Worst experience. Sorry to say but it was the worst experience that ever happened to me. It was one of Navodaya that's why I chose this one but it was a really bad experience. The rooms were not clean, the bathroom was smelly and the staff was not supportive.

I would not recommend this hotel with many reasons which are following 1 location of hotel is in very interior.same price me Mahipalpur main road par acche acche hotel milte hain.. 2. Flush of toilet was not working 3. Ac was not working so changed the room in midnight 4. Bed sheet was dirty and smelly 5. They charged high for mineral water bottle 6 when we told at reception to book taxi for airport transfer that he committed for innova and demanded for Rs600 but when at the time of departure he didn’t arranged innova and booked Eco Maruti which is third class and we have to paid same Rs 600 for that..jabki waha se Rs 300 me Ola se innova book hoti thi Hotel management is greedy and behaviour was not up to mark Har bat ke liye bar bar reception par aana pad tha tha .even intercom facility was not available

Excellent neat and clean spacious rooms, very friendly staff, easy reach from the main road (Just 300 meters from Hotel Zenith)... Highly recommended for a budget yet comfortable stay... Navodaya Rocks..

This hotel is very very bad because staff and people are no manners please guys don't go to this hotel very cheap facilities in hotel.. environment is very bad very very bad so I request you don't go this hotel.

AMAZING PLACE! We are American and this hotel FAR exceeded our standards. Room service that's cheaper than most restaurants at no additional fee, AC, hot water, a TV, a great queen sized bed, and amazing service is all one can ask for. Very reasonably priced.

This Hotel is Amazing in Every Aspect. People who working in this hotel very pleasently speak with you. Rooms are absolutely clean But little bit Cleanliness must be provide in Washroom. Rooms are big, No mattress changed, No cleaning, mosquitoes in the food, property is good, if they provide good service it can be a good hotel on a small budget. Staff was good but not professional.

The service is top class! Air India screwed up my flight and I had to find a place in Delhi. Sonuji was quite helpful during that crisis. When I go back to Delhi I know where i am staying. Plus you wont get such rooms at that value!

Pathetic service,no ac full of suffocation in rooms ...staff is very slow . Not supportive... they'll lie about everything,they just make you fool they only care about payment..once you pay they not gann do anything for your comfort...

i stayed in hotel the nilsa last week. this hotel is located at near igi airport which is very easy to reach. hotel is very beautiful with very neat and clean rooms. new rooms are made, service is decent.i got complimentary breakfast, This was the second time we had booked out stay at hotel the nilsa and it was a good experience. we had booked the executive room . Though they are all non-professionals but they are pure from their heart to offer their best services to ease your comfort. Following areas needs improvement: 1. Quality Housekeeping 2. Add-on services like in-house Canteen for offering homely food, laundry services, intercom in some of the rooms are non-functional, so, need to upgrade them. 3. Mattresses quality needs upgradation. 4. Night lamp is must. 5. Aroma of the corridors are not upto the mark, use some air freshners or diffusers instead. 6. Quality Toiletries with hotel's brand will take you next level. Above mentioned points are suggestions to add great value to customer's experience.

Great place and excellent service. Rooms are quite specious but dont have proper ventilation so it smells really weird. But excellent service and place just 1.5km away from aero city metro. Manager is very humble and really helpful with any ask.

-Took too much time to find this hotel , - Room was not cleaned properly -water logging at washroom - they will not serve cutlery with plates. - and most important that on mid nights the staff will knock the doors on every 2 hrs. It was not a peaceful stay. Not recommended anymore to anyone.

I stayed there for two days and it was a very good stay. Rooms were big and well maintained. Evrything working (Tv, wifi, geyser and even a mini fridge). There is no question about the quality of service and hospitality. Top class. And lastly, the owner of the hotel is an amazing personality, always helpful. Had a wonderful time there. Note: Compare the prices and service of hotels nearby and you won't find a better stay than this.
