Over a year and half, I have left probably 15 messages, and not once have I received a call back. To make an appointment, you literally have to drive there and walk in. My last appt was for 5 minutes, I was charged $80 to see the dr, and a $230 facility usage charge. I could not log in online to check my test results as my social security number had been entered incorrectly.

It’s hard to get someone on the phone, my doctor from another office had called this clinic numerous time no answer she even left voice messages and sent over paperwork for my doctor there to sign it’s been 4 months and no one at brookdale got back to my doctor concerning a time sensitive surgery. I had to go up there myself and wait around for 4 hours to get the doctor to sign already filled out paperwork. This is disgusting and poor service, the only reason why I considered going to this office was the convenience it afforded me.

I've had such an awful experience with not only the front desk, but my doctor as well. I decided to check the reviews while I'm on hold (for the past 30 minutes and counting). Not only do they never answer the phone but the front staff if you, for some reason want to walk in physically, to make an appointment are extremely dismissive and rude. While going on for my first check up with Dr. Nora Zilber, she was not only slurring her words, she asked me what questions that she was supposed to be asking ME meant. If these are the people who are supposed to take care of my neighborhood, I have 0 faith an ill person would get better here. I've had issues multiple times and was only scheduled for a Over-the-phone appointment when Im having physical issues that were never resolved. Bottom line, don't go here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

They have the worst customer service ever no one ever answers the phone and the staff at the front desk are extreme rude and condescending. If you are unhappy with your job find another one. I have expressed my concern to the doctor about the ladies at the front, but still there is no change or improvement. They need to hire new people who take their work seriously and who care about the patients that come visit.

The registration area needs improvement. The women at windows need to leave their attitudes at home. You stand on line and they will be talking among themselves, laughing and carrying on and simply ignoring you standing on line. Not polite and very rude.

I can't ever make an appointment because They never answer the phone! I always have to walk in to get an appointment! Their secretary's are extremely rude especially whenever they do pick u the phone! But my medical doctor Dr. Pimsler is awesome there

This clinic is under staffs and waste of time. I am here since 9:15am and now after 11am still waiting just have some blood taken. I always have wait a long time every time I bring my daughter. That why I no longer come here. I bring my daughter because she love her Doctor. This is ridiculous seevice. People need to find other service this clinic don't care about us.

Horrible! No one ever pick up the phone. And they don't return calls

Been calling this office for 2 weeks , Lefts voicemails and they never call back. I was thinking since I had an out of state number that was the reason but no I call from my NYC Obama phone too and they still don't answer. I have premiee twins that need to be seen and this office is the worst with communication. I'm just gonna have to pull up on them.

THIS CLINIC IS THE WORSE ESPECIALLY THE STAFF THAT SITS UP FRONT. THEM GIRLS ARE LAZY AND DISRESPECTUFL. I AM SENDING A COMPLAINT TO THE DEPT OF HEALTH. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FAR TOO LONG. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I ADVISE EVERYONE WHO HAS A COMPLAINT TO DO THE SAME.

Can never get them on the phone it's ridiculous..They are rude , ignorant & clearly don't care ...... I've called over 100 times & have yet to get anyone on the phone . Wth kinda service is this ????

I have been calling for one month no one answer the phone someone needs to do something they are a medical facility dealing with people lives this is not ok, to make matters worse their hours of operation is not right

Horrible, just horrible service! I have been calling and sending emails for over 2 weeks for a very important and time sensitive appointment. No one calls back and not once have I ever been able to reach anyone by phone. You are paid to do a job, do it!! Answer the phones, respond to emails and maybe this facility wouldn't get such bad reviews.
