Had a good experience the first purchase I made off them 3 months ago literally went back and made another purchase because of that and has been the worse decision I have ever made. Was told I when purchased a chain and charm that my Cuban 10kt was 17g 26’ in length. when I get there to pick it up it’s a 12g 20’ in length baby chain on a 12.5 gram charm. I was given a hard time to change one of the girls tried to help as much as she could the other was frustrated with me because they had to close MIND YOU I FLEW IN FROM FLORIDA just to pick the item up. I was offered multiple chains at 12 and 14g but I had paid for a 17g Cuban. The gentlemen that does the repairs said “We will make it right found a Gucci chain that looks nice and grabbed another one made it the 26’ for which I was grateful and told me it was a little more then 17g the girl that had been frustrated wanted to weigh the chain before I left and he stopped her and said not to worry he weighed it already I left grateful that I was taken care even though it was bit what I paid for at first. I fly back home take it out the case decide to weigh it and the chain is 12g. I don’t know how lying to customer and treating them as if they were stupid and never weigh nothing is the way to do business. I called the store and was told I couldn’t get an answer on to why this happened and would have to wait until the manager is available tomorrow to see if anything can be done. I was hustled for over $250 in gold because I was charged $50 a gram (which I was fine with) but if they don’t make it right it will definitely be there loss this was the second chain and charm of 6 more that I was getting. Never pay for what is said will be given wait til you see it. Very disappointed and will never do business here again. I added photo’s on the chain I got compared to what I was suppose to get, and weighted it because I know people lie I don’t have time to do that I just want what I already paid for

i hate to write bad a review but this people are very unprofessional i brought my Movado watch for battery replacement the first thing the lady said to me are you gonna buy anything!!! before i even finish my question about the battery!!! apparently the watch has an other issue i said to please cover the watch i would bring it somewhere else the reason i didn’t commit to utilize their services is because while i was there 2 costumers were complaining about the purchases when she return my watch i noticed my watch had some scratches it didn’t have before i told the lady about it ,she didn’t care No sorry no nothing !!

Worst place ever went too..I went in with a few items I wanted to sell the salespeople ignored me was to busy looking at their cellphones and when I finally got someone to help me was lowballed for my items.. took my items somewhere else and was given 3 times the price they offered me even tried to get me to apply for some financial agreement saying I would get more money horrible do not go here they will rip you off....would give it 0 stars if I could...

The lady with the blonde hair and surgery. Is rude and unprofessional, I came to ask how much to fix my chain, she told me the price. As she’s writing the slip for repair I asked about a chain link. She looked at her coworker with with the curly dark hair, looked back at the slip, then a few seconds later. She looked at me and replied with a nasty attitude “when I’m done with this then I’ll tell you, one thing at a time”…. WELL DUH. It’s not like I am a different customer interrupting while she’s helping me. I am the customer she currently working with. She could’ve simply said sure we’ll take a look at it when I’m done with this in a professional manner. Then another customer came into the shop and she became annoyed because she didn’t want to deal with more customers. I usually prefer to go to the arabs for my jewelry. This place is ghetto

Don't go there I had a broken ring and they supposedly fixed it, not even a week latter broke at same place where was fixed. I went to the store and told the girl she said no u didnt fix it here, we need the receipt, i said u never gave me a receipt... then she said how much did you paid I said 20$ then she said 80$ to fix it...... I said this is not the way to do business and left Meantime another customer was arguing with them about her watch battery that they changed a day before and stoped working I won't return here and these people can not be trusted. The girl was rude and very unprofessional

Dry disappointed on my amethyst necklace. 10k! Looks so cheap. I would be better off going on Amazon! Over pierced! Watch out for this jewelry store. For now on will go to a store in midtown or out of the country!! They saw me coming! Eventually they have cheated others too!!!
