    Has got to be the slowest KFC on earth and the staff has an attitude problem. Idk of they were having issues that day or of its regular for them to match the disgruntled customer's energy but it wasn't a good look. I used their WhatsApp service and I still had to go there and wait for the order to be made even tho the booking asks the customer to be on-time but the staff isn't. What should've taken 15 mins, took approximately an HR.

    KFC is rarely without a crowd and this one isn't different. On the upside though you'll get through fairly quickly, depending on tye crowd size. Today they even took orders electronically. That's a welcomed step up. 3.5 stars really but we'll round up because this crowd was huge and they handled it well

    Most days they are able to handle the flow of customers but I find that this location is oftentimes unable to meet the demand for barbeque chicken. They either have limited pieces or none at all. Other than that a good location and the quality is as expected.

    If you open at 10am then at 10am food should be ready for sale right? Having people stand in line on the outside until 10:15am with no explanation and then say "we will open the door at 10:20 but food will take another 20mins to be ready!" Shouldn't the staff get to work earlier then? Absolutely unacceptable.

    Only original and hot wings available! No zingers! Even though we ordered a Family 9 bucket and 15 piece hot wings, we only got 4 'plates' (had to buy the others). 4 cups for the 2 liter soda and 'We don't sell cups). Free refills died with Covid (machines off). Cashier unfriendly & monotone. KFC stoll the worst in 2023! Ugh!!

    I can't, in all fairness, give a good review of this KFC. The drive-through experience was Horrible. Im not sure if it was the hungry in me or what, but it was a No for me. The older lady that was charged with collecting payment, and delivering the food was ridiculously slow. Maybe she was not feeling well, but she moved with no sense urgency at all. To prove that the delay was with her and not the packers, the chicken was getting cold when I opened the box. If you must go, join the line just when you think you might be hungry. This way, 2 hours later, when you finally get the meal, the timing will be just right. On a more positive note, the customer service from the security guard was top-notch.

    The wait was approximately 15 minutes. I ordered spicy wings and BBQ spicy wings both of which were not spicy at all. There was no ginger beer soda. The dining area was clean. The staff was friendly.

    I have to wait in the drive through 2 hours before I get true place was pack what I think they need to do more at all the KFC in Kingston and around the island because fridays and Saturday people don't cook so the KFC are over run by people

    Absolutely disgusting customer service!!! Went through the drive thru and the intercom wasn't working...was there for about 8minutes and I was hearing only crackling so I drove around and spoke with the security who confirmed they had issues with it earlier and I could order at the window. (This KFC only has one window which they collect payment and issue food). When it was my turn I went to the window and the employee proceeds to talk down to me telling me I should not have moved from the intercom as the order has to be placed there. (Even thought said intercom is faulty).The security had to be the one to step in and remind her that he already told her the situation. She reluctantly took my order after that. If something is wrong with something at your establishment it's not right to speak down to the customer...fix what needs to be fixed or physically send someone to take the orders and/or inform customers of whats causing the delay!!

    at the drive thru they give you back your change short 200$. when pressing button to call them back you are ignored, they hope you will drive off. I sat there until they came back and had to give me my correct change. 9th sep 2023 it happened. third time now same thing happen at the drive thru. they are thieves. not going there a fourth time.

    I find the KFC at rockfort to be better...like my food well done and the wait didn't help..my butt was sticking out on hope road..parking is a mess! If you like it rare and you have nothing to do..this is the branch for you

    Won’t be back to this location. I was very excited to have Jamaicas KFC just to he disappointed… I ordered a 6pc mixed and there was a deceased fly on one of the pieces if chicken. I honestly felt like it was out out of spite! The woman at the drive thru was already upset that I dropped her pen that helds no value, into the water and she asked me to get it but I told her it’s wet and destroyed now and I could open the car door to get it and she showed me a nasty attitude just to receive my chicken in that condition. Very upset I think she did it

    The drive thru service was average, the customer service agent needed to be a bit more polite and I dont know if taking the order was messed up from her end or somewhere else cause we didn't get any cups with our drink and we ordered fries and never got the fries, but after I check the receipt I saw where It wasn't cashed. The agents need to pay more attention and eliminate simple mistakes like these to increase customer satisfaction along with serving the customers better.

    Service, service, service! Always an issue with KFC. Do you not pay your employees properly or take care of them with some benefits? They look unhappy and frustrated and let me not even mention the terrible fries which are always lukewarm. Sheesh! I know not why Jamaicans always patronize this place. Get your act together man! You make loads of money. At least put a smile on your people's faces.

    A good location close to the main road, usual customers are school mates and staff, but apart from those times very quiet and sadly no dining dur to covid, food there is made proper but waiting time needs some improvement.

    Visited for lunch via the drive through which was surprisingly quick and accurate. We were in and out in no time. They only had fruit punch on the drink line which we weren't advised of until picking up however I'd rather that than flat sodas. The security guards were also very friendly.

