper at the rate of 4500 rupees rent. Very worst hotel. I suggest everyone Please don't go for it.👎
