Today was my last facial plasma session and in reality the work and prices can be very competitive but I did not like that the person who assisted me had the audacity to call me and write to my personal number to complain about the reviews because their boss called to complain about her asking for tips and she also wrote to my personal number to tell me where to leave the tips, it is very bold of her and it seems like a lack of respect towards me since I am not her friend, I AM A CUSTOMER, I It seems like a total lack of respect, be very careful with this for the next clients since employees should not take clients' numbers for personal things about them.

I got one of the best facials of my life here! I got a laser facial and my skin is absolutely glowing. The technician was very gentle, I fell asleep a few times during the treatment. The treatment was tingly and refreshing. I would so do it again. Photo is how I looked going on the subway right after my facial.

I bought a Groupon here and booked a facial 1 month in advance. Showed up on time to the gate being closed. Called and texted with no reply. I’ve been calling daily since and have yet to get a reply. I will be calling Groupon back about a refund. Not professional

I love this place... their work is efficient and Yanileth is charming and a very good worker. Regarding the review I saw recently it said “they require a tip here” IT IS A LIE… I was here when that client told Yanileth that “she had left a tip in one of the envelopes”.. she never found it and decently wrote to him asking “where he had left it”.. at no time did they demand a tip or anything like that. We understand that a business does not always meet customer expectations but I believe that a customer should not lie about the service of a place.

This place is really amazing, cozy and relax and girls are so friendly and sweet. I coming here regularly for lash lifting and Love results , they are the best, Betsabe is so professional in what she does. Definitely, I will b coming back for more treatments , I recommend to get the packages which i use to do a super deal. Thanks Lessage Laser Spa🤗

I've come to Lessage for a number of treatments and the team is amazing. The facilities are clean and comfortable. They're respectful, explain all the treatments in detail and start the appointments on time. The team is also great at helping you measure progress on a given treatment. Would definitely recommend!

I started off from Groupon (at the sister spa and was transferred here) then continued with package promotions. I've seen several techs throughout my time here and have had no complaints! All have been professional and attentive. Everything is clean and organized! Laser definitely works.
