I’ve been coming to Renew Day Spa (II) for a couple of years on and off now. They always deliver a great experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that they ask what areas you want to focus on before you even go into the room. The masseuse also asks what pressure you’d like before beginning. This time around, my massage was done by Ryan. He checked in several times to make sure the pressure was alright. He did a fantastic job and I’ll definitely be requesting him on my next visit! I would come more often if I lived closer to Chinatown! *Dont forget to get a punch card!

This place is amazing! No wonder they are always packed! Was there Sunday afternoon with a friend, it took us about 20 minutes wait without an appointment but it’s totally worth it! We both felt really relaxed after the session. Besides, the pricing is affordable too. I don’t think there’s another place in Manhattan that has this quality. 10/10

This is the best place in the world. I come here once a week- they have a very experienced massage staff and incredibly welcoming staff. From soft- deep deep tissue, they have it all, at especially reasonable pricing. If you like deep tissue I highly recommend David! I went today and it was the best massage of my life! They also have a stamp card so after 10 times you get a free hour massage!

Joanne is my go to girl! I love to come to her all the time. I usually come here once a week. She really gets the job done. The place is really nice and clean. She’s really sweet she will ask you which body part aches you. The reception girl is really sweet and nice.

I was in town on vacation and my friend recommended this spa to me and it was amazing! Attention to detail on my entire body. I received the 45 min Bodywork + 30 min head and foot massage. Definitely would come back and the facility was extremely clean and welcoming.

Honestly amazing massage by CoCo! I’ve gotten a lot of massages but not one where my body feels so much lighter after. Loved it! The prices are also really amazing too!

Had a lovely experience here this week. I came in on a Thursday at noon, no appointment, looking for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. They were able to accommodate me right away, and the desk staff was really friendly. Winnie hooked it UP, she wasted no time getting into my upper back and shoulders where I hold a lot of tension. She was great, and checked in several times throughout the session to see if I needed to change pressure. The massage room was very clean and calming. I really felt very taken care of. The only criticism I could possible give is that the music could be turned up a little, but really even that is pushing it. Big thanks to Winnie! I feel so much better now and will definitely be back for more bodywork in the future. The price for a 60 min deep tissue massage + CBD aroma was $75 + tip. It truly can’t be beat!

Excellent massage. Reasonably priced. Clean. Liked the 'no hanky panky, we are legit' sign. They are. Annie was excellent. If you want ambiance, go to the mandarin. If you want strong therapists who get to the knots, go here. I tipped generously, but am glad I didn't get the pressure to tip I often feel at other places. Solid place. Will be going back.

This spa has nonstop people coming in and out from the moment we stepped inside. They weren’t able to fit us in when we wanted to we came back later that night and they were still just as busy. The masseuse was professional and the massage was great. The price is cheaper than other spas around the area. My only complaint is that it was quite warm inside.

Had a 1 hr body work massage scheduled here. Upon arrival, staff was so welcoming & you can tell they do a good business here. Every room and chair was full. My masseuse was respectful, and truly had hands that were gifted. This is a true body work massage, where pressure will be applied and you’ll be primarily uncomfortable but knowing that you’ll leave feeling like a million bucks after. They really work out all the kinks you have and do some back cracking as well that feels incredible. Definitely recommend.

Amazing service!!! Great prices, friendly staff. This is now my go to spot in NYC. I received a body and foot massage. The masseuse was very attentive. The facility was very clean and inviting.

I come here several times a month, and I have always used Cindy, Vivi, and William, all of whom I think are fantastic. I decided to try Winnie today on the recommendation of a friend, and that was a huge mistake. She felt extremely rushed, kept digging her thumb into my shoulder several times and it was quite painful. But what irritated me the most was I asked for a 90 minute BODY massage and she asked if I wanted a head rub and foot rub. I said sure. So she massaged my body for 60 minutes which wasn’t amazing like Cindy and Vivi always do. Then she barely massaged my head for 10 minutes and then barely massaged my feet for 20 minutes. This whole process felt rushed, sloppy, and not up to the usual quality I get and am used to here as a very regular client. So I get to the cashier after and asked to be charged the $75 rate (for 60 minute body and 30 minute foot) and mentioned she didn’t massage my body for the full 90 minutes, so why should I be charged the full $80 rate. She rudely argued with me (after I still gave her a great tip) that she massaged my head for 15 minutes and feet for 15, and the cashier said I have to be charged the full $80 rate as opposed to the rate for 60 minute body 30 minute foot. I am not at all happy that I was charged a full 90 minute body rate when she only massaged it for 60 minutes. Was also not happy with the quality of the massage. I’ll come back, but I’ll stick to my regulars and not use her again.

I had a great experience at Renew Day Spa 2!! I was in town with my family, and we decided to stop by the spa for a massage. Tina was able to accommodate a party of 6 in a few minutes. She was very knowledgeable about the services offered, so it was easy for us to pick up the perfect massage after a long walking day. The whole staff was very professional. Definitely we will go back during our next visit to NY. Keep it up Renew Day Spa 2!!

Renew spa is just amazing. I have been there multiple times, even brought family and friends. I Always a received an amazing massage, treated kindly and professionally - never felt uncomfortable. The price is very reasonable, especially for the quality of the work. The staff works hard, you should tip them more than 20 percent based on the low cost of the massage ( I saw reviews complaining about being pressured to tip 20 percent and wanted to set the record straight). I will continue to go back and highly recommend. BTW I am not Asian and never felt that I was treated differently - I was always welcomed (can’t say that about other places in Chinatown).

On my second visit to Renew, I was taken around to their annex space in the basement next door which was just as clean and comfortable as the main space. The masseuse was great and checked in with me during my full body massage to make sure the pressure was right or that she was addressing the areas I requested. I was very pleased with my experience here and will certainly be back!

Today was my first time coming here and it was an amazing experience. I came in with a lot of tension and left feeling so much mire relieved. I almost fell asleep mid because I was so relaxed! The receptionist is also extremely friendly. I will be back in two weeks!

Just had a great massage at Renew Day Spa. My masseuse really took his time and finished with hot stones. I feel great! The space is clean and in a central location if you’re ever downtown. I’d definitely come back!

Definitely a great deal! My friend recommended this place for us to try and I got the 30 min Body Work and it was amazing— my masseuse got all the knots out and used oil and hot stones/towel it felt amazing. Definitely recommend!

A friend recommended the spa and got me a gift certificate for a full body massage. The check in experience was smooth, and quick. My massage was with Cindy, and it was one of the best I’ve had in a while; she was able to sense where the tension was in my body immediately, and after the massage I felt so much lighter and the sore muscles that were aching since the morning finally relaxed. I will be coming back again soon!!

After coming here a few times, I finally found my preferred masseuse. Super professional and he worked on all my sore spots without me pointing it out. Their second location is spacious, clean and friendly service. I suggest to make a reservation during high traffic hours.
