Good customer and the Shellfish special was great and affordable. For $2600+, I got wings as appetizer, Curried Shrimp with mashed potatoes and a serving of ice cream. I wanted lobster but the season had ended. Great deal nonetheless

Shrimp Kebab was awesome. Fried bammy excellent. Not oily and very tasty. Steam fish was excellent. Not too spicy. All in all we enjoyed our evening. Nicely lit and not noisy great for conversation purpose.

This is one of my favorite restaurants. The Seafood, service and prices are excellent. They have great combo specials that offer you value for your money. I have had 2 bad encounters with items from the menu ,not being so fresh but the manager handled the situation well. I Hope they maintain their standard as this is the greatest downfall of many restaurants in Kingston. Parking is usually adequate.

So i went there on a saturday and when i entered the venue was breath taking loved it. Me and my plus one was seated near the fishes. l think seeing the night as chilly the tables would be covered but no your skin will be on the raw marble table didnt like that.For appitizer i took wings they dont do mix wings bbq and regular🚨(first red flag).Next i got my drink no tray/napkin under my drink for the drink i had to ask for napkins and straw 🚨(second red flag).My main course lobster sweet chilli worse mistake i ever made the so call garnish was too much the sweet pepper,onion and carrot were big and crunchy and they were everywhere on my lobster i sent it back if i wanted a salad i would have ordered it 🚨(third red flag).Also my lemonade had a cherry in it i never seen that before 😂After sending my lobster back i ask for a shrimp pasta that took about 2 hours and my waitress was missing she didnt come back to give any update 🚨my spouse had to go and look for her she was in the bar her words was "She forgot us" im like this is crazy.Still no pasta🚨🚨🚨(fourth red flag canceled the)I couldnt take any pictures only selfies i was hungry wings couldnt hold me.I cancel my order and i would never go back again. 🚨🚨🚨Pease note Owner: Need better management. The waitresses short staff there clothing was not uniform and hair need to be appropriate covered.🚨 🚨🚨

So came here on a Saturday, didn't make a reservation, party of 2. There was and still is no one at the host station so we stood for like 8 minutes before someone approached us and we were seated. We waited another 8 or 10 min for a waitress to finally appear. Giving that it's a sea themed restaurant we order the fish which is done to order. I did not know tht it took 2 hours to cook fish. When I cook fish at home, it doesn't take 2 hours to cook fish, especially when it's just being fried. Giving 3 stars because the crab soup was amazing and so was the fish. The rice and peas was undercooked, the festival was nice and fluffy, the fries were meh. If you want optimal service, place a reservation and order ahead 👍🏾

Stopped by to take a look at the menu and ended up dining. I was not disappointed! Firstly, that Pepper Fried Cray Fish slapped in all the right ways!!!! 😋 lordt!!! Definitely a must try. I'm definitely passing back just to have some more 'to go'. I also tried the King Crab in garlic sauce and the Jerk Chicken, both were also good meals. Now my waitress 👏👏, I'm so sorry I can't recall her name....there was no bartender at the time I stopped by not sure why...but she offered to make an attempt at making my Amaretto sour (have it everywhere I go). She didn't miss! Hands down one of the best Amaretto mix I've had. Bbq wings was good too, oh and the conch soup 🍲 is worth trying. Prices was good and serving portions were definitely good too. Service wasn't as fast as it could be, perhaps more staff needed. I recommend here for seafood whenever your feeling for it buy can't bother to drive out of town.

The space is nice, but I would not recommend the lobster in sweet chilli sauce nor the shrimp in garlic sauce, those were horrible. The fish however looked and smelled good, can't speak to the taste because I didn't have that. The crayfish soup was a little thick but ok in taste and my friend liked the flavour if the crayfish. The sides we ordered were pressed green plantains and mashed potato. The potatoes did not look nor taste mashed and the plantains, I am not sure how to explain it, they felt and tasted old, not green, but not ripe at the same time, some may say it was 'turn', but it was definitely not pressed "green" plantains.

The service is great and the food is tasty. The ambience is lovely.

We ordered the escovitch fish and grilled fish and crab soup for starters, fries and rice and peas and festivals. The festivals were great, the fries were okay, the rice was not good and they gave a small amount. The fish took almost 2 hours to be prepared. Everything tasted great, but don't think I'll be returning if I'll have to wait that long again.

The service here is appalling. The worst service I have ever experienced in Jamaica. Food wasn't bad, but ain't worth being treated like the dead fish😕

Firstly, the location of this restaurant is awesome but the food is not a reflection of the location; simply it's not good. I was dissatisfied with the service from the workers. I ordered Curry Conch and Bammy. The Conch was super spicy 🔥🥵 till I couldn't taste the flavors and season. The fried bammy had no taste. No spice, no likkle seasoning, nothing. It was bad. Overall the venue was was great and the staff and the food was poor.

