(via Google Maps) The store has yet to complete a full inventory following Saturday’s break-in. just saw the smash and grab.. DAMM ... looks like out of a movie.. sorry sorry for your loss .. glad none of the staff was at work and GOD BLESS nobody went to the hospital.... this is more and more too common in this industry //. New York City Police (NYPD) said that three thieves broke through the glass front of Cellini Jewelers near E. 56th St. at around 3:30 a.m. The group broke three display cases containing hundreds of thousands of dollars-worth of watches and other jewelry. The thieves escaped in a silver sedan that waited outside the store, completing the entire heist in under three minutes, according to police. One employee said the crime was "not normal."

I would like to give a special thanks to your employee Rachelle. I was interested in buying a specific type of bracelet and the company, FOPE, directed me to Cellini Jewelers. I had never been to this location before but I knew that I was dealing with a reputable jeweler being their location was on Madison Ave. I sent an email regarding what I was interested in and I was sent a reply by Rachelle. From that initial email, and all subsequent communications that followed, she treated me like a loyal customer of over 20 years and yet I was a complete stranger to her. She helped me in choosing the correct size and style, sent me images of the different styles and colors offered for this item and spoke with me by phone. Her customer service skills are impressive. I felt completely comfortable and at ease with making a large purchase over the phone and through email because of her professionalism. The bracelet arrived yesterday and the fit was spot on, its beautiful! Everything was as promised. I find it amazing that I did not even come physically into the store and yet she provided such amazing service to me. I love everything about the bracelet. I thank you again for choosing the right fit and style and placing the order for me from Italy. Rachelle went even above and beyond, sending the item to my home via Fedex, because I was concerned about travelling to the City due to the pandemic. Even though I did not pick up the item in person in store, the packaging and wrapping were still extra special. I hope that I can come in to thank Rachelle personally when the pandemic is over. You have a customer for life!

Cellini Jewelers is one of the best in New York period. If you're looking for a unique watch an engagement ring or a one of a kind piece of Jewelry, this is the place to go. I highly recommend it.

They decided to let themselves get burglarized today with thugs- mostly peaceful protestors breaking in and stealing countless pieces. I would avoid a shop like this.

First class, high end store--without the attitude. My buddy and I go watch shopping a few times a year and we always hit Cellini. The sales people are friendly and basically leave you alone and let you wander around the store unless you have questions. The gentleman that we spoke to (I believe his name was Artisse (sp?) ) was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. There was no hard sell--we all simply had a pleasant conversation about watches and their origins and makeup. This store also has many super high-end luxury watch brands that are very hard to find in other stores. I can assure you that the next time I am in the market for a high-end timepiece, I will stop here first. Highly Recommended!!!

Atmosphere was magical- everything you could want in a pizza restaurant. Professional, warm staff and delicious pizza that was perhaps the best I've ever had. I ordered the chefs special, pear gorgonzola, was not disappointed.

This review is long overdue.Raffi were excellent, careful with our concerns, and attentive to our needs. We purchased wedding bands and added special engraving and were absolutely pleased with the results. We look forward to returning to Cellini Jewelers for all our future jewelry needs.

Great store with an amazing atmosphere! They help me with my watch complimentary, very nice personnel! The selection of watches is just huge! They have many beautiful Franck Muller watches and a huge selection of Cartie and Bulgary. Beautiful store must visit if you like watches .

I've now purchased two watches from Cellini and both times have been great experiences. Cellini has a curated, unique collection of watches - H. Moser, Laine, De Bethune, etc. Not your common Rolex or Tag dealer! Cellini also have excellent customer service and easily distance themselves from the larger dealers like Wempe and WoS. In particular, Rosanna is very knowledgeable and responsive. It was truly enjoyable discussing watches with her. When I'm on the market for my next watch, I'll absolutely be coming back to Cellini.

Cellini is the go to place for the independents & others in NYC hands down. You won't find as many independents in one store as you will in Cellini. Everyone is wonderful and through my start with Cellini I have been working with Rosanna and its been a wonderful experience. Greg and Jack are incredible. As soon as you sit down they offer you a water and let you sit with a bunch of trays. Sometimes unattended. They seem to go by a simple motto. 'Trust the customer. Treat them right.'

Fantastic selection--leagues beyond the usual suspects you would expect to see at a Manhattan jeweler. Several staff members were quite knowledgeable and friendly to me while browsing, and when I selected a piece they were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process.
