    From a husband's point of view, they have good music and comfortable seating on both floors. I didn't feel bad about my wife dropping $600 while I made new friends with some other fellas caught in clothing purgatory.

    As a petite & athletic woman, I absolutely love this store. It is one of the very few clothing stores that I can go to in NYC and find a ton of items that I love. However, I absolutely hate shopping in this store and will never shop in this store again, hopefully the soho location will be better. 1. The employees seem to act like they’re doing you a favor by being in the store. They have terrible customer service and as a black woman I. feel that I received even less customer service than the average person shopping in store. I came in on Saturday and I literally listened to Eva, I believe that’s her name slim Pretty asian woman, ask the other ladies if they need help with anything or a fitting room. After having no choice but to ask me, she finally asked me if I needed help but did NOT offer me a fitting room even though my hands were overflowing with clothes to try on. I had to request one. 2. Once in the fitting room I asked for help with multiple sizes of jeans and she had an attitude about it. I also asked her to help me with a few different styles and she said oh they’re down stairs as opposed to offering to bring me a few options. When she did come back with a different pair for me she did NOT ask me if I needed anything else. She did not tell me to let her know if I need anything else. However every time she brought back a ton of clothes for the white lady shopping next door she said “let me know if you need anything else” also brought her a bunch of options. 3. I actually was unable to shop as much as I would’ve liked to because there are a TON Of employees in the fitting room but they stand around and don’t offer help and aren’t approachable. One lady literally watched me look around for assistance and not once offered to help me. 3. Last but not least, as I was checking out Eva asked me oh are you shopping to go out tonight, which comes across as why are you shopping here can’t be just because. If she had asked me that when I first came in to HELP me with ideas I wouldn’t have been offended. But the comment at checkout is insincere and I’m beyond disappointed with my experience shopping. I would’ve bought so many more items had I not been ignored as the only black woman shopping in store.

    Was greeted with a smile at the door but once i made my way to the fitting room it was an uncomfortable situation and i honestly couldn't wait to leave. For starters there are no mirrors in the fitting room which is very strange, you end up fighting for the mirror with 6-7 other girls (as if you are in a sample sale with only 30 seconds to use the mirror). I ended up only trying 30% of what i actually walked in with because i truly did not want to be in a situation where i had a crowd of people waiting to use the mirror behind me. I wont be returning back to this location specifically for this reason and not to mention the snotty attitude when you hand back items you don't want to purchase, from the workers there. As someone whose worked in retail for 10+ years some of these girls really need to work on their poker face because i will not be pressured in buying things that i did not even want to try on. Aritzia invest in some mirrors for inside the rooms, it'll make the process smoother.

    I went to this Aritzia store on Monday, June 19th... (mind you, on Juneteenth). I have purchased from Aritzia in-store and online multiple times, and I mean multiple times. That doesn't even matter because a customer is a customer regardless of their purchase history. I make my way through the store, first looking at the babaton section, then ultimately making my way to the Wilfred area. At that moment, I was looking through the rack, and another customer who is white is next to me on my left (poor lady didn’t do anything but be white at that moment). A white employee comes behind me and says excuse me; I thought she was going to put something on the rack as several employees were doing; I excused myself and moved as the polite young lady my parents raised me to be. She proceeds to give her back to me and talk to the customer on my left, asking if she needs help. The funny thing was that the customer told her she didn’t need any help... now you look dumb. I felt at that moment that she didn’t have to ignore me and give her back to me even if I didn’t have any clothing items in my hand. She could’ve simply asked those in that area if they needed any help. I was her first point of contact in that section, and she excused me out the way to address the white lady next to me. Not once did she ask if I needed help with anything, and what if I did? After she talked to the customer she walked away and looked at me. I felt dismissed and not cared for as a customer of that store—it's the fact that she bypassed me to help her. Aritzia: Do better, it’s 2023 and people of color are still being met with micro aggressions in your store.

    All them employees are weird and judge-mental me and my sister came here on September 18th at around 4ish I felt like our every move was watched I couldn’t even shop in peace. If I was a white women I would’ve been treated differently. I would say to go to soho instead of this location because the employees won’t leave you alone and if you are black DONT COME HERE.

    AJ or MJ IDK her name but she stinks!! SO SO SO RUDE! FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY! She fat shamed me and then had the audacity to tell someone not to get my size because I wasn't going to buy it... FYI the new size fit and I bought it! But I wasn't going to in spite of this HORRIBLE woman! FIRE HER!

