TERRIBLE experience and service ... my dog is completely unrecognizable! Just moved to the neighborhood and left a wonderful groomer that is a little too far to use, so I decided to try this place for a dog groom. Had the absolute WORST experience – the groomer ignored my request and photo I showed her (which is something I had done for the past 2 years at my previous groomer) – she clearly didn't know how to groom a cavapoo and instead of a proper groom, she decided to shave EVERYTHING including his ears and tail. My dog was instead completely shaved all the way down, and has been scratching nonstop ever since he left. When I tried to call and discuss how unhappy I was they said there was nothing they could do and that they had no idea how to help with the scratching that they caused. Save your time and your money, this place is awful.

I genuinely do not know what I would do without Pupculture SoHo! We LOVE the staff and it puts my mind at ease whenever I drop off my dog Lucy. They are attentive and communicative - what more could you ask for? We recently tried their grooming services for a bath + brush and a groom and they were fantastic. This place is a one-stop-shop for me and is perfect for busy New Yorker dog parents that love to spoil their dogs. Thank you Pupculture for always providing the best service!! Lucy loves you so much. Erika at Pupculture is the best groomer in NYC. We only go to her, she does an impeccable job. My dog feels comfortable with her and is so clean.

I brought my puppy to this place for a full groom for the first time and I was so impressed with his new look. He looks absolutely adorable afterwards!! I was able to show the stylist the idea look I was looking for and she delivered it. I would definitely go back.

Not only are they most professional but they are the nicest group of people and they give my dogs the best of care! And icing on the cake is that I can take my dogs to day care and have them groomed on the same day they come home happy tired and clean! I will take them every day I would not hesitate!

They took such a good care of my foster dog! He has been rescued from Texas and had a long trip to NYC, the dog looked a bit neglected and a good grooming just transformed him. He was very happy and got a cute green bandana when I picked him up

My dog Jack has been going to Pup Culture since he was a puppy. It is like a second home to him. I always have peace of mind knowing he is well cared for and happy while I am at work. The staff is amazing -- always attentive, efficient and sensitive to my dog's needs. And he gets so many compliments after he is groomed at Pup Culture that I feel like I am walking with a celebrity!

My dog absolutely loves it here and the people are so wonderful! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and I feel so good that my dog has somewhere he loves so much. Couldn’t live without them.

We couldn’t be happier leaving our dog with pupculture soho whenever we go out of town! They are so kind, and we can tell he really loves it! We are always so excited to get the picture and video updates of him playing with other dogs.

I can't say enough good things about PupCulture and their team at the SoHo location. I have a little 10-pound rescue and needed a daycare when I returned to the office after the pandemic. I found PupCulture and couldn't be happier. The whole team clearly all love dogs and take the time to get to know each pup. Everyday my little guy is excited to see the team and then when I go to pick him up one of the girls at the front desk gives a little update. Highly recommend for both daycare and grooming services.

Deysy did an amazing job!!! She took great care of my senior Ted during grooming. He looks 10/10 refreshed. Reception was so sweet too. They ensured Ted was well taken care of. Highly recommend!

My dog loves it here! She always leaves happy and tired from a day of playing. The staff is always lovely and I can tell Zoey really likes them as well. Bit of a hike from my office but for the guaranteed great service, it’s worth it!

I cannot express how grateful I am for Pupculture Soho!! Stella has been going since she was 6 months old (she’s 2 now) and their staff truly loves her as their own. They are a kind, attentive, and hardworking group of people who really love what they do and the pups they care for. Their grooming department is excellent and gentle with Stella, who is afraid of everything but not them! I really couldn’t ask for a better group of people to care for her when I’m at work. They are truly her second family. I’d give ten stars if I could!

The only place I trust with my baby! My dog, Nash, loves going to Pupculture Soho; it’s basically his second home. The entire team goes the extra mile to ensure the health, safety, and happiness of your pup - and it definitely doesn’t unnoticed! Nash will literally drag me to daycare some days because he loves it that much. Also, they do a fantastic job at grooming & offer walks (pick ups & drop offs from daycare). The team at PupCulture SoHo is amazing! My dog loves going for daycare and grooming--he's there at least once a week. It's super reassuring to know he's safe and having a good time playing with his doggy friends while in their care.

I go to Pupculture at least twice a week. I use them for day care and grooming services, and everyone is so nice! They all know my dog’s name, and she comes home happy and exhausted. The baths are gentle and, as you can see, the haircuts are superb. Can’t recommend them highly enough! Update - it’s a year later and she still looks cute.

Don’t bring your dogs here. I live by the area and I planned on getting a dog. Wanted to bring them here but after watching them work on my way home, I rather get rover. The employees who walk the dogs walk in pairs and aren’t careful. They spend more time chatting than paying attention to the dog on leash. Saw a man let a dog eat a cigarette on the floor. Didn’t help that he had AirPods on. The people in the daycare area hang out and don’t pay attention to the dogs, when the dogs play, they yell at them to stop. Friendly warning.

Norman's favorite thing to do is go to PupCulture Soho and play all day with his friends. As soon as he realizes that's where we are going, he pulls all the way there and won't go any other direction. When he arrives his tail is in full helicopter mode. All the people who work there are so nice and kind to me and Norman. It's very clean and I feel safe taking him there even during the dog virus scare. He goes about twice a week and when he comes home he's exhausted, like he's been at the club all day and night.

Our dog Felix loves Pupculture! He goes there for day care and grooming. The staff is so friendly and they have excellent grooming services - Erika is the best! The hours are great, the location is convenient and we love their membership pricing. Highly recommend Pupculture Soho!

Each day without fail, my dog Draco Malfoy pulls & pulls (& pulls!) on her leash blocks from Soho Pup Culture to get inside as soon as possible— desperate to get inside for the day. I could not ask for a warmer, competent and fun group of caregivers for Draco.

Pup culture is the best thing that ever happened to me and my Stella! The friendly staff is always amazing and they have saved me many times when I have an emergency come up at work or in life and need a last minute drop off or walk. We love Pup culture and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a dog walker, boarding, grooming services, or day care for their pup! When I am on vacation and missing my little girl, pup culture sends me photos of her playing with her friends to make me smile :)

My dog Winston had to move from his suburban home to NYC unexpectedly last year, under difficult circumstances. Pupculture Soho played an instrumental role in his acclimation to city life. The staff is exceptionally friendly, kind, and attentive. Winston loves going to daycare when I’m at work, and literally charges down the street to Pupculture Soho from the Spring Street subway stop! I can’t recommend Pupculture Soho more highly.