The ambiance of this restaurant was really good. The food prepare time was a bit sloppy and to top it off, i was greeted by two lizards, both lizards being in each bathroom stall. The doors have no handles which make it very unsafe for someone who may be using the restroom. The wings tasted burnt

The food here was excellent. I had the garlic shrimp with mashed potatoes which was totally wonderful. It was delicious and there was ample shrimp served in the dish. My friends had garlic crab and curried lobster, I tried some and both were equally delicious. Much of the restaurant was is outside, so this is a bit tricky to navigate when it rains, but it is still a lovely location.

The ambiance is lovely, the food was great, however the server who assisted us had poor customer service. From she served us our meal and drink she didn’t return not even to check on us to see if we wanted anything else. She returned approximately an hour to 45 mins later with the bill. I’m not sure who told her we were ready to close our bill but I’m sure she didn’t care. When we told her we weren’t ready to close our bill she said “we close at 11pm and my shift ends at 11pm and I have to go” I’ve never received this type of service before🙂 it’s a huge turn off given that this was our first time going. I will never recommend anyone here much less to return.

A group consisting of thirteen (13) individuals went there last night. The ambience was amazing. The waiting time for the meals were surprisingly short and the meals were well done. The crab soup , curried lobster, mashed potato were excellent! Big up the chef!! The staff were pleasant. Rochelle our waitress was seamless as she cared for our group. Well done Sea Deck!!

The ambiance was lovely, however the food was extremely disappointing. Tried their signature fish meal (Sea Deck Fish) with large cuts of ginger and scallions and it had absolutely no flavour. Their sweet and sour fish was better, but still bad. All in all, it tasted like thrice reheated fried fish drowning in whatever sauce.

The meals are consistently delectable.The wait can be extended as there seem to be not enough waiting staff to adequately serve customers.Great for family get togethers and group gatherings even including children. Crab and crayfish soup are a must as are the grilled and garlic lobster. You won't be disappointed!

Unfortunately the food was too spicy for me but it was ok. If you do not eat hot peppers make sure to request no pepper

The bartender was not there and bout half the menu was not available. I liked that they had moscato wine and they had a special 3course menu. I enjoyed the time spent with my friends. The shrimp pasta and sea deck style and garlic shrimp not worth it. Get shrimp kebab r sweet n chilli shrimp.

It is a nice chill spot to eat and drink, where there is covered and open seating areas. The food was okay and could have been better with some more spices, and the service was also good. Though the fish pond was lovely, there is an odor coming from the area.

Went there for happy hour! Relaxing atmosphere for dinner! Beautiful decorations! Great customer service! Food was so yummy. The supervisor on duty treat us like VIP. Reasonable price and surely we will be coming back again and again!

Went here for restaurant week when they were a relatively new restaurant. Prices were very reasonable, food was good. Waiting staff seemed overwhelmed at the time but I've heard people say that the service is pretty good now so I'm planning to try here again to see for myself.

Worse food I ever taste and very poor customer service.. Ordered roast conch and it was alot of oil normally when someone order roast it to avoid the oil.. I was disappointed with everything there even the drink..

Been here twice because it was so good the first time I had to go again. The fish soup was awesome and those wings....mouthwatering! Both the meals and the service surpassed expectations. Already planning another trip there. Oh they also offer meat-kind if you are not feeling for seafood. Portions are very generous and you don't have to break the bank for it.

Took my mom for her birthday and I suppose because it was a Monday the vibe was more relaxed and food came quickly. Pineapple shrimp was good so was the spicy fried squid. However the squid was cold like it wasn't just done. Our waitress was pleasant even though I don't remember her introducing herself so I have no idea what her name is.

Attended a lunch meeting at Sea Deck. The food was delicious (as usual) I had 🦞 with 🧀 and mashed potatoes while my co-workers had steamed/roast fish with festival/steamed bammy/mashed potatoes. The fruit juice options were also refreshing. Sea Deck lost a start because at the time we visited, there was some work going on on the amenities which was very loud and distracting. We only stayed because staff were apologetic and tried offering solutions.

I don’t know how this restaurant can have less than 5 stars. Every time I’ve been there the food and service has been excellent. I’ve never been disappointed and their portions are big. I also find them to be well priced for what you’re getting. The restaurant is always clean and the open air setting with covered roof is perfect for the pandemic environment where you can eat comfortably and distanced. I would highly recommend.

I've been here approximately three (3) times. First time, I had curried shrimp. It was AWESOME !!! Done to the tails!!! Then I had barbecued wings, on my second trip. Oh my God! Then when I went back, I tried the Buffalo wings. I can't wait to return. I also love the outdoor experience with the Palms 🌴 kissing and loving up on each other. Quality Service! Affordable Prices!

The food was actually good. The standard of service, however, was poor. I had to ask my server to inform me of the menu items which were unavailable ( the SOP should be diners are informed of unavailable items as soon as guests are seated and menus are presented). I also had to ask for a drink menu.

This is a nice chill spot (intimate & group). The food was a plus. However, the customer service was not so good. The female servers had bad attitudes. When I visited, it was four of us. All orders were placed at the same time. Two meals came thirty to forty-five minutes after the first two. No apologies or updates were given. When the second set of orders came, we got no utensils to use (we had to ask). We ordered drinks at the same time as the meals and we kept reminding them of our drinks orders (they kept saying we will get it soon). We were then told that the bartender was not there, after being told numerous times that we'll soon get them. But that is my experience. Yours might be different.

