Probably the best store on SoHo in terms of fashionable but affordable clothing. Especially if you want collaborations with local NY artists like Keith Haring and Basquiat. Their self checkout system is pretty futuristic too

I don't understand why you want to put a long display of mannequins at the entrance when the entryway is already VERY narrow. The store is spacious everywhere else. The four floors are very clean. I'm pleasantly surprised by the new self-checkout machines.

I questioned the offers and management at this store. If you purchase more than $99, you get a free pair of socks, which sounds great, but staff don't want you to spilt your $289 purchase with two tills and two receipts. Buy two different people. If you are related they don't want to offer you this offer. So we got shouted at by the manager at the tills and then again at the offers desk. It was such a bad experience. Plus, there's no warranty for zippers that no longer work on down jackets : that don't zip, so don't expect to get any product fixed or replaced if it no longer zips. Search for firms that really honour their warranty.

Beautifully designed space, staff is helpful, no complaints. Had some issues with returning item purchased online to the store, had to call the manager and it was resolved. Otherwise a very nice store, lots of good items. Never seen much discounts there, but they have items that are not available online. Big selection of items.

Really loved what they have done with the space. Makes shopping here a wonder experience of high quality goods.

LOVE Uniqlo. They just have a set of style that suits me amazingly well. It's fashion on a budget!

I like Uniqlo and their clothes. But I had to come all the way to this store again just because they forgot to take out magnet from my purchased jacket. I think I’m not the only one who has experienced that. And no “sorry”, nothing. If it’s self-service checkout, please, improve it for better way!
