Staffs are very friendly and accomodating. I had my necklace repaired in Jewelers Emporium and I can say is they did everything in their power to make my chain fixed. I am very thankful to this store for repairing my necklace, highly recommended.

Mangled 14k watch case changing battery. I put the watch on my wrist checking the time but not examining for unexpected damage. Damage was not found until watch was removed. As I had to return in a few days to pickup a vintage 14k necklace left for polishing, I decided I would show them at that time. When I returned and brought to their attention, they denied. Lesson painfully learned—photo graph any pieces you bring and examine front and back when you pickup. Very disappointed. So much for supporting local business. Next time I will go to trusted professionals. One star was least I was able to post.

A came to visit my fav Jewelry store again today to look for a gift for my mom, because moms are gold and don’t deserve anything less. The owner is the sweetest person and helped me choosing the perfect earrings for my queen. I’ll always ask for his opinion on future gifts, the lady that works with him is also very nice.