    I’m not one to typically write reviews but I had the weirdest experience shopping here and highly recommend shopping at a different Aritzia if you can. I was not left alone to shop around for more than 30 seconds at a time and constantly had a new worker come up to me asking me if I wanted to start a fitting room. Mind you I only had two small items in my hand, so I was fully capable of carrying it around while I shopped. Finally as I was about to check out, one worker with short hair (whom I wish I got her name) asked me over and over if I wanted a fitting room to which I responded “I’m good I already tried these on” multiple times, and she made a snarky face at me as she walked away. It was just a super weird & uncomfortable environment here - Avoid!

    Absolutely best shopping experience! These ladies know their stuff and make sure you won’t walk away unhappy. I originally stopped for just a jacket, but ended up buying several more things that associates picked for me. Oh yes, the clothes are very good quality :)

    The clothes are nice but it’s a weird in-store experience. After quickly picking up a couple of items an employee offered to start a fitting room for me, which is fine. When I finally walk over to the fitting rooms, the items she put aside for me are mixed together with other peoples items so I have to try and remember exactly what I picked up and the sizes. Next, there are no individual mirrors in the changing stalls, you have to walk across the room to the large shared mirror where everyone else is trying to look at themselves. Also there are other people sitting in the middle of the room waiting for others so it’s just uncomfortable having to walk in front of them before you can even see if the item you’ve put on looks alright.

    The workers coming up to help encouraged me and my friend to end up spending $$$ because we had good experience and felt wanted in the store. We then went to the aritzia downtown and soho because it has more clothes but service couldn’t compare. Going to only shop at this location from now on. All the ladies are so nice, I didn’t catch their names but I remember Ashley. Ordered anything online that they didn’t have in store and even had everything prepared at register for us

    I never shop in store at aritizia but today I had the best shopping experience ever. The ladies were so nice and helpful! They helped me find a perfect dress for a party this weekend :)

    What a great shopping experience from start to finish. All of the employees were working as a team and the store is large and well organized. The employees were all eager to help, courteous, professional, kind. Bought a couple of items that look and feel very good quality and flattering. Will be shopping here again! There are no mirrors in the individual dressing rooms as others have stated , you have to come out to a shared large mirror but I don't mind that. Maybe the music selection being played in the store can be improved /changed to a more neutral genre but that's just my personal taste ;) love this Aritzia store !

    Google advertisers that this shop closes at 9pm. I walked in at 7:50pm and I was made to feel like I was shopping in a store that was well and truly closed and that I was inconveniencing the staff for entering the store at this hour. While browsing a sales associate approached me and told me that they were closing the cash registers, and if I wanted to make a purchase, I had to do it now. Furthermore, there was still a handfull of customers shopping and looking at clothing. I was the only customer who was told to leave the store whilst other customers continued to shop. Underwhelming customer service, to say the least. Would not recommend.

    First I would like to add that I never write reviews...I am doing this after only my 2nd visit to this store...the first time I chopped it up to excessive customer service but the 2nd time I cannot deny it. These people that work here are prejudice, the first time ever coming to this store I was innocently browsing through clothes I don’t think I was being sneaky or doing anything other than I LOOK DIFFERENT from the rest..at least 4 different associates asked to help it was odd because it was only me I noticed this was happening to ...I tried on clothing with no mirrors so I felt uncomfortable and left...now I will add again that the first time I was skeptical but chopped it up to excessive customer service...now this weekend I was in the neighborhood and decided to take another try...not even 3 minutes in the store the same thing happened but in fact this time I was asking for help about sizing ... The associate asks about 3 times to take my things but nothing about someone asking 3 times on top of the other 2 times if I need help suggests helpful... It comes off like I can’t be trusted to shop alone, it comes off because I don’t look like the crowd I should be monitored and it’s simply hurtful. Now after the 3 rd time I tell her take my things I will browse some more...when I get to the fitting room this is where I cannot believe what I’m seeing and no one is stopping it.. This very small Asian pacific looking girl with very short hair takes the items and counts (as normal) when she is done she says 3 separate times “ this is 9 items right?” The last few times I didn’t answer because she should be counting them not asking me to count them that’s her job what’s not her job is to make me uncomfortable by shoving down my throat to count the items...I let that go..next I spend at least 5 minutes in the fitting room seeing what fits for myself, the little girl literally asks 10 times is everything is fitting/calling my name..after the few times I can hear that no one is getting this treatment yet the fitting room is NOT empty... I grab my 2 items on the way to checkout waiting on line the first associate grabs them from me and puts them behind the counter and that was the last straw like I am literally next in line I can hold your alarm pinned clothing myself..I couldn’t hold myself I asked the girl are they always so prejudice and I couldn’t help myself I started crying. This isn’t a review more so maybe a lesson that needs to be taught whoever from the store reviews these: It is never okay to treat someone different based on how they look..your associates never saw me hiding or doing anything sneaky to incite that excessive behavior ...as a trans Latin woman who looks different with very curly hair I can’t help but wonder maybe that’s why I look like I can’t be trusted..to the Prejudice Asian Girl with short hair you should only be making those type of advances after blatantly seeing something wrong being done in your store OR if you see clothing in my hand missing which none of the 2 happened... I am hurt that I cannot help how others see me but more than that being treated like a criminal with no reason is even more damaging. Bad job to this store. Since they want to pretend to be American apparel with the basic styles they should at least take up their ethics as well.

