DUE TO COVID: they are NOT open until 2AM. They are closed at 9:30. While we were there; 2 police with big guns came and told us we had to go. I arrived at 6:45, immediately ordered appetizer that didn’t arrive till 7:30. Half of the menu items weren’t available. I ordered 2 burger & fries to go for the rest of my party who hadn’t arrived yet. Even when my friends arrived at 8:20, the food hadn’t come yet. We literally received the food at 9:15 and our order was wrong and cold af. THE FOOD IS BAD; every burger they sell has jerk seasoning all over it; like Jesus, not every Jamaican want to taste the flavor of jerk in everything. The drinks we had were bad. They didn’t even taste fruity. It’s a cute little place, but from knowing past employees; the white woman who owns the place doesn’t like to pay so staff are always quitting, so your wait will be long. She seem to hire young kids who need the money but are really slow. If that’s all you can afford I would recommend but if you have the funds to do better than this place by all means; go elsewhere

That sunset view was amazing...... There was something a bit overpowering in the steak, but it was still delish. Everything else was on point. I don't remember the name of my server, but my server was great.... Always checking on us and smiling.

Great place for drinks whether with a group or just a date. Lovely ocean view and sea breeze. Persons may find the music a bit on the loud side, in which case you could try for one of the balcony seats ( better seats anyway). Their burgers aren't bad at all

Very accommodating and courteous staff. They were friendly and jovial with not just myself but with their other coworkers. This Sky Bar is on the highest level of the recently renovated Victoria Pier and as suched it is blessed with spectacular views and breezy/cool temperatures. The top deck overlooks the Kingston harbour and its beautifully decorated. You enjoy the scenery before you even get the food and this will result in you will end up not wanting to leave, especially if you like to watch the ships bon on the water or planes touch down and take off from the airport across the harbour. This spot is fairly popular at night from about 8pm onwards so you may have to plan when you'll go. The Bar Deck is stylishly decorated and has a sports bar vibe with multiple screens showing various programmes and balconies with views of the famous Ocean Boulevard. The food is very well prepared and presented to you as the customer. They are currently partnering with another fan favorite, Pita Grill, and their menu is a carefully selected assortment of finger food to match the preferences of their trendy crowd. I highly reccomend a repeat visit and bring your friends. (Pics of all the above included).

They aren't too concerned about the presentation of their food (to the point of insulting their patrons). When the food was brought back to the kitchen, all the chef did was add more batter to the deep fried fish and deep fried it again. Terrible. Music is loud to the point of hurting my left or right eardrum (depending on the seating indoors) and so I'd be forced to sit outside. Chairs on the patio/balcony are covered in pelican waste. The only thing saving this establishment is the view of the Kingston Harbour.

The ambiance was great the staff and casheir was really excellent and the food was through the roof it's a must have;and must visit on your calendar of event

Great place to hang, the view is spectacular. Only reason I gave it three (3) stars is because the music was way too loud...it's a bar not a club. People are there drink/eat and converse. Me and my friends had to be shouting just to hear each other while seated at the same table. Even after making a request to our waitress to have the music turned down, nothing was done.

This Cozy little place is located on the outskirts on the Ocean front in the heart of Downtown Kingston the atmosphere is warm inviting and tranquil, and what gives this feeling even though the police👮‍♂️station is a stone throw away literally, and NO it’s not the police 👮🏼‍♀️ presence because there’s isn’t any, well not that I could see. It just feels safe and after dinner you can explore the harbor with peace of mind even the one and two mad people you may see they don’t even bother you. Now on to the dining I had the 1/3lbs tenderloin with mashed potatoes and steam carrots and string beans. There was also the Deep fried fish served with sweet fried potatoes. I was given the blue Hawaiian it’s made with a splash of vodka blue syrup and something something I don’t drink, but I did hole my liquor 🍸 that night lol 😂. The staffs are so very nice and very attentive to your needs. I am giving them 100 💯 I was very satisfied will be going back.

The barbecue wing was too dry, food took too long to be served and they didn't even ask us if wanted have a drink or a glass of water while we waited on the foods. When the food final came they only served 1 person out of 5 and about half an hour later they served other 4 person .So can u imagine how the first person food was now 🥶 because it's impolite sit at a table with four other person and being only one eating .🤔

This place require management. There are some very good staff, but generally service is poor, workers have a bad attitude or ignore you completely. The location is good, views are awesome, but service is none existent. Don't waste your time.

It wasn't too packed, the server was courteous and well mannered. The food was actually great and reasonably priced. The music was pretty good and the option for outdoor dining was available. Overall it was pretty good experience.

From the moment you step foot in the staff are attentive to you. The food is good, the view is amazing and the drink are great. Definitely going back.

Far too many bugs and insects attacking you in the open section of the restaurant. Two kids came up to us in the middle of the restaurant trying to sell us gum. The food is not really worth it.. Kitchen Nightmares kinda level. By far the most annoying thing is the dancehall playing on FULL blast... Atmosphere is completely thrown off. The decor is saying one thing but the music and overall vibes is saying something totally different.

