I purchased a Valentine’s couple package on Vday weekend for a couples massage. Great parking on a Sunday, Spa is extremely gorgeous and clean. BEAUTIFULLY decorated, Amazing atmosphere! As soon as you walk in you feel stress free and warmly welcomed by the staff. Bottle of Chardonnay, a snack, tea and water is provided in the waiting entrance. I was welcomed by Sharlena (not sure if I spelt her name correctly) in the locker room. She was most welcoming and extremely attentive making sure that I was comfortable and has everything that I needed for the baths. The spa area was breath taking and amazingly perfect !! Complimentary fruit juice, and access to all baths. The only downfall that I experienced was the staff members hounding everybody down as we were children. There was only a handful of us in this area, the lady with the dreads was approaching everybody there telling them to be quiet, following people around and making everybody extremely uncomfortable. Everybody paid a pretty penny in this spa and it just sucked to have staff members following people around as if then were toddlers. Nobody was either loud or not following the rules. I just found it very uneasy to relax with 3 staff members hawking you while trying to unwind. Our masseuses Tanya and Christian were perfect! They made sure that the pressure was comfortable and targeted exactly what we asked for. Will definitely request them if possible for the next time. My experience was truly amazing, an impressive Vday treat!

This is truly the ultimate experience, the pools are all spotless; the candle lighting and air temperature harmonize perfectly and the massage after our wonderful flotation and spa relaxation sent the AIRE experience in total, to next level. Thankyou.

This place is absolutely amazing! The ambiance along with the exceptional service has made our experience unique! We arrived 10 minutes earlier to get the most out of our experience. They provided us with a robe and slippers. We had brought our own bathing suits (in case you forget they provide you for free). Cell phones are not allowed -Thank God! In this place you are totally disconnected with the outer world and this is the right way! We stayed in this peaceful and romantic environment for two hours. During the first hour we tried all different bath experiences (hot, warm, cold, steam room). We went from pool to pool. My personal favorite was the salt pool were you can float and scrub yourself with salt. The second hour was dedicated to our massage experience. The therapists were genuine, attentive and very experienced. They provided us with towels to dry ourselves out and we lied down to the beds. After finishing with our amazing massage experience, we felt so calm and relaxed! Every area was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly and ready to help with any questions you may have. Loved this place! We will be back soon.

Let me start by saying that I’m not a wealthy person, and had my skepticism about the price of this experience. Maybe this is just something for rich New Yorkers, I thought, people vastly different from myself, a secretary from West Virginia visiting the city for one day because we couldn’t afford a longer trip. When I tell you it’s worth it…. Believe me! AIRE is such a unique experience that to my knowledge you really can’t get elsewhere, at least not in the US. It was so luxurious and relaxing. The bathhouse is near silent aside from calming music, and rather dark because it’s mostly candlelit, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The massage was great (I had a guy named Christian as my massage therapist, he was very attentive and skilled) and as someone with chronic pain, I don’t say that lightly. The staff were polite and helpful, and I was amazed by the details - hair products and Dyson dryers to prepare for the rest of your day, water coolers everywhere in case you get thirsty. They dry your swimsuit for you as you change in the locker room if you want. It really felt like an upscale luxurious experience, as someone who doesn’t get things like that often. We will definitely be back whenever we visit NYC again. Take the plunge and splurge for the AIRE experience!

It’s really peaceful and beautiful inside. It almost is shocking to have something like this in the middle of Manhattan. I loved each bath. I think after sometime you get a little bored though. I wish they offered free masks or a mud bath. I didn’t like that we were not allowed to have our cellphones. But overall it was a good experience.

Aire was such an amazing experience! My boyfriend booked the experience for us for my birthday and it was magical. We got there about 15 minutes early around 9:45am to change in the locker room. They give you your own locker and code with a robe, water shoes and will even provide a bathing suit if you forget one. The locker is tall and pretty spacious I had a medium sized bag with me and was able to fit it. They don’t allow you to bring your phones in the baths which I honestly liked giving everyone privacy and not having to worry about it getting wet. The environment is relaxing and the staff is nice and welcoming. We were greeted every step of the way and got explanations of the baths and how to know how much time remained. They ended up giving us more time than we booked, so we ended up having about 2 hours to enjoy the baths. They had a larger bath of about 95 degrees, cold ones of about 50 degrees, a hot one around 102 degrees and others about 95 one with salt and one with jets. They also had a steam room which we enjoyed. My favorite was the one with salt where you could float and rinse off with a salt scrub provided as well. It was really enjoyable going between the different baths and everyone in the baths with us (about 10 people total) whispered keeping the environment relaxing. We did not get massages so I cannot speak to that. During the baths, we got juices which were clean, nutritious, and delicious. After the baths, we went back to the locker room where we were able to shower as they provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. They also provided blow dryers, hair gel, combs, a place to dry your bathing suit, cue tips, lotion, and much more. The locker room was spatious so we all had space to get ready for the day. Will definitely be back!

I wish I could give more stars! This was an experience unlike any other. I appreciated all the staff especially George the locker room attendant and our “tour guide” (nice gentleman but can’t remember his name) for giving a quick rundown of what to expect and recommending the different pools. What I really enjoyed was that they keep the number of guests to a minimum so that you don’t have to worry about crowded pools or saunas. I could’ve stayed in the body temp and float pools all day! And not to mention the massages, I did not realize how tense I was, until my fiancé commented that my body felt so loose. Definitely planning to go back in the future. Note: if you’re looking for a place to hang with friends, this may not be your venue. They try to keep loud talking to a minimum (whispers if you must) so that the guests can relax and enjoy.