Very good customer service. The vibe and ambiance was very relaxed and wait time was reasonable. The quality and quantity of the food was very good and I'd highly recommend their pineapple shrimp and sea deck style fish, even their mashed potatoes are amazing. The whole experience and the food was worth it!!!!

Loved the ambience. The garlic crab was really good. The wait time was disappointing for take out. It was clear dine in persons were priority as persons who came in after were served.The server was polite however an extended an apology. We waited over a hour. Items were also missing from the order after waiting for that length of time. Kemar made really great drinks while waited.

I dined here Thursday July 6, 2023 First off the waitress did not introduce herself when we were seated she took our orders then she said she's dealing with a big table and disappeared. We sat here for about 20 minute before someone else attended to us and brought a light thing for the table "mind you the waitress did not wipe off the table or anything" she did not bring any extra napkins.. We ordered together but our meals came separate in hand "no trays" we got no forks for our appetizers nor was there any placement mats The waitress did not even check on us or ask us if we'd like a drink with our meal she was just anxious to get back to her big table I did not have a good experience and I will not be going back because of that waitress...

Their Seafood is excellent, tried the ribs for the first time and I wasn't disappointed.

Starting with the good, the ambiance was really nice. I love the incorporation of the plants, the lights... everything. The bad: When we got there, we were standing for a while before being seated. Someone should always be at the front to get that done or be on the lookout for when people enter. After being seated, it took another while to get a waitress. The waitress wasn't rude, she was just okay and could've been more bubbly and welcoming/friendly. We ordered fish soup as appetizer, they didn't take long to get us that. The fish soup was okay. I would give it an 8/10. They took a long time to get us the main course we ordered. I ordered fish pasta and my date ordered steam fish and bammy. The fish pasta was like 6/10, I could've made it better at home. The steam fish my date had wasn't properly seasoned. I would give that a 4.5/10. The bammy was a 8.5/10. For drinks, I got strawberry daiquiri, and it was okay. They took a while to bring everything. I would give it another try because I loved the ambiance and I think they have potential, but whatever chef that worked that night needs to get some training or something. I wasn't the only one complaining, either. Almost every one there waited long for their food, or was arguing about customer service or wait time – no exaggeration. I have heard good things about Sea Deck, though, so I will try it again.

It takes a little time but you know !! We all expect that because it’s a down to order thing .. them treat us well .. the place nice bad .. nice spot for photos and etc ..

Was told to try this restuarant by a fren so I did. Let's start off with the service could have been better not sure if my waitress was new . I ordered appetizers and entrees but she waited until everything was cooked to bring the food out. We had the crayfish soup that was really good ,got excited because in my mind the start was great. Ordered the shrimp pasta,fry fish, hot and spicy wing because almost everything was not on the menu. The pasta was raw and not cooked properly after the first bite I was over the meal,the wings were salt and just for future pls remove the wing tip (drums and flats pls). The fish lacked flavor ,don't even get me started on the box mask potato that had no salt and was lumpy. The drinks were decent...not a good first time and I haven't recommended this restaurant to anyone or would try again

Great food and service, quite and a nice environment. Food was ready real quick and that crab soup was just right. A nice little place to go out to eat at; not too fancy but not too casual perfect in between

Food and ambience was great. I had the lobster with garlic sauce and it was amazing and seasoned. The drinks are really good too. I went during resturant week so the service wasn't very efficient. I am sure their service is very effective on normal days. It is a must try.

On Saturday the 26th, I utilised a delivery service to order a Seafood special, consisting of grilled lobster, potato wedges and barbecued chicken wings. I also ordered an additional appetiser of crayfish soup. Much to my dismay, on opening the box, I was presented with half of a lobster head void of meat. The lower half was not in the box. There was, however, an intact half shell and another piece (less than half a shell) with flesh inside. Notwithstanding the atrocious portion served to a client, the lobster was burnt and bitter. The portion served for the wings was the usual number of pieces but unfortunately they tasted stale, so it made no sense having them. I wish I could say the soup saved the day, but it was not only watery but sour. That too was thrown out! The potato wedges were edible and although the vanilla ice cream had some frozen crystals in it, it could be had. I am very disappointed with your service Sea Deck, and trust there will not be a reoccurrence of this. It is hoped you will serve each client with due diligence and GREAT FOOD.....after all we are keeping you in business.

Went there twice, 1st time was ok as the; food (steamed fish and steamed bammy) tasted good, portioned well, not too expensive, the setting was ok and the customer service was ok. 2nd visit was bad, the food looked unappealing (same dish) and fish wasn't properly degutted, portion was small, customer service was sloppy, disorganized, and discourteous.

The food tasted good but the service was horrendous slow. It took them almost 2 hours to serve my part of 6 on a night that was not busy. If you have time on your hands then the food is good busy service is slow.