Oceanfront Dining Experience ❤️ Overall arrival who got a very nice waiter DAMON he ask where we would like to sit , he check up us during meals he professional and patience added to me my give this restaurant a 5 star We sAt at the outside where the breeze was ruff like you have to place a cup on Ur menu ruff it's fine but our foods got cold fast MUSIC was jamming not too loud FOOD,we had wings fried and hot barbecue with fries the sauce tasted great but my wings taste itself just taste funny the side dish was fries was alot a d crispy fresh very nice My partner had rum special and I had a stronger drink with rum ( I don't remember the name) COST , very reasonable we spent 5000 for everything that's budget friendly if you decide to do something small They had alot other dishes on menu I'll differently come back

This one of the best chill spots in downtown. When you come here you can make one stop. You have Gloria's restaurant, Ribbiz restaurant, devon house ice cream and more. So you see; you can get everything with just one stop. Look at the amazing view that i captured from Glorias

I've been here a couple of times and each time the service is different. What was consistent is the food. The menu options were a bit limited, but the food itself was good. The staff is sometimes unprofessional, but for the most part they are okay. Food wait time varies between 20 minutes to an hour depending on what you've ordered and how packed the place is. They play good music, but no tv's are there. They accept both cash and cards. There is also a bar area thats separated and persons can utilize if they only want to drink. There is also an outdoor dining option overlooking the Kingston Harbor. All in all they get a 5/10

Customer service is POOR!!! Manager nuh have nuh sense.. him staff dem nuh have nuh sense... One big nuh have nuh sense place. Waited over 1hr for food and all now nuh drinks nuh come. Didn't end up eating the food, lost my appetite. A fight bruk out in deh (customer and staff)... Nope! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. The chef who fi a cook a dance instead of being in the kitchen. I would never go back. The woman took like 30mins to take the order at the table. All now not a drink nuh touch mi mouth. Definitely not one of 'kingstons best rooftop bar'

Love love our waitress - she was pleasant and a joy to have her serve us. The night view on the ocean was gorgeous and the vibes were on point! The naked wings were a bit too salty for my liking so it was switched to the breaded - no hassle. Pleasant and fun experience, we’ll be back. Good value!

The experience wasn't bad, the tables with the tall chairs need some maintenance done, for large groups you need two server, would be nice to server water in glass tap water, allow persons to order bottle water if they wish. The food wasn't bad, but in all my life of eating out that was the smallest piece of Salmon I have ever gotten while eating out. But it tasted good. The ambiance was good, music selection was ok noting violent and raw with a mixture of all genre. If you go in groups please bring a vibe in your pocket.

Long wait for drinks. while I was waiting for a burger i saw a rodent. Something never add up with the taste of the burger after a few bites. Further inspection reveal that the middle of the meat wasn't properly cooked. Now I'm bound to my bowl..

The environment and vibe was great really like how the DJ played it was a vibe. The pasta that my boyfriend ordered was not very good it was creamy but had no taste whatsoever, my wings were cold but they taste alright and fries was just fries that was good. The waiter was very professional and polite love that I believe his name was Shav. The prices are reasonable with the portion which was just enough.

Food is always great but service is impacted because of the crowd whenever I visit.

If you don't like loud music then it's not for you however the music is really good if you happen to sit outside the ocean breeze feel so calming on your skin. I go for the sweet potato fries n wing the basic n mix drink

Beautiful spot that has a lookout into the Kingston harbour. Setting the picturesque view with ships and boats docked or sailing along creates a beautiful ambience to the party that you may be having in the foreground. Unfortunately the scent of the harbour may come in a bit strong especially at night ... but it wasn't too strong when I was there and it only happened sporadically. But not only is there a scenery out to the harbour, Port Royal street with its skyline background also shows a reasonable background and serves as an occasional spop for photo shoots. The bar itself is nice and spacious. There are cozy spots for smaller groups and more private sit togethers, patrons can sit on the couches that are there. Another area to purchase/sell food. All of this downstairs while upstairs is the large dance floor that is a open setting and leads out to the "ocean" lookout. Tall chairs and drink tables line the edges. Beautiful spot indeed.

It was lovely. First time last night and my waitress Tash was phenomenal. She was ready to assist when I was ready. It took some time for the food which was understandable due to the number of person HOWEVER it was well worth the wait. The DJs were playing great music. I was impressed with the bar. It is almost a hidden secret! Vibe was excellent.

Must say the ambiance and music was really great. The servers had poor customer service, the menu looked like a flyer with limited options. The norm is to serve everyone at the table at the same time but that was not the case for our table, after waiting over an hour for our food, they arrived with only two dishes while the others had to wait another 45minutes before getting their order. The most disappointing part of that night after waiting so long for the food, it was really distasteful.