This was so wonderful. I’ve been to spas around the world and AIRE is really unique and extremely peaceful. I really like the no phones rule - I don’t want folks snapping pics in a space you’re meant to unwind and recharge. The staff was super nice and attentive. The massage was perfect, too!

Speechless! All I can say is I wish I had the luxury of building a spa like this for myself to enjoy. I felt amazing and fell to sleep many times relaxing in the pools. The masseuse was amazing, as well. Definitely worth the price. In fact, surprised with how affordable the packages are considering you feel like a queen! The staff is so great too! Went early morning 8am, left at 11am. Mornings seem more private. By 10am more people show up. I do think their should be a separation for the men. I do understand they may have purchased a package with their spouse so maybe have a private area for couples. It takes away from feeling free of this reality half naked with dim lights and ancient music creating an illusion and fantasy that a woman can experience because she feels the need to cover up because a married man is present. But overall, great experience!

This bathhouse, offering a delightful combination of serene ambiance and rejuvenating services, left a lasting impression. The deep tissue massage was nothing short of excellent – skillful and therapeutic, melting away tension and stress. The tranquil environment enhanced the overall experience. They had a refreshing cold plunge, providing a perfect contrast to the soothing warmth of the baths. The facility's attention to detail, from calming decor to attentive staff, contributed to a genuinely rejuvenating visit. If you seek a holistic escape with an exceptional deep tissue massage and rejuvenating amenities, this bathhouse is a must-try.

One of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. Not only is the staff incredible, but their communication and flow of how you go through the baths and massage is impeccable. Truly an efficient and well run establishment. And love that they demand no cell phones in the bath area and minimal talking- forces you to relax. Worth every penny whether you are just doing the baths or a treatment too. Great for couples, friends, or solo.

This was our first time are AIRE NYC but we have been to the Chicago location and even though the space isn’t as large as the Chicago location (I heard NYC is expanding soon) their service is still topnotch. The bathroom attendants, men and women’s, were fantastic and kind. Every person we came in contact with were very professional. We scheduled the 8am tour of the baths and it was great. There were a small amount of people but it started to get busier closer to 10am. The salt bath was the best part. 10/10 recommend.

Great place to relax and get a nice massage. They only allow 18 people per hour and it makes the experience even better. Very easy to check in, nice and clean lock-room.

Nice ambiance. Love the different pools. The massage was great. Staffs are caring and friendly. This was my second time. I also invited two friends on this trip. They loved it. We all want to come back again.

Horrible! There was so freezing inside! Even in steam sauna! Also massage was ok, not as I expected after read all reviews from here 😒 now I understand why they ask to pay upfront with tips included😂🙌 Check out the boots they give you🤪 it’s a rubber socks, water goes inside and you just floating all time, not the best feeling😖

Did the couples special. It was truly perfect. You always know what to do and where to go, every detail is well thought out (ex: drying your bathing suite while you’re getting a massage), it never felt crowded. An exceptional experience

I had a great time! The staff are really nice and welcoming. The masseuse’s were amazing! I don’t like the way how they ask for tip when you book the services because I could’ve potentially tipped more after the great experience! Great place to take a loved one!

Unbelievable ambiance in what can only be described as an “ancient temple” feel and energy. The baths were diverse and each offered something amazing. The staff was friendly. The massage was good, not great, so if you’re coming here mainly for the massage I would reconsider given the price point.

Nice service, nice baths , especially thermal! The only thing front desk didn’t smile, was so serious and no smell in the room where is massage. But another service pretty good, candles everywhere 😻so beautiful, I like they dry my swimming thank and pack it and I like they have everything for women there ! Nice girl Ashle ☺️ can recommend as a gift 🎁

Everything about this place was wonderful and beautiful! The decor, the people, the baths, towels robes, additional amenities. I will note it is very pricey and I wish the attendant I spoke to after I checked in explained the processes a bit clearer. Those are the only reasons I am giving 4 stars then 5 stars. You check-in at the lobby and an attendant is supposed to show you to a locker in the locker room (the locker rooms are beautiful and well stocked, so many lovely products and tools) but she didn't explain where to go after changing, it took me a few minutes to find the entrance to the spa area at the back corner of the locker room. There is another attendant at the top of the stairs to the spa/bath area, but when I got there we just stared at each other in silence for several moments of confusion before I asked her what I am supposed to do now. They let you down in groups of people that start at the same time. If it's your first time there is another attendant at the bottom of the stairs that explains all the baths and how everything works. This gentleman/attendant was great, very helpful and explained everything clearly. Side note of something i really liked, they had spa/plain water and tea in the locker room and spa area for you to serve yourself as you ld like. It was kept full and cold/hot throughout my visit. That was a very nice touch.

Went to AIRE for my girlfriend’s birthday and we felt like royalty. We did the couples massage and baths tour. Everything was exactly as expected and we had a great time.

👍👍 First things first, I used to go to a massage parlor in Chinatown. A block away from this location. Google maps + reviews recommended me here. This is my first time coming to this parlor/spa. The prices seem a little high compared to others. But don’t be fooled by the price. You are getting what you...

🫤 Let me start off by saying that I love this banya. I have probably been ~10 times in the last year. I recommend it all the time. This review is purely for an incident that happened earlier tonight. 👍 If you're looking for a sprawling, multi-floor Korean day spa experience with a lot of different things to explore like Sojo or King Spa, this is NOT that.