    Some items have makeup stains, pulls, etc., however customer service was great. Super active and helpful employees which I encountered. Good job to management for hiring selection. Hard to find good service with lots of poor business leadership.

    This was my first time shopping with Aritzia, the store looks great, the clothes are so nice. The customer service is excellent and a member of staff took the tops I wanted to try and put them in changing room ready for me, she asked if she could pair some pants for me to try and I said yes. She had picked out some really nice pants however with no mirror in the actual changing room I was too uncomfortable to try them and come out to the main area infront of everyone to see how they looked. The top I ended up buying had some slightly complicated straps and it would have been really helpful to have a mirror to make sure I was putting them on correctly. I really like this store and the clothes, the only thing that lets it down is no mirrors in the changing room.

    I was shopping at the store yesterday. All girls on a floor was extremely nice and accommodating, besides on on the register. Cashier number is 141017. She gave me attitude, while I was searching for email to return item , she is very disrespectful and she should learn how communicate with customers from her coworkers. If I ever see her I never buy anything from her .

    GiGi the sales associate made my experience here absolutely amazing! I originally went there earlier in the day and I fell in love with this one trench coat I tried one. I originally was going to just check out with the one that I’ve picked out. However, there were some other workers that were trying to help me with getting a brand new one, so she said that she’ll check in the back, but unfortunately there weren’t any in the back. Long story short the worker ended up giving me a trench coat that had a broken lace that was supposed to hold the belt to my trench coat. I ended up coming back later on in the day and GiGi was taking care of me. She was so kind, helpful, and understanding of my situation. She somehow was able to find a new coat in the back and it absolutely made my night, love her and she’s a life saver! Disclaimer- I was originally really worried because I’ve stopped by the soho location to ask them about the return and they said that because all sales are final they can’t give me a refund. But GiGi was kind enough to reassure me that if she didn’t have something in the back for me, she can give me back my money 🥹🫶

    Fun experience! Amazing customer service, especially from Valentina and Tay! They were so helpful! I felt like I had personal stylists. Valentina found some items I wouldn't have found myself, and Tay helped me narrow the selection to something I can realistically purchase. I spent more than I planned, the communal mirrors are an interesting touch. While I thought I would prefer a mirror inside the dressing room, sharing one kind of helped me decide which outfits I felt comfortable in, it was also fun to receive feedback and see other people's outfits.

    I shopped there for the first time today but it definitely won’t be the last. It was busy but the staff was all so lovely and helpful and I don’t think I’ve had such a pleasant experience with the staff of a store that size. They really worked as a team and were incredibly helpful and nice but also walked the line of not being overbearing.

    Shout out to sales associate, Dolores! I called in this afternoon hoping to make an exchange on a product that was sold out online. Dolores was kind enough to check the showroom for my requested size and set it aside for me even though they were still in major Black Friday sales mode. When I arrived, she brought out the coat I requested and double checked on me in the fitting room, making sure I didn't want to try the other available size just in case. I truly, truly appreciated her assistance and congeniality. I was anxious about possibly not being able to make the exchange and left so very pleased, I was humming. These small details make all of the difference!! Thank you again, Dolores :)

    I met with the store manager Diana in this store. Her warm and friendly attitude impressed me a lot. I bought this dress online and the size does not quite fit me. I understand this is final sale but gave a try to see if the store can help me to exchange the size. Diana is not only willing to help, but also she committed that l can bring the dress back to the store to change even she is not in that day. I appreciate her favor and l’m glad that l can have a dress fitting my size!