    I might have caught covid there 🤔. Drive through line was long. Inside line was long. I just had to wait a long time to order and there was no more original recipe by the time I got to order. Only bbq and hot wings.

    Food was great for the brand. For some reason this restaurant on hope road seems to do best in terms of taste. The biscuit is done well and the original chicken.

    Always a surprise when you order food here. Will you get the piece of meat you ordered???? Maybe maybe not. Will you get your mash potatoes…. It’s really depending on how they feel. The food they do decide you want to eat does taste good though.

    The cashier (Tiffany) was rude! The customer service was most deplorable. The food was undercooked and the environment was dirty. Additionally they were all speaking over the food everything that could be bad was same!

    I went inside due to the long line in the drive through and the security officer was very cordial and pleasant. I joined a short line however it took a long while for me to place my order. The cashier was however very pleasant. I wanted to use the restroom but was told it was been cleaned. The staff inside the area however chatted loudly and seemed to be unconcerned about persons waiting to use the restroom. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes, a staff member came and locked the entrance to the restroom without any explanation. It took a long time for me to collect my order as the serving area seemed disorganized and filled with disgruntled employees. Someone who seemed to be a Manager of some type came into the eating area barking orders with great disdain. I was finally able to collect my order and realized that the restroom was now available. I went in to use it however, to my surprise, while in the toilet area, workers came into the restroom (handwash area) to change into work wear. This is a very small enclosure and all three of us were cramped into that small space. I was able to wash my hands and leave not before lifting a workers bag off the refuse bin to discard my used paper towell. I was not pleased with the atmosphere of the establishment but this could be due to Management and staff issues. The biscuits I bought were cold but I ate them since I had already bought them. KFC Old Hope Road needs an intervention.

    The usual pics poor service at hope rd branch! 1000 opening time and dood still locked at 1015am. Security at the door giving me argument. Worst customer service possible. When they finally opened at 1017am I asked to speak to supervisor Miss Howel. Complained about late opening and not even an apology. Disgusting.

    Food is generally hot and tasty. They have their off days like everywhere else, but their coleslaw has really dropped off. Amole parking for in store purchases, drive Thur line can get really long in the afternoon (spilling out onto the main road). Inside generally is messy, no one on the floor to clean up.

    What is the purpose of having an online whatsapp service after placing an order Walking the store 10 minutes after the order was placed and still after 55 minutes I did not get my order.     Staff was off point on this visit. Cashier was away from register for a considerable amount of time. In fact, no one knew where she was. The server was quite pleasant. However, when it was time to give me the order, the person responsible was chatting with another staff member. The audacity of me to comment. Was met with unpleasant stares. Overall, a very bad experience on this visit.

    This place has the worst customer service I've ever seen. Always ONE cashier working, even with the manager there, NEVER HAVE BBQ chicken,available, no matter what time you go. Recently had to ask about that, then the manager said, we have it, you just have to wait 10mins, why the cashier couldn't say that to me only, heaven knows..line from here to eternity, so expect to wait for them to kill the chicken, de-feather it, season it and then cook it, and then maybe you'll get a piece, but not BBQ!!!! The owner needs to do a week surprise to see how horrible the service is!!!

    Very poor customer service, some menu items were unavailable and this was told after standing in line for 25 minutes. They packed what they felt like ad not what was ordered and the drive through line was a priority, customers inside were kept waiting. Long line and one cashier who was slow.

    Absolutely garbage!!! The lady at the window was RUDE. She refused to put the orders in SEPARATE BAGS even though she was told it was separate orders for a DRIVER & PASSENGER. She confessed to handling money and handling the food yet she had an issue with us asking for separate bags saying "UNUH A HOLD UP THE LINE". The service was horrible. Multiple people taking orders at the same time so it's confusing and chaotic. It's giving downtown market on a Saturday. I DEFINITELY returned my food as they can't say anything was touched. Their phones don't work. I asked for a manager NO ONE CAME. I went inside and got my money back. KFC is nice but they definitely lost me as a customer after that rude encounter. Side note, her breath was just as HORRIBLE as her attitude. That lady at the window hates her job. She needs to be placed elsewhere or fired immediately. I will never go back there. People like that will spit in your food.

    For the first time KFC gave me RAW food! I ordered a family nine and a big deal and the biscuits were RAW. Worse thing was that I didn't know until reaching Devon House... Plus for the two pieces of hot and spicy, they gave us two wings (nah even talk how them malnourish) First time being enormously disappointed with KFC

    The in-restaurant purchase was much quicker than the drive-thru. We were greeted by an extremely courteous security guard who enforced the Covid protocols quite pleasantly. My wait time was better than I expected under the circumstances.

    yo the head was immaculate, i felt like i was going to heaven the food was mid head was top tier would recommend. what they could do better is serve more head to their customers, and they would be the best kfc known to man, no one would compete but that was the fault of the supervisor, if i was in his shoes i would make sure that head was a given along with the meal :)
