Let
me
start
by
saying
I’m
a
long
time
client
of
Renew
Day
Spa.
I
come
here
several
times
a
month,
and
I
have
always
used
Cindy,
Vivi,
and
William,
all
of
whom
I
think
are
fantastic.
I
decided
to
try
Winnie
today
on
the
recommendation
of
a
friend,
and
that
was
a
huge
mistake.
She
felt
extremely
rushed,
kept
digging
her
thumb
into
my
shoulder
several
times
and
it
was
quite
painful.
But
what
irritated
me
the
most
was
I
asked
for
a
90
minute
BODY
massage
and
she
asked
if
I
wanted
a
head
rub
and
foot
rub.
I
said
sure.
So
she
massaged
my
body
for
60
minutes
which
wasn’t
amazing
like
Cindy
and
Vivi
always
do.
Then
she
barely
massaged
my
head
for
10
minutes
and
then
barely
massaged
my
feet
for
20
minutes.
This
whole
process
felt
rushed,
sloppy,
and
not
up
to
the
usual
quality
I
get
and
am
used
to
here
as
a
very
regular
client.
So
I
get
to
the
cashier
after
and
asked
to
be
charged
the
$75
rate
(for
60
minute
body
and
30
minute
foot)
and
mentioned
she
didn’t
massage
my
body
for
the
full
90
minutes,
so
why
should
I
be
charged
the
full
$80
rate.
She
rudely
argued
with
me
(after
I
still
gave
her
a
great
tip)
that
she
massaged
my
head
for
15
minutes
and
feet
for
15,
and
the
cashier
said
I
have
to
be
charged
the
full
$80
rate
as
opposed
to
the
rate
for
60
minute
body
30
minute
foot.
I
am
not
at
all
happy
that
I
was
charged
a
full
90
minute
body
rate
when
she
only
massaged
it
for
60
minutes.
Was
also
not
happy
with
the
quality
of
the
massage.
I’ll
come
back,
but
I’ll
stick
to
my
regulars
and
not
use
her
again.
